Speaker 6 (00:46):
I'm your host more money, Hey yo, I'm your host,
Coach Milton Welcome.

Speaker 4 (00:51):
Backs were back, yes, sir, Yeah, Wesgiving.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
That was everybody's Sanksgiving, man, it was.

Speaker 5 (01:05):
It was awesome, man, you know, got time to spend
with family and had some good food. Everything was perfect,
except for that late night NFL game.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
It's it's on par right now.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
Man. It's it's as I said, man, the season is
full of parody.

Speaker 6 (01:28):
Man.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
It's a great, great season happening right now. Oh yeah, yeah,
some good some good.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
Football going on.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Whether we like the outcomes or not, it's still good football.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
But that game, but that game in particular wasn't good football.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Not well, not by the Ravens anyway, you know what
I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:47):
That's that's what pissed me off because we was in
the position and go like, what two games get a
two game league because Pittsburgh, thankfully Pittsburgh went to bed too,
and we're still in the first place in the division.
But but we had an opportunity. We played against a
Bengals team that you know, we haven't lost too, and

(02:08):
I don't even I don't think Lamar ever lost to
the Bengals, So I mean, so to play like that,
but it was just it was upsetting. But the two
games before that was awesome games. And then I want
a little bit of money on my alma mater. I
betted some money on my Dayton Flyers. They whooped Georgetown

(02:29):
where they ain't whoop them. They beat them in overtime,
but they yeah, they was beating them by the double
figures the entire game. But then Georgetown made a late
push take it the overtime, and then they you know,
stepped it up after that. So I was I was
pleased all the way around the board, except for my
my boys over there in Baltimore.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
They'll make it up to you, they'll make it up
to you.

Speaker 5 (02:56):
But but you know, I just want to, you know,
salute the old dog. You know, you know his bingals,
you know, got that win. I know he was happy.
That means on the top for his Thanksgiving and then
you know it's you know, that was a message game
for for all the people out there that that that
that has experienced failure just year after year after year

(03:19):
after year after year.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
You don't do it. Don't do it trying.

Speaker 5 (03:25):
If you keep trying, you might succeed. Even if it's
just a small piece of success. You can do it.
So don't give up. Let that be a lesson to
all the kids out there and all of you adults
that may make thank you an experience and failure for
for the last decade. It could it could be you
two man, so you know bingles man?

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Oh, even here, coach, don't do that to him, don't.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
Do that, hey, I know? Hey, how petty oh is Hey?
Look you know if you're.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
He's gonna get that phone come.

Speaker 5 (04:06):
And he gonna be jumping on probably the next fifteen
I know he's listening.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
Love I love that man. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
But let's jump into those NFL games. Man, What what
games did y'all? Did you guys enjoy watching? And what
surprises to because it was like an upset week if
you if you really want to be honest about it.
There's some teams that you wasn't expecting to to win
over thanks you know, Thanksgiving through Sunday or Monday or
whatever the case may be. So so what games interest

(04:40):
you guys the most?

Speaker 4 (04:42):
I honestly, man, I'm I'm I'm I'm pleasantly surprised with
the Carolina Panthers. How Bryce Young is kind of bounced back.
The team is rallied around him. You know, we got
a young boy, number eighteen. Cocha is from out this way,
so we always watching him play. I think he's their
number two receiver right now. He just came back from

(05:04):
injury and he had a nice little game. But that
whole offense is starting to come around, and Dowble Dowel
is playing well. So Carolina Panthers is doing well. And
then the Bears, man, I'm happy to see them starting.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
To pull it together too.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
So it's interesting to see the teams that were on
the bottom of starting to flip. So all the divisions
are starting to flip a little bit, with all the
underdog teams, you know, taking the lead. And then shit,
I think, isn't Jacksonville leading there their division right now?

Speaker 3 (05:36):
Which is crazy because.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
I think there was a lot of questions circling around
Trevor Lawrence, but he's now kind of stepped it up
and ETN is doing well.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
So those three.

Speaker 4 (05:46):
Teams, man, to me, Jacksonville, Chicago and Carolina Panthers are
the three teams that I'm real you know, pleasantly surprised
to see them, you know, in the positions that they're
in right now.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
As far as Thanksgiving games, of course, the Cowboys in
the in the.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
In the Chiefs game.

Speaker 6 (06:05):
Fifty seven point two million people watched that game, you
know what I'm saying. So it was a good game
it with regardless of the outcome. Of course I'm happy
the Cowboys won, but at the end of the day,
it was it was a magnificent game highlighted by a
lot of Patrick Mahomes plays.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Dak played amazing.

Speaker 6 (06:22):
So it was just a good game, a game that
I was disappointed in, no more money, I'm not because
prior to that game, I was telling people that I
didn't think that McDuffie or Washington could check ceed Lamb
or Pickings one on one and if and if that happens,

(06:44):
that just opens up the rest of the playbook. And
as far as mahomes weapons goes, if that game highlighted it,
they're they're only as good as Patrick Mahomes Rice the
rest of the wide receivers that they're not that good.
He just he makes some amazing plays out side of
the pocket, he extends plays. His offensive line is not
that good. So I wasn't surprised. I said it two

(07:06):
shows ago. Our problem was health. You know, now that
we are finally healthy, I think we can compete. I'm
not saying we're a contender, but we won't get dragged
because we're healthy. Not as far as a game that
disappointed me, it was a Pittsburgh Steelers. You have a
prime time game where you're in the prime slot and

(07:27):
you're playing the Buffalo Bills, a contendent team, and you
just didn't show up. You know, I never advocate for
somebody to lose the well, unless you're a Cowboys coach.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
I don't advocate for you to lose their job.

