Aloha, It’s Shelon "Hutch" Hutchinson here! If you’re enjoying 'The Multifamily Real Estate Experiment' podcast, please like, comment, and share our episodes to help us reach and inspire more people. Thank you for your support!

In this episode, Gian Pazzia shares the mindset shift that separates casual investors from strategic ones. Your biggest expense is taxes. Lowering that, even slightly, can fuel serious growth if you put those savings back into real estate.

This isn’t about loopholes or chasing write-offs. It’s about leading with intention, protecting your capital, and thinking like a true wealth builder.

Gian also drops a gem on what to say when someone tells you to just make less money to save on taxes. Hint: that’s not the move.
