On today’s Next Phase with Steve Kee podcast..the multi talented Peter Reynolds.
I met Peter a decade ago…he was – what I like to call my personal paparazzi – filming many of the corporate videos I did back with Insurance Bureau of Canada.
Peter is a cinematographer and owner of For the Record Productions, a video production company that produces videos for corporate, government and non-profit clients. In addition Peter specializes in creating accessible content for persons with disabilities, including the Deaf in American Sign Language.
He’s also a children’s author, Peter has published the picture book, Lost Hallway, Where do Lost Things Go? and the middle-grade novella, Stitches in Time Travel. He is currently working on the sequel to Stitches in Time Travel and a YA fantasy novel.
When not filming or writing, Peter is the host of the popular children’s podcast, Musings and Other Nonsense. Started in 2020. The podcast is a collection of Peter’s original stories, poems and songs. Episodes are performed by Peter and his son Griffin.
When not filming or writing or podcasting, Peter also runs virtual improvisational workshops for writers. IMPROV YOUR WRITING aims to get writers to use the tools of theatrical improv to look at their writing differently and break through writers block.
He lives in Toronto with his wife Kathy, son Griffin and dog Pepper.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