Speaker 6 (07:39):
But Mike Tomlin got to do a little bit more
than what he's doing in Pittsburgh. They have enough talent
to compete and show up in these games, and they
just not another game. I was a little disappointed in
was was the Baltimore Ravens. I'm like a Shadow Ravens fan,
and I was. I was very pissed off that they
didn't show up and do what they were supposed to

(08:00):
do in that game. I don't want to hear nothing
about Joe Burrow coming back. This is a team that
had one wide receiver. You got one job. Don't let
Jamar Chase go off, and they did. I was very
disappointed in the Baltimore Ravens. Coach said the Chicago Bears.
I agree one hundred percent, although I believe the Eagles
were a little overrated going into that game. But you

(08:23):
got a salute Chicago. The Panthers, the jury is still.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
Out on them. I'm gonna keep it. I'm gonna keep
it a buck.

Speaker 6 (08:29):
As a guy that's from Carolina, a lot of things
go their ways sometimes in these games. You can only
win with luck for so long before that luck run out.
You're seeing that now with the Coats a little bit.
You know, when teams start to figure you out and
they put eight in the box, nine in the box,
and you gotta throw the ball like Daniel Jones and

(08:50):
Bryce Young, then we'll see what he can do. But
right now he's riding, he's riding high, but I don't
think it's sustainable.

Speaker 3 (08:58):
Yeah, that is true.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
That that will be the One thing about Carolina is
they're very inconsistent, but still still pleasantly surprised toss him.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
Oh what about you, coach?

Speaker 5 (09:09):
Yeah, I mean, you know I had that start on
my notes. Bryce young This this is a kid that
was the number one pick in the drift. But everybody
was trying to write them off. They were trying to
they were trying to kick him out the League's pretty much.
They were talking about he couldn't even you know, start
on the Canadian team. You know, they were, you know,

(09:32):
they was talking real bad about him.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
So for him.

Speaker 5 (09:36):
To perform like the way he's been performing, especially when
we just saw this last game, I think he was
fifteen for twenty, threw for over two hundred yards, three touchdowns,
and to win against a very good Rounds.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
Team, you know, I salute the young man.

Speaker 5 (09:52):
I'm rooting for him because I just think that he
came into a situation where the organization was piss poor,
you know, poor coaching, poor front office, didn't really have
the talent around them. And now that you see some
of that stuff is starting to uh starting to develop

(10:13):
around him. You're starting to see his game pick up.
So you know that just show you you you put
the right pieces around the quarterback, especially quarterback is talented
as him, you'll see you'll see your quarterback flourish.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
I was.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
I was impressed with the Texans and went over the coach.
You know, yeah, I think that I think the Texans
have have really hit their stride now.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
They they look like.

Speaker 5 (10:39):
Before last Yeah, so so salute to them. That Cowboys
Chiefs game that that was an awesome game. I enjoyed watching.
I actually want some money off yard too, more money.
I had a feeling the Cowboys is gonna get them
cheese man.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
And you know, since since I've been.

Speaker 5 (10:56):
A been a Ravens fan, you know, I haven't I
haven't really been having too much heartburn with the Cowboys
winning games stuff.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
You know, I used to hate him, you know.

Speaker 5 (11:05):
I think I couldn't stand him scoring that one point,
But you know now it's like, you know, it's the look,
you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (11:12):
And then you know another team with.

Speaker 5 (11:14):
A black quarterback, dark Prescott got a root for him.
Just just to to your point in that Ravens Bengals game, though,
I think the defense was holding them down for like
two and a half quarters.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
I mean, they did what they supposed to do.

Speaker 5 (11:30):
I mean, you can't expect the defense to keep having
to come out there on the field and stop a
poking offense like the Bengals with their best quarterback back.
I know, I don't think Higgins played right, but uh yeah,
he didn't play. But Jamar Chase is just he he different.
I know he was out there, you know pretty much

(11:51):
buy some but he different. Bro, You're not gonna stop
him for four quarters. It was just amount of time.
So the offense. So the offense, you know, needed to
do that part and they didn't. And there's no excuses.
But I was telling somebody maybe I want to I
think it was the Jets game. I was like, yeah,

(12:12):
Sir Lamar, Yeah, Sir Lamar for another game or two,
because he ain't right. If you if you a person
that watched the Ravens and watched Lamar Jackson, watch to
watch the way he play and move and throw the ball. Physically,
he's not right and because of that whatever physical issues
he had, I know it was a hamstring and knee

(12:33):
and ankle or whatever the case. But now I think
it's affected him mentally because now he's pressing, like, you know,
you know, what can I do despite me not being
able to get away from pressure or turn this corner
and go up the field with my legs. So I
just thought some of those games, like the Dolphins and

(12:53):
the Jets, those were good game, good opportunities for them
to sit him down and get them healthy. Cause it's
no need for us to limp into the playoffs and
and get this version of Lamar in the playoffs, or
it's gonna be the same story. So that's that's what
I see from them. The Stealers, they all who we
thought they were, you know, trash.

Speaker 3 (13:18):
You know.

Speaker 5 (13:19):
Uh uh, So I was I was proud of proud
of that loss. And then the Commanders they showed something,
you know what I'm saying. They went out there and
they competed against the Broncos. They they played their ass off.
I was like, damn, this is a good ass game.
Because everybody's like, why the hell they playing the primetime game,
This is about.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
To be a blowout.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
But Commanders came to play a lot of people thought
they should have kicked the extra point and and and
you know, kept the game going. But I was like,
why you three in that. You're not playing for nothing,
you know what I mean, You're not going anywhere. You
go for the wins. This is your opportunity. And actually
the receiver was wide open. If the balls one more

(14:00):
step to the left, to the right or if he
had a throw, that would have been a touchdown.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
Yeah. So yeah, that was that was a great Yeah,
that was a great play call.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
That was that was a perfect play call if he
would have just pumped faked and like you said, side
on it or something because the do was wide open.
So and like I said, it was a great game.
They and uh the coaches calling the plays. Now you're
starting to see some of the coaches taking over some
of the play calling duties from these offensive coordinators. But
you could see that they game plan for Mariota to

(14:34):
be successful. And then scary Terry came back and just
showed how valuable he is to their franchise. So I
was glad to see him come back and you know,
you know, just show his presence out there. So definitely
definitely glad to see them do whatever. Even though I'm
not a fan of this I'm a I'm a scary
Terry fan.

