Hello friend, welcome totoday's guided practice.

This meditation is designed tohelp you awaken your radiance by
activating the energy centersof personal power and soulful
compassion, your solar praxisand your heart chakra.
You don't need to do anythingat all, just allow yourself to
be here, be present, breathe andjust be open.
So let's begin by finding acomfortable seated position.

(01:39):
Sit nice and tall, yet relaxed.
Allow yourself to inhale andget nice and tall through the
crown of your head On yourexhale.
Allow yourself to relax downone or two inches, relax through
your shoulders, through yourbelly, through your face, and

you can also lie down if that'swhat your body's asking for.
So just check in, gently, closeyour eyes or allow your gaze to
soften, and let's begin bycoming into the breath.
On your next inhale, allow itto come slowly through your nose

and on the exhale, allow it togently release through your
mouth.
Take a deep breath in allowingyour belly and your ribcage to
expand fully.

expand fully and a longcleansing breath out, allowing
it all to leave.
Let the slow breath be a signalto your nervous system that
it's safe to slow down andexpand and as you breathe, allow

button, your solar plexus.

With every breath in, it growsstronger, it grows stronger and

Silently repeat to yourself Iam confident, I trust my inner

Allow this energy to expandthroughout your torso, down your

arms and out into the world.
Your unique embodied solarplexus light With every breath

in, it grows stronger and withevery breath out, you allow it
to radiate out into the worldwith warmth, clarity and courage

Now shift your awareness to thecenter of your chest, your heart

space, your heart chakra.
Imagine a soft green or softpink light swirling here,
allowing it to bloom like aflower.
Whichever color you see is thecolor that's right for you in

this moment.
Breathe into your heart center,let it soften.
Let it soften, let it open.

Repeat silently to yourself Iam love, I am connected, I lead
from the heart.
I am love, I am connected, Ilead from the heart.

Now allow this light to expandupward into your throat, into
your head, in your mind, andthen downward into your belly,

into your hips, and allow thisgolden light of your solar
plexus and this loving light ofyour heart.
Allow them to weave together,creating a single radiant field
of confidence and compassion.

Imagine yourself standing tall,heart open, eyes clear.
Visualize a moment where youshowed up fully,
unapologetically, radiating yourtruth.
See that version of you andknow she is already here.

Place one hand over your heartand one over your solar plexus.
Take a deep breath in and adeep breath out.
Whisper gently to yourself Iallow my light to be seen.

I lead with love.
I am enough.
Whenever you're ready, you canslowly release your hands and

begin to bring gentle movementback into your fingers, your
toes, maybe roll out your wristsand your shoulders and allow
your breath to return to itsnatural rhythm.

When you're ready, you canslowly flutter your eyes open
