In this episode of The Mystic Space Podcast, I share the long awaited story of me going on my first ever solo trip - to Costa Rica! All my experiences, all my ups and downs, the things I’m grateful for, lessons learned and things I would do differently. Going on my first long solo flight when I was TERRIFIED of planes - pushing myself way out of my comfort zone and sharing how this trip changed who I am. I share my experience going to a retreat that I realised does not align with me and what I gained in my spiritual journey from that. I speak a little about New Age Spirituality and the impacts of it.
