to surrender, release andrealign with your highest path.
In this meditation, you willembrace the unknown with trust,
letting go of what no longerserves you and making space for

Find a quiet, comfortable spacewhere you can be undisturbed,
close your eyes and take a deep,cleansing breath in.
And a slow, releasing exhale.

Let go of resistance Now.
Imagine yourself standing undera vast, star-filled sky as the
moon begins to move across theface of the sun.
A golden light shimmers at theedges, a reminder that even in
darkness the light is never gone.
As the eclipse unfolds, allowyourself to surrender.
Feel any old patterns, fearsand limitations dissolving into

You do not need to hold on.
You are safe in the space ofrelease.
