Speaker 3 (01:06):
Welcome back to the
Modern Zen Collective Podcast.
I'm Nikki.
Speaker 4 (01:16):
And I'm Lizzie.
Today we're diving into aquestion we've been hearing a
lot lately.
You're back for anotherspiritual Q&A and the question
is why am I feeling so tired onmy spiritual journey?
Why am I feeling so tired on myspiritual journey?
Speaker 3 (01:24):
Yes, I felt that too
so many times.
Whether you're feeling stuckwith your manifestation
practices, questioning your path, or just exhausted by all the
inner work, this episode is foryou.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
Yes, we are going to
unpack what spiritual burnout
really looks like, how to resetyour energy without
disconnecting from your growth, and why rest can actually be one
of the most aligned things thatyou can do.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
Plus, we're going to
answer questions about balancing
action with intuition and whatto do when your practices stop
feeling powerful.
Speaker 4 (01:59):
Yeah, that definitely
can happen.
So, really, this episode ishere to be your permission slip,
to pause, to reflect, to comeback into alignment without any
guilt.
So let's just get right into it.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
Let's get right into
it.
Let's talk first about whatexactly is manifestation fatigue
?
So when your manifestationefforts start to feel like a
grind, nothing is landing oryouthinking over-push, push,
push.
Manifestation is this beautifuldance about intention and
(02:53):
release and trust.
And when we are over-effortingand trying all the time to be
high vibe to bring it in, we'reactually spiritually bypassing
and we might not be feelingthose emotions that are coming
up as well.
We can also feel thatmanifestation fatigue because we
are attached to the outcome.
So let's say, I want a whiteVolkswagen T1.
(03:15):
I want a white Volkswagen T1.
I want a white Volkswagen T1.
I am visualizing it, I amlooking at it, I'm feeling
myself holding the steeringwheel, all of these things, and
it's not coming.
And it's things and it's notcoming and it's not coming and
it's not coming and I'm gettingso annoyed and anxious and upset
.
And why is it not here yet?
And what's going on?
That means I'm just holding onso tightly to what this could be
(03:36):
, Instead of just releasing it,like Gabby Bernstein says oh,
Volkswagen T1 or somethingbetter.
Because if I'm holding on sotight to what I want, this exact
thing, without allowing thereto be space and expansion for
the universe to do its beautifuldance.
I might be missing out on thePorsche Cayenne that's trying to
get to me and knocking on mydoor.
(03:59):
Emotional or energeticmisalignment, that's when we
just feel out of sorts withinour body, whether it's from an
emotional standpoint, where wejust aren't actually feeling our
emotions, we're repressing them, we're being, you know, people
pleasing or fake, and then alsowe might not be feeling the
(04:19):
energetic alignment for thatthing that we are wanting to
manifest.
So alignment for that thingthat we are wanting to manifest.
So you know that old sayingdress for the job you want, not
the job you have.
You're stepping into thatenergy of having already had
that as part of themanifestation process.
So if you want something butyou're still living in that
energy of lack of not having it,you have this energetic
(04:42):
misalignment around it whichalso creates fatigue.
And then the final way thatmanifestation fatigue come up is
, you know, burnout frombypassing the hard truths, Like,
is there a reason why you wantthis Volkswagen T1?
Is it because you want areliable car and this and that
you drove it before and youthink it's fantastic, and et
(05:03):
cetera?
Or do you want it because youwant to show your friends that
you have this car and that youwere able to buy it in full,
don't have a loan, et cetera.
Are there things coming up asto why you want this
manifestation that's notactually aligned with your
authenticity?
That's where the hard truthscome up, because the universe
just wants you to get back toyour authentic being, your
(05:30):
authentic self, and when we wantto fill the void with things
that aren't actually alignedwith who we authentically are
and they're just kind of fillingthe gap, we're bypassing these
hard truths of, like, what wewant to heal and what that looks
like as part of ourmanifestation process.
So manifestation fatigue candefinitely be a real thing, and
the funny thing is is that it'ssupposed to be fun.
We manifest every day, Likelisten to our podcast with
Alyssa and Hannah.
They talk about it.
We manifest every day.
(05:51):
You're manifesting.
That's just who we are.
We're energetic beings and wecan have this deep fatigue with
it if there's something we trulywant and we keep trying to get,
and these things are showing upfor us and making it a drag
pretty much.
