Hello, my name is Zack Wiseman. You may have heard my voice on Create Your Own Podventure or may have seen me on Talking UpStream, but what you do not know until now is, I have a crazy obsession. I am obsessed with the Netflix Top Ten in the U.S. I’m not too sure when the obsession started, but for the last few weeks, I have been looking at the top ten every day. Noticing that it actually changes. Slightly. Enough that I had to do some research. And what I found out baffled me. And probably only me, but I have all this equipment for other projects and I decided to use it for something even more pointless. I am going to tell you about my daily obsession with this list. Here are some facts: Netflix has 240 million subscribers and 75 million of those are in the United States. The top 10 changes at 11:30am pacific time every day to reflect the last 24 hours of watching and reviewing. Now, I live in Colorado which means just as i’m finishing my lunch at 12:30, the list updates and I get more and more furious. It made me think about who watches Netflix and what it’s being used for. What lands on the top ten? Yes, the newest released movies, yeah they get on there (looking at you “I care a lot.”); but to my dismay, early oughts garbage like iCarly and fake babysitters like Cocomelon hit the rankings and disappear frequently. I have no idea why this catches my attention so much, but it does. And I’m gonna talk on it. So, join me as I watch the top 10 in the US every single day of the week and review them for you! Maybe this will help me find a new obsession, or maybe I’ll uncover a secret conspiracy by Netflix to brainwash us with iCarly reruns!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
