It's a solo Peach episode! (But it's not Shag's fault! Peach is overseas and recorded this one before his departure.)

This episode we go back to the very start - Gordon's first starring role in a reality TV series. It's a chance to reflect on how far (or how not far?) our host has come in his approach to (i) people of marginalised genders, (ii) fat-shaming, (iii) racism against the French, and (iv) shareholder dispute litigation.

This one was so not a Peach's Pick, but Shag's insights revealed its majesty as we worked through it.

One of the drearier American episodes is saved by Gordon's incredible confrontations with Gordon. Gordon is all hostility. Nino is all non sequitur. And we love it.

(And spoiler: Michael was the bad guy all along.)

We think we might hate Gordon? Aaaand we are pretty certain we hate Manny?

It's the month TNM's evolution into a Gordon Ramsay disillusionment podcast gathered a little more momentum, as Shag and Peach (for reasons best known to Peach!) explored what is broadly thought of as one of the worst episodes of the show's history.

Can Gordon save the marriage? Do people buy restaurants while getting their hair cut? Is a "flushing" Queens jok...

Maybe Gordon is really not a good guy?

As Peach's (and maybe Shag's?) disillusionment with Gordon becomes one of the undercurrents of 'The Nightmare Method' we thought we would have a quick check in with Sofia Vergara's interview on Jay Leno's show on 2010.

Gordon is a fellow guest, and Ms Vegara is visibly and audibly uncomfortable in Gordon's presence. Gordon is undeniably gross. His conduct is truly dehumanising.

So, Gawdon, where the fuck are ya?

This week we have a toxic masculinity tussle, and arguably the defining episode of the whole show. When we imagine Gordon in our minds it is the 2007-era Gordon of Sebastian's that we see.

There's a degree of delusion in this episode, as Sebastian strains to imagine himself inside an 'Entourage' episode kicking off an international franchise.
