He was our real estate agent.

of doing something crazy.
I'm thinking of buying a mobilehome park and I need you to talk
me out of it and I need you totell me why.
And he was like, no, I know guyswho own those.
They're cash cows.
And yeah, we sent out a bunchof, we, we switched it up, we

sent out a bunch of letters andfound our first park that we
bought in 2016.

That, that is so cool.
And you did something reallygood there.
He wasn't really looking forvalidation as to the museum that
you have created for yourself.
You wanted somebody to challengethat belief and it sound like
you really trusted his buddy.
One, he had experience and hewas, I assume where it was

somewhat successful in thedirection that you wanted to go.
And the crazy thing is thatthere's so many people around us
that, that are doing things atthe next level that we want to
aspire to, but not a lot of usare taking, the necessary steps
together.
There's this famous quote thatsays that your network is your
net worth, right?

Tons of people know Elon Muskand they're not
multi-billionaires you know whatI mean?
Because they're not thinking atthat level.
They're a lot of them justprobably satisfied with getting
a job and not really, thinking alot bigger.