Speaker 3 (14:51):
So glad to see that.

Speaker 4 (14:54):
But what do you guys think about I know, I
know everybody's up at arms about Tomlin. What do y'all
think of about Big Bend speaking on it when he'd
the damn main reason at the end, the damn hole
that at the first place. You know, I don't I
don't disagree with what's being said about Tomlin, But some
of the when Big Ben speaks, I'm like, why are
you talking when you were the one that basically held

(15:17):
him hostage, you know, for those extra couple of years
because you were trying to win a Super Bowl and
then when you did get a good quarterback in there,
you you powdered like a baby and held an organization hostage,
you know, not to really move forward with that guy.
So now you're sitting here, Talmar Tomlin needs to go.
Where you guys feel about some of the comments he's made,

(15:38):
or if you paid any attention to.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
It, I did.

Speaker 6 (15:41):
I agree with the timing of it, right, So in
the past Big Ben didn't.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
Oh, but.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Yeah you can hear me, Yeah we got you.

Speaker 3 (15:54):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
Now I was about to say in the past being
been in.

Speaker 6 (15:57):
He didn't say anything when Pickett was out there, or
Mason Rudolph or any of those other coaches. He's saying
something now for the same reason that I'm disappointed in
the Steelers. Man, you have enough requisite talent on offense
and defense to compete. So now it is a Mike
Tomlin problem. Before I don't think any of the alumni

(16:17):
said anything about Mike Thomlins, but I mean, they have
enough talent to compete in some of these games.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
And it's not hot.

Speaker 6 (16:24):
Like I said earlier, it's not the fact that you lose,
You're gonna lose in.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
Football, it's how they lost. They got through.

Speaker 6 (16:31):
You know, I'm sorry if kids watching they got their
ass whooped in Buffalo like it wasn't even closed. It
looked like the players not paying attention to what he's saying. Also,
and I'm gonna try to be brief about it, but
Mike Tomlin is one of those guys that has a
pulse on the organization right, meaning some of these player
personnel moves that didn't work out, that's Mike Thomlin's fault.

(16:51):
When you trade George Pickens, when you bring in Darius Slay,
when you start doing some of those things that gotta
fall on Mike Thomlins.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
And it's that like one of the hotest paid defenses
that they brought in that they have right now in
the league, number two.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
Number two paid. Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 4 (17:08):
Yeah, yeah, I just I don't disagree with what's being said.
I just big Ben rubbed me the wrong way when
he said it.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
I'm like, come on, bro, I'm not a fan. I'm
not a big, big fan.

Speaker 6 (17:21):
But like I said, he was Tom until until I mean,
after a certain while. You know what I'm saying, It
comes to a point where you you gotta say it
or you're not credible in the media.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
Got it? Got it?

Speaker 5 (17:35):
Yeah, No, disagree, I get it. And I heard I heard,
uh James Harrison on his podcast blaming and the coaching staff.
You know what I mean, he fan up with the
Steelers right now.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
Just what he said.

Speaker 4 (17:52):
Yeah, he said Tom that wasn't a good coach at all,
and didn't he says something like that.

Speaker 5 (17:56):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he said not a
good go and you went all the way back to
where he was playing and gave examples of how Tomlin
wasn't a good coach.

Speaker 3 (18:08):
You know, what I mean.

Speaker 5 (18:08):
But you know, still as as an organization that's that's
loyal to their coaches. I think they only had what
six seven coaches in their franchise history or something like that.
So so I mean, long as Tomlin stayed five hundred
and above, he'll he'll be there.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
He'll be there too. Don't until he don't want to
be there.

Speaker 4 (18:29):
You know, it's gonna take him to say he wants
to step away for the betterment of the organization before
they do anything.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (18:35):
I don't think they'll ever fire him. He'll he'll you know,
he'll mutually agree to part ways or something like that.

Speaker 5 (18:42):
That's right, yeah, yeah, and you know, and I and
I support it because we'll probably get the same results
and I support that decision one. So look, before we
move away from the NFL, I want to get your

(19:03):
guys start or but chadors standards and a Judy verbal confrontation.

Speaker 3 (19:10):
You know, I looked at it. I didn't see it
as a big deal.

Speaker 5 (19:12):
But I know it's been, you know, circulating around news
media all week. But I won't get your guy's take
on that's.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
I'm not a Judy fan.

Speaker 4 (19:26):
I think, you know, again, I get what people are saying,
why he didn't have that same energy for Dylan.

Speaker 3 (19:31):
I don't know that he didn't. Maybe they didn't catch it.

Speaker 4 (19:34):
But he need to shut up because he don't cost
them more games than the Shador. Ever will he dropping
passes and not come like come on bruh like And
it's a time for him where and here's where I
think some of these guys need to really read the room.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
This is a time for him to be a leader. Chador.

Speaker 4 (19:52):
You got two young quarterbacks who who are trying to
do their best with the situation at the end, So you,
as a veteran receiver, should be doing everything you can.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
Speak in mind.

Speaker 4 (20:16):
Wow, I understand that, though, get but good gracious but
uh but no, I just thought, I thought, I think
there's an opportunity for him to be a leader, man like,
you got two young quarterbacks who's fighting to get the
job done. You got a great defense over there for
so for him, he should be embracing these guys, helping

(20:37):
them kind of come along and do what he can
because he's the he should be. He's with the number
one receiver. Isn't he considered their number one receiver? Or
is it or is it the other guy? Yeah no
no so so so show your leadership, man, like be
a leader out there.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
Stop stop being a pump like I did.

