Anne Markt is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has been coaching clients to wellness for the past 10 years.
Anne has coached patients of many functional medicine doctors across the country, as well as clients of NAO Wellness, while learning the best resources available for health and longevity.
Her specialty is working with clients who have struggled with yo-yo dieting for years and feel confused, stressed, and metabolically burnt out! She's successfully helped clients completely transform their relationship to food and their body.
Anne is also the published co-author of the book "Never Stop Healing" with Regan Archibald, FMP and provides corporate wellness presentations virtually with NAO Wellness.
Anne successfully overcame a years-long battle with binge eating thanks to meditation, transformed her childhood and college addictions to gluten, dairy, and sugar thanks to her health coaching tools, and successfully stopped calorie counting and obsessing over her weight. Leading with curiosity, compassion, and care, Anne helps clients discover their best healthy habits in alignment with their values, strengths and goals.