Speaker 4 (06:05):
Yes, Literally things
are, you know, showing up for
us and making it a drag, prettymuch, yes, Literally.
Things are popping into my headas you're saying all these
things.
But you know, what's sointeresting is that you know, we
all often think about physicalburnout, you know, being
physically exhausted, being sick, having something take us down
and seeing, like, the nervoussystem's role in that, like the
(06:25):
stress and the nervous systemand that fight or flight versus
that rest and digest, and howbeing stuck in that constant
state of fight or flight reallyplays a huge role in physical
burnout.
The nervous system also plays ahuge role in spiritual burnt
out.
So, like even when you'repushing through spiritual
(06:46):
practices which are supposed tobe good for you, if you're
pushing through these spiritualpractices, those can also highly
dysregulate your energy.
Just like physical burnout,Spiritual burnout it can affect
you in the same ways.
So taking control of yournervous system and leaning into
(07:08):
the practices that you know canhelp you recalibrate your energy
is just so important.
Noticing that you feel funky, that you feel off, that you're
sometimes I feel like a buzzingin my head when I get too much
in the outside world too much inmy headphones, too much on my
(07:29):
phone, too much on my computer, too much into this like
connection through technology.
I feel I don't feel clearheaded anymore.
I feel like a buzzing, I feel afog, my head feels heavy, my
mind feels heavy and I knowthat's a time for me to go lay
on my freaking heated gemstonemat, turn on that PEMF, set it
(07:53):
to the eight hertz the same asthe earth and lay down.
Speaker 3 (07:56):
And if I don't?
Speaker 4 (07:56):
have my heated
gemstone mat.
I'm laying outside in the grass, yes, and I'm just laying in
the grass, clothes on or naked, whatever, it doesn't matter but
straight up laying in the grass, bugs everywhere, it doesn't
matter Like I.
And I have to do that so that Ican feel clear again.
(08:18):
I'm a yoga breath coach and Ireally went through this
training from a teacher thatcomes at it from a scientific
background instead of, you know, just a yogic background.
And the 4-4 balance breath isthe perfect breath to get you
back to that balanced nervoussystem state.
(08:40):
So, inhaling for four andexhaling for four, or even for
three, or even for six, whatever, it has to be equal.
So whatever, however long youinhale, that's how long you
exhale, and you do it a minimumof six times.
Really, 10 is better, 10 isbetter, but it takes six breaths
(09:02):
to scientifically, physicallymove you back into the state of
balance for your nervous system.
So if you're feeling a littletoo hopped up, this will bring
you back down.
If you're feeling a little toosluggish, it's going to bring
you back up to that perfecthappy medium.
So, this moment ofrecalibration first you have the
(09:23):
awareness.
Moment of recalibration Firstyou have the awareness, then you
take this moment to recalibrate, whether that's laying down on
the earth, being barefoot on theearth, whatever, taking a
moment to breathe.
It's a great pause before youreally drop into a deeper
embodiment of who you are andwho you can be and who you are
(09:45):
in your highest, so yeah it'sjust a really good starting
point.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
Yeah, it's a good
starting point to get you back
to balance and to align withyour own energies and away from
the chaos.
Because we can't, we're notgoing to.
We can manifest, we manifestall the time, but we're not
going to really manifest whatour desires are.
If we're in chaos, we're goingto bring in more chaos.
(10:12):
So an affirmation for you asour listener is my path is
unfolding, even when I can'tfeel it.
I don't have to force alignmentto be in alignment.
My path is unfolding, even whenI can't feel it.
I don't have to force alignmentto be in alignment.
(10:35):
You know, the more whateverreceives attention creates more
like it, just more and more andmore.
So if you're forcing alignmentand creating this constriction,
you're not actually creatingalignment, you're creating more
constriction.
So, knowing that, even whenyou're just not actually active,
(10:56):
putting forth all the thingsyou learn to manifest or
everything you want to do to getthat thing that you want, it's
still happening.
And even if you can't feel it,it's still happening and you
don't have to force alignment tobe in alignment.
Just understand, get back intothe grounded place of where we
(11:17):
are with that eight hertz, withyour four-four breath, whatever
it might be.
Where we are with that eighthertz, with your four-four
breath, whatever it might be andyou'll feel aligned in your
body in that way.
Speaker 4 (11:31):
Yes, it's so true,
and I've literally seen this in
my own life, before I even heardthe word manifestation before.
I even looked into it before Ieven read anything From 12 years
old 11 years old, I always saidI want to have my first kid at
32.