Speaker 4 (20:55):
I just didn't like, like there's no leadership, Like this
is opportunity for you. Read the room. Help these guys
out while you're yelling at them. And you can see
your door. Got pissed off with him because you know
your door goes back and forth. Your door is still
the held up, and like, man, get the hell out
my face, like me, so he you know, he gonna
lose respect. And you gotta remember Shador is the one
that's gonna throw him the ball, so you might as

(21:17):
well sit down somewhere. So but I'm not a Judy fan.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
Yeah yeah, I'm not a Jerry Judy fan either.

Speaker 5 (21:25):
Man.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
I think.

Speaker 6 (21:28):
Gear me okay. Now, they make it okay, they make
everything out a big deal. I don't think it's a
big deal at all. I mean, at the end of
the day, hell to the.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
Riskins late Brody JV good.

Speaker 6 (21:47):
I love the commanders right now, I got forty four
reasons to be happy.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
But anyway, not the JV.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
Squad was good.

Speaker 4 (21:56):
He could at least said the bark he said that
JV squad damn.

Speaker 6 (22:01):
But I mean, I think everything surrounding should do is
Sander's get sensationalized, you know what I mean? Like, I
think the reason why he was passionate with Shadull Sanders
is because he knew that Dylan Grabriel could came through.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
It's like, you know what I mean, Like, why am.

Speaker 6 (22:15):
I gonna care about what you doing if I know
you can't get me the ball? I think that is
his way of getting his message across. But you know
I would have probably, I don't think he understood. I
think it's on the coaching staff too to tell Jerry Judy,
ay man, y'all take that somewhere else, Like why the.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Cameras is rolling?

Speaker 6 (22:33):
Understand that the spotlight's on this young man and everything
that he does is gonna bring negative attention. If it
was anybody else, I don't even think it would have
been a big deal.

Speaker 3 (22:41):
Like if it was.

Speaker 6 (22:42):
Lamar Jackson and Jerry Judy, nobody would care because they
Lamar Jackson has that clout. But because of Shaduer Sanders,
it became a bigger deal than what it needed to be.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
Would you think cold it's cool with us? Was he frozen.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
I thought that was me for us.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
He on that T mobile play, I said, froze.

Speaker 4 (23:11):
See that's what he gets. That's what he gets for
talking trash about the Bengals. Man over from up where.

Speaker 2 (23:18):
At who that nation and cut his water off?

Speaker 3 (23:24):
Man?

Speaker 5 (23:28):
Oh dog, oh dog's got a plug somewhere.

Speaker 3 (23:38):
Oh my goodness. I'm like, is he okay?

Speaker 5 (23:43):
So what's your take? Like I said, I didn't think.
I didn't think it was a big deal. You know,
I think quarterbacks and receivers they go through that all
the time, every team, every season. I think it was
a big deal. Like to Moe's point, everything is sensationalized
when it has something.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
To do with your door.

Speaker 5 (24:06):
But also I think it's because it was Judy as well,
because you know, Judy is somebody where they like, you're
not even in a position to go to the starting
quarterback and talk to him like that. And he has
a history of being kind of a disruptor to the
teams he's been on in the past, so it's not
like he's somebody that's just played eight leadership over the

(24:31):
years and and you can accept that from him. So
I think that's why it was a big stink about
it because you know Judy's not want to talk. Like
last week he caught a nice beautiful ball from your
door and just dropped it, just fumbled.

Speaker 3 (24:45):
The ship, right zone.

Speaker 5 (24:47):
So yeah, don't throw rocks when you live in a
glass house.

Speaker 3 (24:54):
But his house is shot it.

Speaker 6 (24:58):
And a Chadur might have wanted to stay on the sideline.
I'm glad he getting his chance for man. They suck
up front, man, I feel bad for him. It's like
being at Colorado all over again. That's crazy, man, He's
running for his life back there.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
His life.

Speaker 6 (25:14):
They need to Hey, I never advocate faking the injury,
but bro, you need to sit down and get you
some tackles.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
Out there in the center.

Speaker 6 (25:24):
Bro, you do't you know what I mean. You don't
go to our do something. You prove your point. You
could play get out of there, man.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
So I think the big question is gonna be this
off seats.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
Man.

Speaker 3 (25:33):
You think they're gonna keep your door, They're gonna try
to move on.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
It's no telling, Bro, I'm gonna be honest, big bro.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
It's the Browns.

Speaker 6 (25:41):
Bro's just the same team that drafted Trent Richardson number three. Right,
That couldn't that couldn't do anything right with the quarterback
position in forty years, so it's no telling. What they
should do is keep them in build around them. But
will they Who knows?

Speaker 4 (26:02):
It's gonna be interesting if I I want them to
get rid of me. Yeah, I wanted to get the
hell out of there. Yeah yeah, yeah. But it's it's
crazy how good that defense is that they haven't been
able to you know, it goes back to uh watchson
Man Watson showed how good he was until he hit

(26:23):
his little spinout. But it's it's crazy how good the
defense is and they can't muster any offense to help
those guys out.

Speaker 3 (26:31):
But hey, it's the NFL, so but you know, you know,
it is what it is.

Speaker 6 (26:35):
So man, I mean, y'all been watching football longer than me.
I have never seen a talent like Miles Garrett get
wasted like that.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
He might be the.

Speaker 6 (26:45):
Best defensive player in the last three four years and
he has no shot at winning. I mean if he
signed the deal. But I mean you can't. You can't
blame a man for go and get his money. I
don't care get the money. It's on the organization, the
build around you. But man, they wasting his talents. That
and it's supremely talented.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
And he show up every Sunday. Bro show up every Sunday.
So he do his job. The whole defense, doesn't They
got a good defense. Yeah, they got a good defense.

Speaker 4 (27:11):
So hopefully, you know, like I said, I hope he
you know, continues to wreakhap it man because like I said,
it's fun watching him play.

Speaker 3 (27:19):
It's fun watching him play. Cop you froze again?

Speaker 2 (27:26):
You with us Coch? Yeah, I think Cole frozen.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
Mhmm.

