This is an episode that we'regoing to talk about.
If you're waiting for a signsomething that we often look for
and we want to have a sign comein for us to move forward with
what we desire.
So, to start this, let's beginwith a grounding moment, just to

(01:38):
be fully present, listening tothis.
Obviously, if you're driving,don't close your eyes, but go
ahead.
I invite you to place one handon your heart, close your eyes,
take a deep breath in and exhale, let it out.
Shoulders, go down your back.
Let's do that one more time.
Take an inhale, make it yourbiggest breath of the day, maybe

audibly exhale, sigh,activating your nervous system
to relax, see and know that thismoment is for you.
You can come back into thismoment, open your eyes when you
are ready and if you've beenseeking guidance, clarity or

permission, this episode is yoursacred nudge to do so.
So, with that, having this beyour sacred nudge, and we just

want to give this permission weneed permission at times, of
course, we all need permissionto act on what it is we want to
do what it is we have, you know,in the back of our mind that
keeps kind of prodding us andpoking us to start, but we might
be procrastinating it, we mightbe avoiding it, whatever it
might be.
So this is that gentle reminder, that sign.

That's pretty much that couldbe the end of the episode if we

Because you're looking for asign, this is it.
So a sign for me was when Ileft corporate, the big step,
and I knew in the back of mymind for about a year before I

(03:32):
left that I wanted to leave.
I knew it.
I felt the pings, I felt thepush, I felt the desire to do
other things, but I had thelayers of conditioning telling
me you know, you need healthinsurance, you need a full
income, you need income everytwo weeks, you need, et cetera,
this, that you need this on yourresume, you need the corner
office, like all of these thingskept coming up, and so I kept
procrastinating and pushing itoff, and pushing it off, and

(03:54):
pushing it off.
And then I had the nudge, likethe sign, the sign that was like
blaring, glaring in front of me.
It was when I worked with mycoach, briar Roots, who we'll
link here for you.
She was my first Ayurvediccoach who really helped me get
in tune with spiritual aspects,but also grounding, yoga,

(04:17):
meditation, and she had me doexercises that were Sankalpa and
Vin Kalpa and I might beremembering this wrong, it was
2020.
But the Sankalpa is thepositive, moving forward.
Things are great.
What do you want to desire?
What do you want to manifestyour Vik Kalpa?
Vin Kalpa is what would happen.

(04:37):
What does your life look like infive years if you haven't
changed anything?
And she had me go down thereally dark road of being a
burnout, my health beingaffected, me being up at 6am,
being up till midnight helpingother people doing a job I
didn't like, getting fired fromthat job, not having severance,
like she had me go through, likethe most, the biggest detriment

(04:59):
in my life if I stayed downthis path.
And that was really my sign,where I was like, holy shit, if
I keep doing the motions and notactually shaking things up, I'm
going to be miserable and I'mnever going to feel fulfilled.
And that was my sign.
It was that reflection and thatlook.
And it's a yogic practice fromthe Vedas that she taught me to

(05:21):
get out of autopilot, which isincredible because the Vedas are
the oldest texts get out ofautopilot, which is incredible
because the Vedas are the oldesttexts, but it was back then.
They were even talking aboutgetting out of autopilot.
What would your life be ifnothing changed?
And that was my personal signthat it was like so glaring in
my face that I realized I neededto change immediately.
And then after that I startedto move and grow and leave,

(05:43):
without a plan.
I had no plan.
People asked me what my planwas and I said no idea.
I want to create something.
No idea what it is.
I just know I have to leave andI have to go.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
I love that.
An example of a sign for me.
I'll give a different kind ofsign, because yours was more
like mental, how you got thereto your side.
I'll give you an example of aphysical sign For me.
I had man.
It was 2021, I want to say or2022.
And I had already kind of leftcorporate and got my yoga

(06:12):
teacher training was moving downthat path, had been teaching
Nikki and I had met maybe sixmonths or eight months before
that.
So I was deep into my spirituallearning process months or eight

