Brandon, which is, fivequestion.
So what do you do for fun?
Well, I'm a basketball coach,coach JV basketball at local
high school here.
And I love to fish.
Uh, so have a, a bass boat.
My 15-year-old son loves to fishand so we go in shore fishing
down at the beach and they'dlove to bass fish as well.
That's awesome, man.

What is one opportunity thatlooked very small, but turned
out to be a big game changer foryou?
Oh, I would have to say the selfstorage, project, Um, Brandon,
what's your best piece of advicefor communicating value to
nervous investors?
I think trust, We've alwaysfocused on long-term

relationships.
We have, never not paid aninvestor back his return, his or
her return.
What do you wish more investorsunderstood about using leverage
responsibly?
I would say the biggestquestions that I've always had
around it is the funding piece,around real estate in general.
And I wish that, our,educational system does not
teach entrepreneurialism.

(01:04):
It teaches.
Status quo, go get a job, makeyour hourly income invested in
your 401k, retire when you're 62or 72, and have this much money.
Last question, man.
To what do you attribute yoursuccess, for consistent growth
in this space, brother?
I'm a man of faith, my,relationship with Jesus
obviously is key number one.

I would say my, my wife is a, ahuge part of that success.