Literally said that out loud, because my mom was 32 when she
had me I'm the oldest.
(11:52):
She always felt like a mom, like she had her shit together,
she had money, she was able tosupport us.
You know we it wasn't alwaysthe.
You know we were like lowermiddle class.
There were I had to makedecisions, always the.
You know we were like lowermiddle class.
There were I had to makedecisions about what I wanted to
do because we didn't have moneyfor everything.
But 32 just felt so good and Iwas like 32, 32.
And then, you know, I turned 32.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
I don't know if you
remember this, nikki, I turned
32.
Speaker 4 (12:15):
I was by myself in
North Carolina, like on the
beach, my favorite place, and Iliterally had a mental breakdown
.
I was like, oh my God, I'm 32.
I just started my own company.
I am not ready to have a child.
Well, guess what?
I fucking got pregnant at 32.
Even trying not to get pregnant, did everything I could to not
(12:36):
get pregnant, I still gotpregnant at 32.
So I'm telling you, like 20years well, 23 years ago now, I
didn't.
I never heard a manifestationbefore and I literally
manifested my pregnancy, the agethat I wanted to have it.
So it's, it's real, like youdon't have to be pushing, I
wasn't even trying and it stillhappened, so it's it's really,
(12:59):
really true and it's just reallywild.
So don't always think you haveto be thinking about it for it
to happen, because it's not, itdoesn't.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
It doesn't.
The less amount we think aboutit, the more action behind the
scenes the universe can do andwe have that trust in what's
unfolding.
Like you had that embodiment, that feeling.
You felt it in your bones andyour cells.
You knew it was 32.
So that muscle memory was inyour DNA, so your body was just
like copy paste.
Here we go, 32.
Let's do it.
(13:29):
Here we go.
Speaker 4 (13:31):
My newly 32 year old
self was saying no, no no, no.
So, getting back to our Q&A here, like the spiritual burnout
that we're talking about.
So I really want to like putsome tangible stuff behind this.
So what are some signs ofspiritual burnout?
(13:53):
Feeling numb, being irritatedby practices that you used to
love that could be another sign.
No-transcript you teach otherpeople.
(14:23):
This is something you spent allthis time and effort and energy
learning how to do.
Why don't you want to do it?
And honestly, I'm just like youknow what.
I just don't want to do it.
I just want to do it.
So if you start to feelirritated or uninterested in
practices you used to love, itcould be a sign of spiritual
burnout.
Another sign is avoidance orresistance to reflection,
(14:45):
journaling or meditation.
Oh my God, as I'm reading thesethings, this is totally me.
A few months ago, I was tellingNikki I hadn't journaled, I
hadn't meditated in so long.
But I can tell you I started, like this past, like two weeks
ago, I started doing this stuffagain and I feel really good.
I feel like good again.
But I had to take a break andthen feeling like nothing's
(15:08):
working.
That's another sign likefeeling like nothing's working,
or emotional exhaustion evenafter doing quote unquote the
right things.
So, those are some signsfeeling numb, irritated by
practices you used to love, avoidance or resistance to
reflection, journaling,meditation, feeling like
nothing's working, or emotionalexhaustion after doing all the
(15:31):
right things.
Speaker 3 (15:33):
Mm-hmm, yeah, and
when you feel this, this isn't a
moment of failure.
This is your soul signaling toyou that it's time to adjust.
And what a beautiful gift thatwe are human and we get these
signals in our body and in ourmind spirit, that we get to feel
and understand when things arenot the right fit for us.
(15:55):
You know, human design actuallygives us a beautiful sign.
You know you not self sign.
If you want to look up yourhuman design, we'll link Jenna
Zoe's here so you can look atthe page and get some
information if you'd like.
But your not self sign showsyou when you're not in your soul
alignment Like for me as amanifester, my not self sign is
(16:15):
frustration.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
So I can tell right.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Okay, yeah, so I can
tell when I'm frustrated and
it's not all the time.
I'm human I get frustrated,then I get pissed off and then I
get angry and it can happen.
But when I'm frustrated and I'mconscious of it and I understand
, I can think to myself okay,I'm not in my soul alignment,
this isn't who I actually am andI need to peel the layers back.
So this moment, as any moment, when you have these areas and
(16:43):
spaces in between the bigmanifestations, we think this
area is the area that's notimportant.
But actually, like the journey,is really the most important
part.
