"Our shared human experience is based on dualities. There's Good and Evil. Masculine and Feminine. Love and indifference. Light… And dark… Angels… and Monsters. It's our natural tendency to want to choose one of these dualities over the other, when in reality, we are all spectrum. All of our manifestations are here to serve us and inform us. Even our deepest, darkest, monsters. We need it all to make the most of our experiences and live to our fullest potential. That includes our lightness and our darkness. It's about time we face our monsters, and hear what they have to say. They may very well hold the secret to our greatest individual gifts, and unlock our latent superpowers."
This week's episode, I chat with Spencer Burnett about using our inner "monsters" to empower us to get stuff done, and help us turn our dream into our reality. Spencer is the founder of an all-encompassing productivity and life management system called "Flow State". We touch on everything from little cheats we can use to stay focused on our priorities, all the way to the relationships we have with our inner demons, and how we can make them work for us, instead of being a slave to them.
