Amy Spindel is a master’s-level Functional Holistic Nutritionist focused on gut health and microbiome optimization. She also helps breastfeeding moms pinpoint (non-structural) key contributors of their babies’ reactions to breastmilk. Certified in both Applied Functional Medicine and Microbiome Analysis, she supports internal terrain rebalancing to promote enhanced nutrient digestion and absorption, hormones, mental health, and other aspects of whole-body wellness. She owns a private practice that centers around children of all ages and women that are preconception through postpartum. She is additionally the team lead for Scientific and Clinical Services at the School of Applied Functional Medicine.