Like you have so manyexperiences and you learn and
grow from there and you're gonnahave these ups and downs and
emotional waves, and with thatit doesn't mean it's failure.
This is your soul signaling toyou and with that it doesn't
mean it's failure.
This is your soul signaling toyou.
(17:03):
And burnout can also be yoursign that you're ready to
release.
Like Lizzie was just talkingabout, you might be ready to
release something.
There might be something you'rehaving too much.
You're burning the candle atall ends.
You have this burnout andfatigue, even if it's in a way
for spiritual burnout.
It doesn't just have to be foryour job or for your home life.
(17:27):
We can be burnout, obviously, spiritually as well.
So you might need to peel thelayer back and not do as many
things.
It makes me think of having thatvery type A personality and
stepping into your spiritualpractice and knowing you want
this and that and this, donethat way and this, done that way
and everything, and you havethis whole thing, but you feel
(17:48):
completely, you don't feel litup by your spiritual practice,
you don't feel lit up by whatyou're doing.
And that's what needs to happenso that you can pull and bring
and invite and open up the spaceto have what you want your
manifestations to come in, sothat fatigue and that burnout
can come from you beingmisaligned and being ready to
release something and reallygoing back to who you are and
(18:10):
seeing what is that that youcould release to clear up space.
And you know clearing up spacedoesn't mean you're clearing up
space to fill it with somethingelse.
It could really mean clearingup space to have more space just
so that you can be you know andknow who you are.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
Yeah, yes, yes, and I
know, like I just shared, that
I've kind of been those signsand symptoms, like that was me.
I have really been feeling, andI didn't even know it was
spiritual burnout.
I've honestly been just feelingexhausted on multiple fronts
because there's just so manythings going on right now and
I've literally had to take mylife down to like day by day
(18:48):
just so that I can move throughsome of these big, big shifts
that are happening right now inmy life.
But I'm finally getting back tomy practices and just adding in
literally one.
I've only added in one practice.
I have started laying on my matand playing my energy clearing
(19:10):
YouTube video that I love.
I will link that below too.
It's 10 minutes long and I useit with my Reiki.
When I do Reiki on clients, Iclear my energy with this before
and I also clear after andhonestly, like this 10, 11
minute practice has helped merelease so much energy that I've
(19:31):
taken on of other people'sbecause I'm a clear sentient.
So I feel things in my bodythat other people are feeling
when I'm doing Reiki, so I canreally jack myself up a little
bit.
Other people are feeling whenI'm doing Reiki, so I can really
jack myself up a little bit,and this 11-minute practice
helps so much, and so this isthe one thing.
Honestly, it's the one thingthat I'm doing right now to help
myself feel better.
I'm really curious, nikki haveyou experienced spiritual
(19:55):
burnout recently at all, or overthe past few years?
I'd really like to hear whatthat might feel like or look
like for you.
Hey, love, we'll get right backto the episode in just a moment
, but if you've been cravingmore grounding, guidance or just

your everyday life, just pausefor a second, head to the app
store or google play and searchmodern zen collective.
All right, let's get back to it.
Speaker 3 (21:06):
Yes, absolutely have
experienced it when I mentioned
the type A personality that wasme when I was working with my
first coach and she would giveme something to do and I would
do it all and then tell her I'mdone, I'm ready, what's more.
She's like do, and I would doit all and then tell her I'm
done, I'm ready, what's more.
And she's like you're supposedto just do that for a week, just
(21:28):
like embody it, and I justwanted to be the good student
and get things done and movequick and move fast and get
everything complete and etcetera.
So I was doing a lot, a lot, alot of things and I would say
something that something thatwhere I experienced spiritual
burnout was me chasing theshadow and inner child work so
(21:48):
much that it became such afatigue because doing that is a
heavy lift and doing that is canbe painful and can be hard and
can be a lot.
And I actually I just mentionedJenna Zoe, but she had.
I was listening to her podcast,I think several years ago, and
she mentioned that you reallydon't need to seek and like
(22:13):
excavate to find these shadowsand wounds If you are just
conscious about it and youfollow your bliss and you enjoy
life, they'll naturally come up.
That's how we're made.
That's how we're innately madeas humans.
They'll naturally come up andthen you get to be the conscious
observer and then heal it fromthere.
So that was something thatreally opened my eyes because I
(22:36):
was so deep in the spiritual.
I was working with like fourcoaches at one time at the same
time and I was going through allof my shadows and saying this
happened to me when I was seven.