(06:47):
months before that.
So I was deep into my spirituallearning process and I was out
at a friend's ranch with myhusband and they were out turkey
hunting.
That morning it was a springmorning and I remember I got
onto Sahara Rose, one of herwebinars that she was hosting
and she was launching thiscoaching institute, along with
two other pretty well-knownpractitioners in the coaching
world, and I kind of listened totheir spiel, what they were
teaching all this stuff andwhile I was listening to it and
towards the end my whole bodylit up.
When I tell you, my entire bodygot almost electrified where it
came from the inside out and itwas like my hairs were standing

(07:11):
on edge, but I didn't doanything.
I wasn't moving, I wasn'ttalking, I was literally just
watching this webinar and mywhole body just lit up and I
remember being like, oh my God,this is for me, I need to do
this.
This is it.
And it was so intense when Itell you like this feeling, this

(07:32):
electrification physically, andthen the aha moment that came
with it, I literally broughttears to my eyes, like literally
brought tears to my eyes, andit was probably, I want to say,
the second time I'd ever feltthat in my entire life, and the
first time I felt it was when Iwas at summer camp as a camp
counselor and I was with thesekids and it was at a morning

(07:54):
shine, so it was kind of likeour little spiritual kind of
church thing we would have everymorning.
I remember singing with thesekids out in nature.
It was this beautiful chapelout in nature and I remember
feeling that then too and Ididn't know what it was and
someone being like that's God,that's God.
What?
No, no way, no fucking way.

(08:15):
It's like that's God.
But this time, when I felt Iwas like, oh my God, I have to
do this, and I'm kind of likereliving that feeling right now
in my body and it was just socrazy, it was like you have to
do this.
And I remember my husband comingback from hunting.
I was like, babe, I'm spending$4,000 and I'm signing up for

(08:36):
this course and it's going to beeight months long.
And I'm in it, I'm doing it.
And he's like, wait what?
And I'm like I'm in it, I'mdoing it.
And he's like, wait what?
And I'm like I'm doing it.
And he's like, okay, I didn'teven tell him what it was about.
And here we are on the otherside and double certified coach,
life permit and spiritual lifecoach, and I'm telling you that

(08:57):
eight months was so frickingintensive and so wonderful.
But, man, so that was my sign.
That was like one of thebiggest signs I've had, you know
, and it was a physical one forme.
I'm just I'm like one of thosepeople that just feels it like
that, you know.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Oh yeah, that gave me goosebumps listening to it,
because that's just incredibleto feel that body activation
that this is for you, like youcan't deny that.
That's something you can't deny.
No, you can't, you can't.
It's in the breaking down, likethe energetics of waiting for a

(09:34):
sign for your manifestations orfor what you want to do,
whether it's moving, sellingyour house, buying your house,
selling your car, buying yourcar, relationships, job,
whatever.
I mean.
Those are just like the blanketbig things.
There's many other things,obviously, that are out there
that you could be calling in,but signs are mirrors of your

(09:55):
intention.
They're not substitutes foryour decision making, so they're
mirrors of your intention.
So when you have these of yourintentions, so when you have
these intentions of I want tocall in this, and then you get
that nudge and all of ourClaires are different,
clairaudient, claircognizanteverything is a little bit
different.
And, claires, can you have thatfeeling like Lizzie had?

(10:18):
You have that download?
There's different ways to haveit.
So your signs are really themirrors of that intention that
you put out into the world.
So it's going to come back andit's going to usually be pretty
clear that this is a sign forthat thing that you are wanting
to manifest.
Something that I really loveare repeating messages,

(10:42):
repeating numbers, having thosesynchronicities where you know
things are just like almostcomically synchronistic, like
things happen and come together,where you were just talking to
someone about something.
For instance, there wassomething I remember when I was
and I lived in downtown Chicagoand and I was on a date with a

(11:30):
guy and we were talking aboutsomething and I was telling him
about synchronicities and all ofthese things and he was like
woo, that's woo, like whatever.
Like it doesn't.
You know, that doesn't.
Whatever he goes on the otherside, he's like that doesn't
make any sense.
And I said you know it's socrazy.
We saw our other neighbor outlast time we were at dinner.
Like what if we saw him here?
Like wouldn't that be crazy?
Because we're in a totallydifferent neighborhood?
Literally, I turned my stool.
We were at a ramen place in theWest Loop, I turned my stool
and our other neighbor wassitting next to us.
Like the little most randomsynchronicities in that moment.

