Begin by finding a comfortable position, either
seated or lying down.
Let your hands rest gently ontop of your heart, or one hand
on your heart and one hand onyour belly.
Close your eyes and take a deepinhale through your nose.

Exhale slowly through yourmouth.
Let your shoulders soften, letyour jaw release, let your
breath settle as you breathe,taking in this presence.
Be fully here.
Feel your breath moving in andout of your body.

Feel the energy in your body,the pulse of your heart, the
rhythm of life within you.
You are safe, you are supported.
You are ready to receive.

Now begin to imagine a futureversion of you, the version of
you who has already manifestedeverything you desire.
Embody this version, feel thisversion.
How do you feel?
How do you show up?
Where are you?

Feel the space you are in, whatsurrounds you, what do you see?
How do you feel?
Know that you are in the timeof having everything that you
want.
You brought it all in.
You manifested it, you alignedwith it.

Now imagine, in this space whereyou are, a loved one starts
walking towards you with a smileon their face and they're like,
so happy to see you.
Picture them in front of younow as they're walking closer
and closer to you.
Who is it?
As they get closer and closer,you can hear them smiling and

hear them saying something.
You can't quite pick it up.
But as they get closer andcloser, you hear them say you
did it, you did it,congratulations, you did it.
You did it.
Feel that energy of being seenby your loved one, the energy of
celebrating together,celebrating what you manifested

together, celebrating thisbeautiful new wave for you in
this life, celebrating ittogether with your loved one.
You look at them and you say ithappened, I did it.
They smile, they laugh, youcheers, you get excited.

You talk about it together.
You feel the excitement in yourbody.
You feel their excitement.
Look at their reaction.
How do they feel?
What are they saying?
Enjoy this time.
Feel at the celebration, thistrue celebration.
Wherever you are, are youindoors or outdoors Feel the

Now finish celebrating with yourloved one, give them a hug and
your loved one says we'll seeyou later, we'll see you tonight

You have anticipation.

Your loved one leaves you.

In this moment, you feel theexcitement, you feel the energy
