In this episode of The Mystic Space Podcast, we dive deep into The Ego, exploring the idea of what it is and do we have one? If so can we have an “ego death” and reach a level of enlightenment like never before? Many question what the ego is, where it comes from and how does it impact us. I share my experience with my own ego and things I did to try and have an ego death, only to realise - it’s about working with your ego, not destroying it. Sharing what helped me and what perception shifts I had to be able to see my ego as my best friend - working for me, not against me.