(11:50):
And you know, at that time andeven now I don't know what that
meant Like I don't know why hewas there again the second time
when we had dinner.
But those little like almostcomical synchronicities, those
are a big part of those signscoming through.
I love that.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
Yeah, synchronicities and, like you were saying, like
the repeating numbers, I thinkfor me those are things I look
at all the time as like as signs.
I really do see those as signsbecause, like Nikki's saying,
say, you are thinking aboutsomething, like you're thinking
about something, and then youhappen to see a commercial and
they're talking about thatsomething Maybe not like the

(12:18):
exact same context, but thatexact thing that you were
thinking.
They're talking about it andthen expanding on it in some way
.
And then you're out drivingaround and you stop and you get
a coffee, or you're visitingwith someone and you hear
somebody else talking about it,like in line, or your friend
brings it up, or something.
Like when that happens, when Isee things, when I hear things,

(12:38):
or this synchronicities happenin three or more.
I know that's something Ibetter do.
Whatever it was that I wasthinking about, I'm not saying
to follow what other people aresaying or thinking.
I'm saying whatever that thingthat I was questioning when I
was first thinking about it.
That's the thing I need to godo.
And it's same with the numberswhen Nikki was just speaking and

(13:00):
I looked down at my phone andit was 11-11.
And whenever I notice, when Inotice numbers, angel numbers,
it doesn't matter which onesthey are, you know, twos, fours,
six, whatever it is, elevens,twelves, even a twelve, twelve I
know that whatever I'm doing inthat moment is the thing that I

(13:21):
should be doing.
Yes, I'm like okay right now,and that's for me, that's what
my intuition tells me, that thatsign means to me.
So somebody else could see 1111and they have a specific you
know thing that they think aboutwhen they see 1111, a message
for them.
It could be twos, it could beeights.

(13:41):
They're like oh, eights, thatmeans I'm going to.
That's my signal of abundance,that's my signal of money.
You know, maybe you know the11s, it's a master number.
Maybe the different numbersmean something to someone else,
but to me, every time I see arepeating number, it doesn't
matter what number it is.
To me it means what I'm doingright now is exactly what I
should be doing.

(14:02):
And so I think that thesesynchronicities think that these
synchronicities, theserepeating messages, these things
that you keep seeing your innerknowing can tell you what that
means to you.
You don't need to go and lookup what three twos means in

(14:22):
order to have the message.
You know what I mean.
Like when you see three twos,your inner being is going to
tell you what those three twosmeans to you.
And to me, three twos meanssomething now different than it
did two years ago, because mylittle boy, jackson, loves the
number two and he says two allthe time.

(14:45):
So to me now, three twos, Iimmediately think of my son,
whereas before I would havethought about something else.
So I think these signs, thesemessages, the hard part about
them and the greatest part aboutthem is that they're yours.
They're so individual, nikki,and I can't tell you what they

(15:08):
mean to you.
We can only share what theymean to us and what other people
have shared that they mean tothem.
I love numerology and so I'mgoing to link Caitlin Carehart
in here, because she wrote myfavorite book you Are Cosmic
Code.
It's so short and little.
It's like a great basic guideto numerology and I'm telling

(15:31):
you this shit's spot on, justthink about it, just look into
it.
But I think what numerologymeans to her is something
different than what it means tosomeone else.
So I think this thing aboutsigns is they're so individual.
You need to have thatconversation with yourself.
You need to have the ability topause, to notice them, to pause

(15:52):
just for a moment and like tunein and say what did that mean
to me, what does that mean to me?
And then move about your day.
I don't look at the 11-11 andbe like, oh, I saw 11-11, you
know, like all day long you knowI'm like oh, I'm doing what I'm
supposed to be doing.
Okay, back to what I'm doing,you know what.

