On this episode of The Nick Frazier Podcast, my guest is Nashville Predators TV play-by-play and analyst and weekday sports talk host Willy Daunic. Willy has been in radio/sports talk for 30 years here in the Nashville market. We go down memory lane as Willy describes his upbringing in sports talk radio. Willy also shares some cool moments when Nashville started to boom with professional sports in the late 1990's into the early 2000's. Willy and I also talk about the evolution of sports talk radio in the market. Later in the episode, Willy talks about his time with the Nashville Predators as he enters his 25th year with the broadcast team. He mentions the transition from radio play-by-play to TV play-by-play and the differences that go along with it.