Speaker 5 (27:38):
Can you hear us Coke? I can hear you. But
let's move on to college football. I mean, we don't
have to talk.

Speaker 3 (27:49):
It wasn't really.

Speaker 5 (27:50):
Any marquee games to speak of over the weekend. But
I want to get your guys playoff predictions. Who you
see going into playoffs, What what matchups are y'all looking
forward to seeing, and your prediction who you ain't gonna
win it all?

Speaker 3 (28:05):
Who's going to be the last two teams? Standard.

Speaker 4 (28:11):
It's tough, man, because all the good games are gonna
be this week, all the all the conference games that
you got Georgia and Alabama playing, you got Ohio State
and Indiana playing, You got what's the other one you got,
don't I still don't understand the ACC, bro, How to
hell Miami get? I mean, I understand it, but who

(28:31):
is a duke in uv a plan for the ACC title?

Speaker 3 (28:37):
Miami?

Speaker 4 (28:38):
And Miami is ranked hoigher than both of them. But
I get they lost in the conference, but I'm int.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
I think. I don't think anybody's gonna beat Ohio State. Man.

Speaker 4 (28:47):
Them dudes, I believe the whole defense is going to
the league. Defense is crazy. And you got Matt Patricia
out there. He got he he he He is showing
his NFL pedigree, Bro, he is. He is really playing
mind games with these young quarterbacks out there.

Speaker 5 (29:05):
Man.

Speaker 4 (29:06):
It's like what he's doing with that defense, and you
got them all that talent over there. With that defense,
he can move them pieces around.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
Man.

Speaker 4 (29:14):
I just don't see anybody beating them. And uh, it's
gonna be interesting to see how the quarterback what's his
name Mendoza does for Indiana this weekend against that defense,
because it's gonna dictate what happens with him with either
the Heisman or.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
Where he goes where he goes in.

Speaker 4 (29:35):
The draft, because this is gonna be by far the
best defense he's faced, so he has he as an individual,
his individual stock is really latent against this game right here,
he has he has two three good weapons mm hmm.
But that that that defense, bro, they got they got

(29:57):
too much on that defensive side of the ball.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
Man.

Speaker 4 (30:00):
But if he if he just if he plays well
and doesn't turn the ball up, I think he'll he'll
he'll put hisself in Hosman's front runner and maybe maybe
be the number one draft pick coming out outside of
one of the defenses. I think the defense. What is
the linebacker? I think at hard State may may be

(30:20):
the number one pick too. What's his name is Zella
or whatever? Yeah, that boy is a dog man. But yeah,
I like that matchup. And then it's gonna be interesting
to see what happens with Georgia Alabama. I think that's
a get back game, right because Alabama went into Georgia

(30:41):
and beat them earlier in the season, So this is
gonna be a rematch for the SEC title, and uh,
you know, it's gonna be interesting. I'm I'm I'm looking
forward to those two games. I was shocked at Texas Tech.
I didn't even realize Texas Tech was number four like,
what the hell they come from?

Speaker 3 (30:59):
I got it.

Speaker 4 (31:02):
We got the quarterback from right here in the broad
running is one of the backup quarterbacks. But I didn't
know that they were playing that well to be ranked
four over Oregon and Old Miss.

Speaker 5 (31:14):
But they're there because all the attention it was on
the other Texas school, Texas and them Texas and Texas.

Speaker 6 (31:22):
Yeah, but Texas Tech got the I want to say,
the number three defense in the nation and they and
they got a potential top five pick and Bailey one
of the best pure Russians in in college football.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
But as far as Ohio.

Speaker 6 (31:38):
State, so I watched the game with my next door
nab he's a big Ohio State fan.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
He's from Ohio.

Speaker 6 (31:46):
If Michigan's quarterback was competent, they could have beat Ohio.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
State this weekend.

Speaker 3 (31:51):
I was running on it.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
But he can't. I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 6 (31:58):
They play Collinge, but he couldn't get that ball to
any of their playmakers. So I fear that if Ohio
State plays in Alabama or Georgia, hell of nor the
Dame even gets in there with Jeremiah Love, and if
they can't stop the run against a team that's quarterback
is in up. What are they gonna do against teams
that could run and throw? And also Ohio State had

(32:21):
a little trouble moving the ball a little bit. Jeremiah
Smith is just like you were saying about Jamar Chase.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
You can go on to keep them down for so long.

Speaker 6 (32:28):
But Carnell Tait after watching just one game, just one game,
but he's a little overrated. He's a deep ball guy.
He doesn't run all the routes that I saw. I
just saw a couple of routes. So I think Ohio
State and it's just my opinion. I think they're a
little overrated because you play who you play, but I
don't see me personally, I don't see where they gonna

(32:50):
run the table against some of these other supremely talented teams.

Speaker 3 (32:53):
Well, like you said, Indiana has a good defense.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
They got they got some little they got two good corners,
and of course they got the edge.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
The rushers and the guys that play in the middle.

Speaker 4 (33:02):
So it's gonna be it's gonna be a good game
because it's and it's gonna be filled with NFL scouts.
That is the game where everybody's watching because it is
probably about ten guys on both teams that everybody's looking
at right now.

Speaker 6 (33:15):
Absolutely, if you go down and signature wins, what's what's
Ohio state signat to win this year?

Speaker 2 (33:22):
It would be Texas and who else?

Speaker 4 (33:28):
Yeah, no question there, Yeah, ain't no question. Yeah, neither
want to pay anybody. Yeah, I'm not sure.

Speaker 6 (33:39):
I have to go look it up. I'm not sure
if they play Oregon or not. If they did, that
may be their signy to win.

Speaker 3 (33:45):
Indiana play Oregon.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
I know Indiana play Oregon.

Speaker 4 (33:48):
I know that that would be that would be Indiana's
signature win the Oregon game.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
I don't know if I don't know if ohose they
played Oregon or not. We have to check that out.

Speaker 4 (33:57):
Yeah, yeah, but it's so it should be an interesting game.

