After moving to Texas from her native Guadalajara Mexico, Blanca opened her own Mexican food restaurant, just because her boyfriend (now her husband) told her that she cooked well! 30 years later and Aldaco's Mexican food is still serving great food and award winning drinks to the crowds. Blanca talks about moving to a new country, how she pivots when the market changes and how she creates her award winning Margaritas.