What do you think it means?
Do you think this?
You know all of those thingsand I was going deep, deep, deep
down the rabbit hole and seeinga therapist and journaling and
meditating and you know all thethings and really that inner
(22:56):
child work was what really gaveme the fatigue and helped me to
now I can tell, when I'm livingin my alignment, my truth and I
feel happy and I feel I'mfollowing my bliss.
Of course, life's not alwaysperfect, so there'll be things
that come up that frustrate meor make me upset or angry or
whatever, but I can use those asthe bridge for me to have that
(23:21):
exploration of that subject.
I don't need to go 40 subjectsdeep and try to heal it all at
the same time.
That's not what we're meant todo.
We're meant to live life andlearn.
So that's really where I sawthe spiritual burnout happen for
me and how I adjusted it.
And I continue to do thatbecause I can really like latch
(23:42):
on to want to know more and moreand more and learn and learn
and learn and try to healeverything at the same time and
just rip the bandaid off.
But we're meant to go slow andsteady and enjoy life and have
the journey show us the way.
So it's really like everythingwe're talking about is really
you coming back to alignment, coming back to that neutral spot
(24:03):
, neutrality, letting go ofcontrol.
You have to control what'sgoing on, that constriction.
Beautiful channeling that camethrough.
We will link that also.
(24:24):
The channeling came throughfrom the Arcturians that I did
and it talked about how you're aboat on the water and if you
don't have a captain, the boat, yes, will move.
It's going to move with thewater, with the wind, and it's
going to go wherever the windand water take it.
But if you have a captain whois using the wind and the water
to navigate towards a certainarea, then you get to help
(24:44):
navigate yourself.
You're still going with theflow of the water and the waves
and everything as you're moving.
And that's the example from howthat can be in real life.
You're going with the waves, you're going with the flow, you
are relinquishing control butyou still are, you know, having
that forward movement without alot of constriction and
(25:07):
attachment to it.
So some subtle practices thatcan help you, like Lizzie said,
laying in nature, walking innature, barefoot in nature,
anything that's grounding.
You can have a mat, like Lizziehas, your PEMF mat.
You can listen to eight hertzfrequencies, healing frequencies
, like Lizzie's going to giveyou.
Rest is huge, absolutely, restis huge.
(25:30):
Lizzie and I are both yogateachers and if you've taken a
yoga class, you know that thelast few minutes are what is
considered the most importantpart of your practice shavasana
and it's a moment, or moments ofintegration.
So you are meant to lay thereand do absolutely nothing and I
see that as a beautiful reminderthat in life we need those
(25:53):
moments of rest where we doabsolutely nothing to integrate
everything we're working on andwe can get so bogged down with
the actionable steps.
So having that rest really, really helps us.
And then silence, just beingrelaxing, play, obviously,
having fun play, have fun, dothings you love to do as a child
(26:14):
.
When you're having fun and youenjoy your day to day, you're in
this energy of just receivingand it's such a beautiful,
beautiful thing to be.
And yeah, you can do playwithout constantly being in the
work, like I talked about.
You don't have to constantly bedoing the work.
The work will show up for you.
You don't need to be constantlydoing it.
That's so true.
Speaker 4 (26:35):
Yeah, just show up
for you.
So all you have to do is noticeit.
All you have to do is notice it, yeah, but really, you know, we
really want you to be doinglike the spiritual work while
you're feeling safe, like youneed to feel safe while you're
doing this work.
And safety comes from yournervous system, from your body.
(26:58):
It comes from your body.
So really taking the time toground yourself before you step
into the work can also be veryhelpful.
So if you're in this inner childwork, if you're in this shadow
work, if you're in some prettyheavy stuff right now, if you're
in the middle of some heavystuff, make sure you feel really
(27:18):
good before you step back intothat.
And that can be your breath work, that grounding, like literally
grounding outside.
Or it can be just sitting, having that silence, taking a
few breaths, putting your handon your heart, on your belly,
feeling yourself back here inthe present moment, like just
(27:40):
regulate your nervous systembefore you step again.
So we really want you to feelsafe, we want you to be here in
your body and prioritize thatover the list, over that
spiritual achievement list thatall of us type A's like to
create for ourselves, that listof all the stuff that we have to
(28:02):
get done to make ourselvesreally great and be the best
person that we can Honestlythrow the list away, because
this isn't supposed to feel likework.
