As moms we think we can and should be able to do it all in order to make us "good" moms.

This week, Bethany is continuing the conversation around this topic with coach and accidental entrepreneur Suzanne Culberg.

After discussing Blue and Hamilton, they dive into the big topic about the habits that can help overcoming over-giving and how to say No in a way that feels good. They touch on Mom-cations, daycare, self-care, and the guilt associated with why moms have a hard time being "selfish". Suzanne also talks about modeling good boundaries with our children so they are able to take these habits for themselves in the future. They also discuss gender roles and the part partners play in parenting, household chores, and bringing in income.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
