Going into the importance of using your discernment when following other Spiritual teachers and leaders; and the importance of researching into what you learn deeply as many practices we know of today have come from ancient sacred practices often no longer taught by those that practice it in its entirety. It is important we acknowledge and respect these cultures or religions when we begin to engage with certain practices.
