She’s the author of Half Moon Hustle, a newsletter about motherhood, ambition, and living with intention, which has grown into her new venture Momentum Rising, designed to help ambitious women navigate the transition into motherhood through coaching, community & experiences.

An immigrant from Ukraine, Tamara began her career on Wall Street and earned her MBA at Harvard before pivoting to tech. Along the way, she became a mother to two young daughters and experienced firsthand the challenges of growing a career while raising a family.
