wondering is this it?
Tired of pouring out and notfeeling poured into.
Then I realized something mynext big thing isn't out there
somewhere.
It was already inside of me,and that's what I'm saying to
you your next big move isalready inside of you.

You don't need more credentialsmore clarity.
You don't need more hustle, youneed more alignment.
So today I'm going to sharewith you three very powerful
moves that you can make beforeAugust.
You can reset your career,ignite your business or rebuild
your personal momentum, nomatter what your age is, your

Move number one Get ruthlesslyclear on what you want.
Clarity is not a luxury, it'syour fuel.

People aren't failing becausethey're lazy.
They're failing because they'reclimbing the wrong ladder.
Let me ask you a question thatchanged everything for me.
I asked you are you building alife you admire or just

Pretty deep question, isn't it?
Let me tell you about a coupleof my clients.
Let me tell you about Dana, oneof my clients, a brilliant,
successful, six-figured female,but every Monday, as she went
into the office, it felt like afuneral.
I asked her to do one thing geta sheet of paper and draw a

On one side.
I want you to write what I wantmore of.
On the other side, what I willno longer tolerate.
That list became her roadmap.
Today, dana runs a thrivingbusiness that fuels her and it
doesn't drain her.
So here's your assignment Graba sheet of paper and take a pen

and write down the middle, andon one side I want you to write
what you want and on the side,what you will no longer tolerate

Move number two I want you tocreate a visibility plan that
speaks to you.
Yes, a visibility plan thatspeaks to you.
Let me speak directly to thosehigh achievers, the experts, the

professionals, the leaders thatare out there.
You've done the work, but noone knows you.
No one knows you're there, yougot the results, you got the
recipe, you have the experience,but you're still invisible.
You don't need to be loud, youneed to be seen.
So let me introduce you toanother one of my clients Samuel

Samuel is an operations genius.
He's a quiet guy but apowerhouse.
I told him Samuel, you need10,000 followers.
What I mean to say is, samuel,you don't need 10,000 followers,
you need 10 people who knowwhat you do.
So he started to share one ofhis lessons on LinkedIn every

week.
Just real talk about hissystems, about his leadership,
about his principles, and withinthree weeks, he landed a
speaking gig and closed aconsulting deal.
So here's what I want you to do.
I want you to post one lesson.
I want you to post one insightand record one video on your

phone.
Nothing fancy, just do it andtell one person what your
mission is.
I want you to focus onvisibility.
Visibility turns wisdom intoopportunity, reputation into
revenue.
Move number three I want you toask for the conversation that
could change everything.

Here's a truth most peopleignore your next big thing is
already in your network.
You just haven't asked for it.
You're stuck, you're silent.
Let me say that again.

Paul was laid off during thepandemic, but he's over 50.
He lost confidence.
He thought he was washed up.
I said Paul reach out to fivepeople and tell them what you're
building.
Tell them you're buildingsomething new.
That's it.
Reach out to five people andtell them that you're building

Within one week, he had twointerviews and a freelance
contract.
He wasn't discovered, heinitiated.
Let me say that again, paulwasn't discovered, he initiated.

So here's the script I want youto steal.
I'm going to give this to you.
I want you to call five peopleand tell them you're building

something new and that you'dlove their perspective.
That's it.
You don't need to have a pitch,you don't need to have a bag,
you just need to start theconversation.

So let me recap the three thingsI'm telling you about the three
moves that you can make beforeAugust.
One, get clear on what you wantand what you're done tolerating

This isn't fluff.
These are moves that you canmake before August to pivot, to
