Stig holds a Ph.D. in medicine with a focus on exercise physiology, which he uses to understand and train the body at its limits.
He’s also the founder of Breatheology and the author of the best selling book Breatheology: The Art of Conscious Breathing, a guide that explores how proper breathing techniques can enhance performance, reduce stress and improve overall health.