Speaker 3 (34:01):
It's gonna be an interesting game. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (34:03):
So just a quick correction, some more more money said.
It ain't if no the Dame make it Gorgia playoffs
ain't no, Yes, brothers know the game. Ain't one of
the twelve teams in the playoffs. Man, I'm done. It

(34:24):
ain't no playoffs without the Irish brother.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
Know the name is ten or eleven?

Speaker 2 (34:31):
Ten? Now they think.

Speaker 3 (34:33):
They just three weeks.

Speaker 5 (34:36):
Yeah, they just like the last two three weeks, so
I thought they I thought they might.

Speaker 3 (34:42):
Have moved up to eight maybe, but I don't know,
y'all don't know.

Speaker 6 (34:46):
I know they should be in there. The question is
if they're gonna play Ohio State.

Speaker 5 (34:52):
Yeah, I mean, you know, they don't want to see
that running game we got. That's the true Heisman winner. Hey,
love to get down.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
There's the truth.

Speaker 3 (35:00):
Yeah, he's the he is the truth. He is the truth.

Speaker 4 (35:05):
And if and I know, if y'all get y'all, if
y'all get y'all, you want to get back against Indiana.

Speaker 3 (35:09):
So I know, no, we know we never lost to Indiana.
Oh that's right, that's right. They lost to y'all.

Speaker 5 (35:21):
You know us don't don't do that. We are we raised,
we reigned supreme in the state. You little I misspoke,
I misspoke, I misspoke. But it looks like that's gonna
be the match.

Speaker 3 (35:33):
Little man, Come on, you know we run Indiana. Bro
may don't do that. So like I'm gonna give.

Speaker 5 (35:41):
Y'all my my twelve teams, I think't gonna make the playoffs.
Let me know if y'all agree or disagree. I got
Ohio State Georgia, Indiana, Oklahoma old Man mm HM Oregon,

(36:06):
Texas A and l Texas Tech Alabama know the dame.
And then here's the two. Here's the two tricky ones,
Virginia and James Madison. James Madison is what twenty five?

(36:34):
They just broke the top twenty five, Yeah, something like that.
But they I got a feeling I gotta hold the
man that the hope.

Speaker 2 (36:46):
I want to see some good college football man that.

Speaker 5 (36:51):
I think they're gonna leave Miami out. Miami should make it,
but I think they're gonna leave Miami out. What you
think about that? That that's the That's the thing.

Speaker 4 (37:01):
Like the A c C is tricky, man, Like I
don't even like how they got Like I said, I
don't even like who's playing for the ACC title.

Speaker 3 (37:08):
Like, yes, that's just crazy in itself.

Speaker 4 (37:10):
I think it's if I'm not mistaken, I think it's
it's I think it's Duke because Virginia because Virginia Tech,
because Virginia Tech was supposed to you know, they were
hoping Virginia Tech one to get it. Yeah, So with
Virginia winning, it put Duke in and Miami ain't even

(37:32):
in the which is crazy.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
That that's I don't know. The a c C is
just all over the place.

Speaker 5 (37:36):
Man, because the two best teams in the a c
C all year been Miami and Georgia Tech.

Speaker 3 (37:42):
Yes, Virginia, yeah right, but yeah.

Speaker 5 (37:48):
But but you gotta remember Florida State was undefeated a
few years ago and still ain't make the playoffs just because.

Speaker 2 (37:57):
It's facts. Yeah, I thought they were gonna do that
with Old Miss and.

Speaker 3 (38:02):
Well, yeah, I thought they was gonna screw All Miss. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (38:04):
I'm glad they didn't because that that that would have
been a shame. If you lose Lane Kiffin and you
get you get.

Speaker 6 (38:12):
Bumped out, like I mean, at the end of the day,
that you keep everybody keep marrying Lane kiffing.

Speaker 2 (38:19):
Man, he already showed you he for the streets.

Speaker 3 (38:21):
Yeah, that's why. That's why I didn't.

Speaker 4 (38:25):
I didn't understand why why he made the announcement when
he did, Like if you're gonna do it and then
make a big fuss about because I know, you know,
me and my son was talking about it at first.
I was like, you know, not because of Lane Kiffin,
because of the kids. You know that the kids have
worked hard and you want them to go into the Bowl.

(38:45):
You know, he said he wanted to coach there and
you know, coach through the decision and you know, coaching
them in the bowl game and all that stuff. But
I would have liked to see him do it just
keep everybody intact. But I understand you can't because you
gotta you know, you gotta move and make make make
all your personnel and playing decisions and things like that.

(39:06):
But if that was going to be the case, if
you felt like that, I was like, why you just didn't,
Why you just didn't push it to the end of
the season. If LSU really wanted you, they would wait
for you. So while all the upheaval. But again that's
Lane Kiffin's style, Like it wasn't a shocker when he
did it, like how he did it, you know, And

(39:28):
then he was supposed to make the announcement.

Speaker 3 (39:31):
That's what that Friday, and it did.

Speaker 4 (39:33):
He didn't do nothing until Sunday, like he didn't already
know he was gonna Like I just didn't understand why
he drave Then he said he didn't give him an ultimatum.
But the players was like he never even met with us,
Like he didn't even tell us ahead of time what
he was gonna do.

Speaker 3 (39:50):
So yeah, you know, I just I just feel bad for.

Speaker 4 (39:54):
The kids in this situation because that they did have
a historic run. And I believe that they'll find motivation
and play well in the playoffs. I mean, none of
the talent left, and I think they kept the O C.
I think the offensive coordinator decided to stay and brought
the defensive coordinator on as the head coach immediately, so

(40:14):
they have the continuity there.

Speaker 3 (40:16):
So I think they'll be okay. I think they're okay.

Speaker 4 (40:19):
And and you know Lane was gonna there was no
doubt in my mind that Lane was going to turn
down the l s U job like that.

