In a world unraveling before our eyes, where the ground beneath us feels unsteady, how do we self-regulate and navigate without being consumed by fear, division, and uncertainty? This podcast is an invitation, an initiation into spiritual growth and full embodiment in times of significant change.

Inspired by Umair Haque’s The Trauma of Social Collapse, we explore the deeper layers of what is happening—not just externally but within us. This is not about survival alone. It’s about awakening- about stepping beyond reaction and into radical wholeness, sovereignty, and wisdom.

Through thought-provoking reflection and soul-stirring self-inquiry, we journey into the spaces where grief, resistance, and fear reside so that we may meet them, integrate them, and rise beyond them. And at the end, a deeply grounding guided meditation awaits (TIMESTAMP 12:00), a practice of self-regulation, presence, and reconnection to the greater unfolding of consciousness.

This is for the seekers, the wayfinders, the ones who refuse to be swallowed by the tides of collapse but instead rise into a new kind of becoming.

Are you ready to step into the valley and emerge transformed? Press play, breathe deeply, and begin.

Self-Inquiry for the Time of Great Reckoning

This is not a time to wait. It is not a time to seek shelter in old stories or illusions of safety. It is a time to turn inward, not to escape, but to listen. It is time to stand in the rawness of what is and ask:

  1. What are we willing to see that we have not yet dared to face?

  2. Where in our bodies do we resist what is unfolding, and what does that resistance reveal about our relationship to power, security, and change?

  3. What do we mourn about this world, and how do we transmute that grief into a deeper commitment to love and presence?

  4. What does responsibility look like, not to a nation, not to an ideology, but to the wholeness of being human?

  5. Where are we still trapped in the illusion of separation—between ourselves and others, between our comfort and their suffering, between survival and belonging?

  6. How do we rise, not in anger, not in fear, but in radical sovereignty, in the unwavering knowing that our presence here matters?
