Join our distinguished panelists as they discuss the advantages of having early "Insights" (Data), from consumers outside the traditional point of care.   We continue the conversation about moving Care to home (Hospital@Home / SNF@Home) and the need to provide technology and solutions that enable this mission.   As we continue to work with large Health Systems and large Populations of patients, the need to connect remotely increases as Payors and Consumers are in search of healthcare solutions in low-cost settings - Home.
