I love that you love JohnMaxwell.
He says, don't show me yourdreams.
Show me your teams, because withthe right team, you can
accomplish any dream.
And if you want to have Aplayers on your team, you can't
be a C leader or you're onlygoing to attract.
As high as you are in life.
So if you're looking at yourcurrent team and you're saying,

my team is a bunch of Cs, lookin the mirror, you're a C
leader.
That's period, the end.
And so if you want A players, Aplayers are looking for A
leaders.
So simply become the person thatattracts A players and watch
what happens.
That's the goal.
And you find this concept in abook called The Compound Effect,
Darren Hardy.

Phenomenal book.
He wrote 40 pages on this wife.
He's like, I'm gonna have mywife.
It looks like this, loves this,does this.
40 pages.
I was like, this guy is a G.
So 40 pages, he goes to a JimRowan event.
Jim Rowan says, you can haveanything you want in life so
much as you become the personworthy of the thing that you
desire.
And he's like, oh my gosh.
I'm doing this wrong.

So he wrote a 40 page documenton who he would need to become
to attract a woman of thatcaliber.
He's like, I'm gonna becomethis, become this, become this.
Within a couple years heattracts this wife into his life
and he says, it's scary howclose she was to the original 40
page document he wrote, Youdon't find success, you don't

find money.
You attract it and you attractit through becoming more.
