Being the first generation of mothers to parent the use of cell phones, we are just starting to learn the effects that social media is having on our children.  Cyberbullying is part of it, yes, but a much larger part of it is the endless scrolling as our children sit there and compare themselves to others all day long.  This simple act is causing our children's anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts to skyrocket.  In this episode, I give you a few things you can do to help lessen the effects of social media on your child.