Speaker 3 (40:27):
He should have took it last year.

Speaker 2 (40:30):
You go the whole mister, get an l s U job.

Speaker 3 (40:32):
That's exactly exactly right.

Speaker 6 (40:35):
And I'll coach you. You're a good man. I don't
have no sympathy for them kids. Y'all wanted to get
made well. Now you're getting professional decisions. When when your
asth leave this summer and you go to L s U.
Anybody feel sorry for Lane kiffing Hell?

Speaker 1 (40:49):
Now?

Speaker 2 (40:49):
So hey, that that road, that bridge go both ways.
You know what I'm saying. It is what And you
know what it is, y'all. You've been recruited. Coach, you
in the game. Y'all know who layal and who not
the programs.

Speaker 6 (41:03):
So if you're ask committed the old Miss and you
thought Lane Kiffin was gonna stay, then that's on you. Yeah,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
Ain't never been lord to nothing, so you already know
what's going on.

Speaker 2 (41:17):
And he's been loyal to some things. Hey, they're all
former presidents, Frank, all of them.

Speaker 3 (41:27):
That was good.

Speaker 2 (41:28):
That was good.

Speaker 3 (41:29):
That was good. That's a fact. That's a fact. That
was a good one.

Speaker 4 (41:33):
Because I was gonna say, who Lord, that's it.

Speaker 5 (41:40):
But look, that's the name of the college game right now.
Nobody lawyer. You know, kids in and out to transferred portal. Look,
there's a big business now.

Speaker 3 (41:50):
You know.

Speaker 5 (41:50):
Look, I'm not I'm not caring about those kids feelings,
you know what I mean, because they hit to day,
they gone tomorrow, you know what I mean. How many
of those players that's our old miss right now is
gonna be there next year?

Speaker 3 (42:02):
You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 5 (42:03):
And then I mean for years just being you know,
Then you got those players that think they're gonna go
hide in the draft. A lot of them sometimes elect
not even playing the bowl games, you know what I'm saying.
So they've been doing that for years, so you know Lane.
And to to Lane Kiffin's credit, he did offer the
coach through throughout the bowl season, but they said no.

(42:24):
So I mean, oh, well, salute, I'm about to go
get this bad like more money, said, you know what
I mean, must be the money president.

Speaker 3 (42:36):
Yeah, take the former presidents. He love all of them.
Replic Democrat, you know my money.

Speaker 6 (42:49):
All all I can say is one thing about Lane Kiffin.
He might not be loyal to a program, but he
can coach his ass off.

Speaker 3 (42:58):
Yeah. He's a heavy yeah, yeah, yeah, a recruiter. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (43:06):
Oh hell, I'm as you gave a boot to to
their former coach.

Speaker 3 (43:13):
Day So I didn't.

Speaker 4 (43:14):
I never understood why he was I never understood why
l s U hired him in the first place. Like
that wasn't a like how did you see that fitting?
Like that he's not a fit, you know, because that
you're talking about a.

Speaker 3 (43:27):
Program that you know, that's a that's a true ingrained
L s U.

Speaker 4 (43:35):
You You you about the community, you about the program,
you you are all in and he's never he's the same.
You know, he's a dude that he didn't even he
didn't fit well. Let know to day he's gonna do
at l s U. You don't care nothing about the community,
the program, nothing.

Speaker 5 (43:55):
And a lot of and a lot of bad ship
happened on his watch. Yeah, I mean from Notre Dame
Ann l s U. Just bad ship happened on his watch.
And he never takes accountability for him, never takes accountability.

Speaker 4 (44:08):
He throw more motherfuckers underneath the bust than anything the language.

Speaker 6 (44:12):
But yeah, him and Chip Kelly need to write a
book how to fnect the system.

Speaker 2 (44:21):
They can't get jobs.

Speaker 4 (44:23):
I was gonna say, man, how these dudes keep getting recycled?

Speaker 3 (44:26):
Man the same and both of them bumps. I was glad.

Speaker 4 (44:34):
I was glad to see the Raiders for Chip, Like,
why you bring Chipping in the first place?

Speaker 3 (44:38):
Man?

Speaker 4 (44:39):
He the first thing he tried to do was mess
with Gent's running style. How are you gonna try to
change that man's runners?

Speaker 3 (44:45):
Bro?

Speaker 6 (44:46):
The may traded Shady McCoy for Key co Alonzo and
the height of Shady.

Speaker 2 (44:53):
McCoy now.

Speaker 3 (44:59):
And Shawn Yeah all due.

Speaker 6 (45:01):
And Trady Jeremy Macklin ran big up out of there.

Speaker 3 (45:05):
They had a hell of a squad and he got
rid of the whole. He whitewashed the whole. Well, what's
my man? The quarterback for the Raiders right now? Geno?
I apologize, I apologize Gino.

Speaker 5 (45:18):
We've been trashing him all season along because he's been
looking so bad. This man been giving him plays that's
not even in the playbook.

Speaker 3 (45:25):
He called.

Speaker 5 (45:26):
You don't even know, so I can't expect Gino to
go out there and have any type of success. He
called the plays office line like what what?

Speaker 3 (45:40):
Yeah, man drawing up?

Speaker 5 (45:45):
Look my bad. I apologize for your fault. Where's your fault?

Speaker 4 (45:53):
But yeah, no, it should it should be. It should
be a good weekend for for this college ball.

Speaker 2 (45:57):
Man.

Speaker 4 (45:57):
It's it's gonna be some good games and it's gonna
be into rest of the season. You know how everything
plays out.

Speaker 3 (46:04):
Mm hmm for sure, Yeah, especial enough.

Speaker 5 (46:07):
Please a little bit, coach Milan, you got some updating givers, man,
our favorite, our favorite Hooper, our favorite niece Hooper.

