Buckle up crew, because this podcast is all about keeping it real. I’m your host Ashley and we’re diving headfirst into how life does a 180 the second that baby leaves your bod. Trust me, your world will never be the same. The day to day mom grind is tough, it’s relentless, and let’s face it, some days you’d rather do just about anything than change another diaper and have shit thrown at you. We're going to explore what it's like being a mom in today's world. And spoiler alert: it’s not great at times and harder than it looks on Instagram. I’ll be sharing my own hilarious and sometimes cringe-worthy stories, chatting with some amazing and fun guests while uncovering the trials, anxieties, and tough days that come with the territory. We’re going to cut through the bullshit and get to the heart of this crazy ride. I know firsthand how hard it can be trying to balance career and family, and the desperate need for self-care (hello, like 5-minute showers please!), and the never-ending quest for personal growth. Once you step into the mom zone, life gets harder than trying to assemble IKEA furniture in the dark. I wish I was joking. We're covering it all—from the first post-baby romp to the less glamorous side of pregnancy, mental health struggles, career ambitions, and so much more. Don’t forget to follow us on social media @themomexistence. Bye for now, and remember: you’re doing amazing!

This podcast was born from Alex Cooper then to a random social media video that made me breakdown and spiral for the day.
This week I’m getting personal — talking about the mental blocks I’ve faced using my voice, the weight of traditional household roles, and why the idea that “dads work harder” still lingers. I open up about growing up in a home where roles were defined, how that shaped me, and what I wa...