This isn't supposed to feellike an obligation.
This is an invitation, it's notan obligation.
(28:25):
So just let it be a little bitmore fun, let it be a little bit
more light.
Let yourself feel good beforeyou work yourself into this
stuff.
So, really, you know, we've beentalking about this Like the
body never lies and the mind isalways running.
(28:46):
You know.
That's why meditation can bevery illuminating.
Because, the first few timesyou're like oh my God, does my
mind ever stop?
Speaker 3 (28:59):
Same with yoga.
It's like, oh, we're in thislike restorative posture for
three minutes.
I can't stop thinking, yeah.
Speaker 4 (29:05):
Yeah, yeah, and you
know the thing is constantly
just bring yourself back tosomething.
Is it your breath?
Is it?
something you're touching?
Is it something you're lookingat?
Can you push yourselfphysically so that you're just
completely in your body and notin your mind, making sure that
you feel good in your body?
So this is just something tothink about is what does
(29:29):
alignment feel like in your body, in my body, your specific
individual body?
What does alignment feel liketo you physically, not in your
mind, but specifically in yourbody?
And that's this whole wordembodiment, which is such a
(29:49):
weird word.
I feel like it's likeembodiment, what the hell.
But, that's what that word meansis like in the body, in the
body, focusing more on the bodyinstead of the mind.
We have put so much on the mindas a society as the answer to
everything, but it isn't.
It isn't.
(30:10):
It helps you, it helps you, butyou have to start with the body
.
Speaker 3 (30:16):
Yes, absolutely.
It's all in your body, it's allin there.
It's easy to bypass that andforget it and not think that
that's intelligent, but it is.
It has so much wisdom and it'stelling us what's right and
what's wrong for us.
We feel energies all of it.
So yes, that's absolutely.
(30:37):
I love that reflection.
That's wonderful.
Speaker 4 (30:49):
And, lastly, what we
really want to bring for you
guys is redefining progress onyour spiritual path.
You know progress can lookdifferent for everyone, and
progress isn't always aboutexpansion.
It's also about stillness, it'salso about recovery, and
sometimes the deepest healingthat you could experience can
happen in the pause, not whileyou're doing the work Afterwards
(31:11):
.
Before it can happen in thepause it can happen in the pause
.
Speaker 3 (31:22):
I remember learning a
phrase a few years ago I don't
know exactly how it went, but itwas something that musical
notes wouldn't be music withoutthe pauses in between.
It can't just be constant.
You need those pauses toactually make beautiful music be
what it is.
And such a beautiful reminderalso that as humans we need
those pauses in between.
Everything we do for recovery, stillness and getting back to
(31:43):
who we are.
Like true spiritual maturityincludes that soul alignment,
feeling the universe just wantsyou to get back to the alignment
of your soul, and that's ourjourney here on earth.
That's what we are doing.
We're removing the layers ofpeople pleasing, of societal
conditioning.
We're getting back to who weare, unapologetically, but with
that warmth and that love andthat compassion.
(32:05):
And having that as part of yourjourney is that that's really
the key, like knowing that it'sall about getting back to that
soul aligned place and yourmanifestations truly can come to
you effortlessly.
When you have that soulalignment, because you aren't
(32:26):
living for someone else, you'renot clouding up everything that
you're doing with.
You know things that areexpected of you that you don't
necessarily want to do andyou're also not clouding up this
manifestation fatigue,spiritual burnout we talked
about with all the things youthink you need to do and you're
also not clouding up thismanifestation fatigue, spiritual
burnout we talked about withall the things you think you
need to do, feeling thatalignment in your soul is really
going to have you open up andexpand in that way and know
(32:48):
during this journey you are notmeant to feel high vibe all the
time.
Yes, high vibe is great, highvibe is wonderful, high vibe can
attract what we want, but thosepeaks and valleys, the valleys,
are just as important because alot of time when we see and
feel those feelings of emotionsthat we are really opening and
(33:09):
releasing into and learning fromthat can be our greatest
calling to serve others, something that we overcame and
we feel in our body.
So we don't have to feel highvibe all the time, absolutely
not.
Like obviously it's a greatthing to feel, but obviously
also feel into how good it canfeel to feel the emotions.
(33:30):
That's why we're here, like weincarnated here, to feel the
whole scale of emotions as ahuman and having gratitude for
knowing that I get to feelsadness and I get to feel anger
and I get to feel despair, thesedifferent things that really
don't feel great in the moment, but I have gratitude that I get
to experience them here on earth.
