Paul Holze is Founder and President of Groundwork Promotions, a full service marketing agency, and runs Deep End Fitness in San Diego, LA, and Hawaii. Deep End Fitness is a training program centered on the practice of movement, breath work, and the strengthening of one’s mind in order to optimize human performance in and out of the water. In the conversation, we discuss the founding story of Groundwork Promotions, how the media landscape has changed, and the importance of a customer first approach and the his application of the 80/20 rule. We also talk about how Paul acquired Deep End Fitness as a client for his agency and the passion he grew for the training program, which led him to take over and grow the operation in San Diego and expand beyond.