(16:13):
I mean Like it's that simple.
It's that simple.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
It's like a high five for you from the universe.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
That's what that means for you Like you're doing
the right thing, like this isReally if you've been hearing
the same stuff over and over,seeing these repeating numbers,
feeling something's trying toget your attention, like Nikki's
neighbors, you know it's not acoincidence.
It's not a coincidence.
You're being guided.
Right now.
The universe, God, is trying totell you something, and so it's

(16:40):
up to you.
It's up to you if you want tolisten or follow.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Follow it or not, and you know there's a lot of
teachings and spiritual textsand teachers that are out there,
and past and present, that talkabout.
When you ignore the nudges, thesmall nudges, they start to get
bigger and bigger and biggerand bigger.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
So it can be a gentle , nudge, like you know.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
Hey, you should go to this coffee shop, Just go.
And you're thinking to yourself, no, I don't have time, I have
25 meetings, I have this, I havethat, I just want to relax, et
cetera.
And then the next day the samenudge, and then another day, the
same nudge, and then all of asudden, like who you were
supposed to meet at the coffeeshop or whatever it is or how
that was supposed to light youup, needs to come in in a
different way way.
So the nudge gets more intenseand more intense and it starts

(17:26):
to get your attention in otherways.
I've noticed this has happenedto me as well when I
procrastinate or I ignore thenudge and I see things like come
in a little bit more intense.
And it's not the universe liketesting you or pushing you to
your limits or anything likethat, just the universe just
wants you to get back to yourmost authentic self and a lot of

(17:46):
that is the journey here onearth and you aligning and being
happy.
And with that you know yougetting that nudge to go to that
one coffee shop might've beenthat when you drove, you saw a
sign.
That sign triggered somethingthat you remember from childhood
.
It healed a wound that you had,because you remember something.
You know it could be somethingthat doesn't actually even make
sense in that moment, but it'ssomething that the universe was

(18:11):
like.
She needs this right now andshe's not listening, so let's
figure out how else to give itto her.
So it's, you know, it's a fungame to release control and
trust the signs and maybe for aweek you just say, like you know
, when the sign, when the nudgecomes in, I'm just going to go
for it and trust and see whathappens, instead of having that
trepidation or that you know,second guessing or anything.

(18:33):
Because you'll know in yourheart, you'll feel it in here.
You'll feel like, for me, Ifeel it on the right side of my
body, like I feel this energy onthe right side of my body of
something that's just waiting tobe birthed through me, waiting
to come through, waiting for meto just take action and start to
take the first step towardsthat movement.
And when I keep pushing it awayand pushing it away, I feel

(18:54):
this energy get more and moreintense and I feel like it's
almost as if I can't even, likeI have to do this.
I was listening to CatherineZinkina.
She had a podcast which shehasn't had in a while and she
said she felt that like she feltthat energy to be a stay at
home mom and actually releaseManifestation Babe.
So she did that.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
Yeah, literally just posted all about that.
How wild is that?

Speaker 1 (19:19):
And she said she just kept feeling this like it's
time I have goosebumps, it'stime for her to be a stay at
home mom and not have her energybe split.
And that doesn't meanManifestation Babe is dying.
She still has a team, they'restill going to keep it going and
have automated their coursesand things like that.
But it's just amazing, yeah.
And she said she was ignoringthat for a while because she

(19:40):
felt this is her baby.
She birthed it.
She made so much money from it.
It just got chills, yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
I mean, what?
What a sign of a fuckingpowerful woman right there, like
building some multimilliondollar manifestation business
based off of what she wanted todo and how she wanted to do it,
and then deciding to step awaywhen it is just blowing and
going to be a mom, to be likethis is what I'm going to.
This is what.
I feel called to do now and I'mgoing to do this Like be like,
this is what I'm going to, thisis what I feel called to do now.