Speaker 4 (33:53):
Yeah, it's such a
privilege to feel heartbroken.
It really is.
Speaker 3 (33:59):
Yeah, feeling the
emotional wave.
It's like that we had somethingthat we could be heartbroken
from.
The gratitude can come from allangles.
Speaker 4 (34:11):
And that you have the
capacity to feel so deeply for
someone else or something elsethat never goes away.
You have that capacitythroughout your whole life.
It's just when are you willingto open up?
When are you willing to?
Speaker 3 (34:33):
risk it for the
biscuit.
You know, just know you're notbehind, you're just in between.
You're in between the pause, the space between the notes and
you get to decide.
Only you know what's best foryou.
So you get to decide what youneed to release, what's right
for you for your manifestationpractice, and to just release
anything that feels like burnoutor fatigue.
(34:55):
And, honestly, the simplestthing you can do is just release
and forget about it for a while.
Just release and just live yourlife.
Have fun, enjoy, be alignedwith your soul and just don't
worry about it.
And see, just see, how fastthings show up when you release
control and show that you don'tcare about it anymore.
Speaker 4 (35:12):
Honestly, that is the
juice of manifestation.
I promise you right right now.
We can set intentions all daylong.
We can set the intention ofwhat we want, we can put it out
there, we can take some actionsto get there and then, honestly,
when you forget about it, whenyou completely let it go,
(35:33):
literally forget about it ithappens and I swear that that is
so true.
I have seen it.
I have been manifesting at aexponentially faster rate over
the past six years than I haveever done in my entire life,
because I am not attached to howthat thing shows up.
(35:55):
When it shows up, who it showsup with, how it comes to me, I'm
just like that's for me, I'mgoing to have it, thank you
universe.
And then I literally don'tthink about it anymore.
And it's like three years later, all of a sudden I'm about to
move into a camper and travelthe fricking United States with
my family, which I thought I wasgoing to do when I was 20,
(36:19):
something.
You know what I mean and I'mlike, damn it.
I missed that time in my lifewhen it was so easy to just pick
up and go all over the place.
And now I've got a husband andkids and dogs and all these
responsibilities.
Well, guess what?
They're all coming with me andI never could have guessed that.
I never could have guessed that.
I never could have guessed that.
(36:39):
So just remember, wherever youare is part of your path.
You know feeling stuck in allthe things.
It's part of it, it's thejourney, like Nikki said, and if
we don't feel all these things,we're not going to feel all the
great things, we're not goingto notice how great it feels
when we have these things.
So, just like Nikki said, it'stime for you to choose something
(36:59):
this week to just let go of.
Maybe cancel one of your plansthat you're actually not very
much looking forward to.
Maybe say no to something thatyou don't want to do instead of
saying maybe, or I couldprobably move some things around
to make that work.
No, say no.
Why don't you let go of one ofthose spiritual practices that
(37:20):
you've been doing every singleday?
Because it's on your list, because it's a part of your
morning routine or your eveningroutine?
Maybe you just pause on thatfor a second, or maybe you take
some time to go inward, if youhave not allowed yourself to sit
and reflect on things that havebeen going on your life.
This is your invitation to dothat, and it's your reminder
(37:42):
that it is very important foryou to do that.
If you're really looking atleveling up, you need to learn
the lessons from what you'vebeen experiencing, and the only
way you learn those lessons isby looking at everything from a
high place, a high altitude, bird's eye view here.
So this is it Relax.
(38:03):
Everything is going to happenin its own divine timing.
You just need to state what youwant.
Let it go and be in this greatneutral nervous system, body,
aligned state, and it will allcome.
Speaker 3 (38:22):
Yes, yeah, exactly,
just let it go.
Let it go and release, juststart to shed the things that
you don't want to do or thethings that you just are
clogging up your calendar, likeLizzie said.
Like Lizzie said, but we hopethis had, you know, some help.
We hope it helped you in someway, because we've both
experienced this in variousstages of our lives, including
(38:44):
most recently, and it was asubject that we've had questions
about.
So we were really excited totalk about it and just kind of
peel the layers of why it showsup and how you can help yourself
and everything that goes alongwith it.
So we thank you so much forbeing here and listening until
the end, as always, because itmeans so much to us that you are
(39:04):
here.
We're so honored to talkthrough the things that we're
passionate about.