(20:09):
And I'm going to do this Like Imean, that's some, that's some
inspirational shit.
I'm telling you right there,yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
It's.
I mean, yes, so inspirational.
So inspirational because thatsign with societal conditioning
could be, nope, like I'm goingto keep going, keep going, more
money, more money, more.
But Catherine also, she teachesthis, so she knows, she knows
there's something on the otherside.
She knows, like she knows, thatthere's another abundant way
that's going to come in, andjust right now this is, you know
, the next step that she's goingto take, and with that that

(20:38):
means just like adjusting howher and her husband work and
manage her finances and wherethe money's coming from, et
cetera.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
But it was a yeah, yeah, that's crazy, you brought
that up too.
Yeah, cause she's, she's likethe goddess on manifestation too
.
We will link her too.
And so I mean, like she, she isall about building all these

(21:05):
things, but listening and doingit from an aligned place.
And so her aligned place atthis moment is being with her
son and her husband, you know,and being there and present in
that way, and so that's whatshe's doing.
I mean, that is what, that'swhat we're here for, you know,
and that is she's showing it ina huge way, you know.
But we choose that for ourselveseach and every day with so many

(21:28):
of our decisions.
Do we do what we feel called todo in this moment and what's
right for us, or do we do whateveryone else tells us we should
be doing right now?
Yes, you know, and sometimesit's the same thing.
So then it's easy, you know,but when they're different and
on their opposite sides, it'swhen it's difficult to stand in
our own power and to stand inour own knowing, our own

(21:48):
intuition, in our own signs,like, I mean, that's what it is.

Totally, totally, and feeling the energy in your body
.
You know a lot of that comesfrom you know understanding,
having like spiritual hygienehabits We've talked about that
before and having you knowgetting into like a holistic,
like no one's perfect, but thatholistic homeostasis feeling.
So you understand and feel theenergy where, if you eat

(22:16):
something, you know if it'snot's not right for you or if
you do, you can feel a slightenergetics inside of you from
peeling off those layers thatare, you know, trying to keep
you in the you know familiar.
And having that awareness ofthose subtle energetic shifts
shows you these nudges and showsyou where you're getting these
signs and they can easily bemissed if you have layers of you

(22:41):
know not living healthy andaligned or not having that
spiritual hygiene and thingslike that.
And we're not saying you needto do that.
You know everyone's journey isdifferent but it does make it a
lot easier.
I would say For me personally,when I started to really take
care of my spiritual hygienerelease 432 hertz, journaling,

(23:02):
meditating, my physical practice, everything like that, and then
also living and eatingholistically, removing fluoride,
all these different things Ifeel like I can feel my body
more.
I can feel when things areright or wrong, and I can feel
the ping so much more intensethan I did 10 years ago.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
Yeah.
So really, all that is to sayis there are so many different
ways to clean up that connectionbetween you and yourself, you
and that divinity that liveswithin you and each and every
one of us that connects us, thatis guiding you towards your

(23:41):
highest.
So anything you can do to cleanthat up is only going to help
and you don't need to doeverything.
You know there is a wonderfulenergy clearing meditation that
I listen to on YouTube.
That is 10 minutes long.
That I listen to on YouTube.
That is 10 minutes long.
And anytime I feel like I'mjust getting too wrapped up in
everything that's going onaround me and all this stuff and

(24:03):
all the frenetic feeling andenergies.
You know 11 minutes of layingdown and listening to this and
I'm good to go.
I've got that clearing, thatcleaning, that spiritual hygiene
and that's it, and then I'mback to it.
So, honestly, I'm going to tellyou something that's not too

(24:23):
good for you, but I do go toPlanet Fitness, sometimes lay
down in that tanning bed for 12minutes when I just feel like I
need some alone, warmth andquiet time.
I'm not going to lie, I do dothis, but I listen for this
energy clearing.
So, while I might not be doingsomething wonderful for myself,
I am on the other side, okay, solet's not get too judgy about

(24:47):
it.
We all have our things.
We all have our things, we allhave our vices.
Sometimes I literally only gothere to go and lay down for 12
minutes because I just need alittle bit of a break.
And if all I can get is 12minutes, I can't get a 45-minute
sauna session at my favoritesauna studio.
I will just walk in, I hit thattanning bed for 12 minutes with

(25:08):
that meditation and then I gohome.

I love knowing that about you.

So getting back, let's give.
Getting back to signs what isone thing you've been waiting to
do, what's one thing you'vebeen waiting to do?
It just popped in your mind.
That's the thing.

It's that first thing, thatfirst thing that you thought
about.

on these, on these signs, onthese things, these pings.