Speaker 4 (46:17):
Yeah uh yeah, she's she's doing well, man, She got
her first start. The team is struggling. They're o and
eight right now. But you know, that's what happens. You
got a brand new coaching staff, you got brand new
girls coming in and they they they're trying to figure
it out. But she's she uh, she got rewarded. Coach

(46:39):
was like, look, I've been I've been trying to justify
not giving you a time, but gave it a starting
spot and she she rocket. Man. The only thing we
had to tell it was, you know, from last year
she went from not being able to shoot at all
to now having a green light.

Speaker 3 (46:55):
And I think she's pressing a little.

Speaker 4 (46:56):
Bit about, you know, wanting to go and prove that,
you know, she can score or help them score because
they're losing. And I just I actually talked to her
yesterday and I said, hey, that's not why they bought
you there.

Speaker 3 (47:07):
That's a bonus. You know, they see that you can score.

Speaker 4 (47:10):
But put your defensive hat back on and go back
to doing what you're doing. Calls havoc. I have not
seen a young lady yet. Them girls was every time
she came on the court, man, it was like, who
is this girl here running around and just just they
you know, when she gets anywhere close, they turn the

(47:31):
ball of us.

Speaker 3 (47:31):
So you know, I said that's where you lay your
hat at.

Speaker 5 (47:33):
Man.

Speaker 4 (47:34):
So I'm proud of her, you know, And I just
told her, don't the score will come.

Speaker 3 (47:37):
You know, the score will come.

Speaker 4 (47:38):
You got a coach that believes in you, and and
like I like I told coach, I told.

Speaker 3 (47:43):
Coach Brie Man.

Speaker 4 (47:44):
Bre surprised us at one of the games, had no
idea she was there. And I think the coach called Brion,
told her that saga was going to be starting, so
Breathe made a bee line to come out and bring
some of the coaching staff and some of her players
out there with her and watched her play against Army,

(48:06):
and uh, Bree just told us that listen, one thing
to that I can say about you, And this is
what Breed told her. Its like when you came on
the floor, you're the most consistent person out there. Like
your energy was the same, effort was the same. There
was no drop off whether she played you two minutes
or she played you twenty minutes. So you know, for
her to get that feedback from Brion, being the first

(48:27):
time she had actually met her, that that lit her
up a little bit.

Speaker 3 (48:30):
And uh, you know, she's happy. Man. I told bri
that's That's all it matters to me. Man. She's happy
when she's on the phone.

Speaker 4 (48:37):
You can hear she she loves the coaches, the teammates,
the great teammates, and they'll figure it. They'll figure it out,
you know. So you know, I'm just proud of a man.
And then again, you know how I feel. I tell you,
you know, she always sid dad. Why are you always
saying thank you? I said, girl, you on the understand,
like I am forever thankful to you guys and to

(48:57):
coach Breeman. Because as a father, man, you know, you
just want the best for your kids.

Speaker 2 (49:03):
Man.

Speaker 4 (49:03):
So for me, I'm ever thankful because her being in
this situation right now, she gets to grow as a player,
She gets to develop as a player, and she gets
to develop as a young lady.

Speaker 3 (49:13):
And so for me, that's all it's about for me.
So again, saluting thank you to you guys. We go down.

Speaker 4 (49:19):
She was supposed to she was supposed to play, They
were supposed to play this weekend.

Speaker 3 (49:24):
The game got canceled, so that next game is against Xavier.

Speaker 4 (49:28):
And the one thing that the coach told her was
and I think this is this is another reason why
I love the coach. The coach told her, hey, remember
your situation we're going from you know, the program is
changing over the next two years. My job is to
get you the opportunity to get out of here if
you want to, and you that good.

Speaker 3 (49:46):
So when you're out here playing, that is.

Speaker 4 (49:49):
The opportunity for you to showcase against every team we
play against that you belong with that team, she goes
because what they don't have as a player that wants.

Speaker 3 (49:58):
To play defense like you.

Speaker 4 (50:00):
You know, you got everybody wants to shoot the basketball,
but nobody wants to play defense like you.

Speaker 3 (50:05):
And that's the difference between you and all these other
guards out here. So remember that when you.

Speaker 4 (50:09):
Step on the court like that's that's why they want
you on their team. So every team we play against,
when you go out there against them, go shut down
their best player. And then when when that opportunity comes,
you have people calling you versus us having a look
for somebody for you. So again, man, appreciate you guys. Man.
That's the update on twelve.

Speaker 5 (50:34):
Yeah, definitely, congratulations. We definitely chan for I know she's
gonna go out there and do a thing and make
everybody proud. You know, like you said, once you get
that effort on the defense, ben everything else will fall
into place. So I have no doubt that she's going
to flourish. And she has a bright career ahead of her.

(50:56):
So were looking, we're looking forward to you're asking about it, Yeah,
for sure. Oh and I got another shoutout slash update
my knee slash little cousin Kyler Presley and the Arizona
State Sun Devils women's volleyball team Big Twelve champions Kyler

(51:19):
all rickey team on the Big Twelve and they looking
to do things man hope hopefully they'll be holding up
that c double a trophy at the at the end
of the season. So salute to Kyler and actually working
on getting her on the show. So maybe I think
around January, when she has a little free time, we're

(51:40):
gonna get on here. She can talk about her amazing
season and that and and the journey.

Speaker 3 (51:47):
Nice congratulations, gratulations.

Speaker 5 (51:51):
Yes, sir, h Coach Milton, you want to talk about
this about this ship show boxing event that's coming up.

Speaker 3 (52:00):
Jake so so, Jake, Jake Paul he scheduled to fight.

Speaker 5 (52:08):
I mean he's scheduled to fight Anthony Joshua, but he
was originally scheduled to fight Tank. So I know from
what I've read, the reason why he's not fighting Tank
anymore is because of his legal issues and the and
the and the lawsuit that he has against him. I

(52:29):
know it was that included aggravated battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping,
intentional intentional infliction of emotional distress, and some more stuff.

Speaker 3 (52:41):
So he got a list of stuff.

Speaker 5 (52:43):
So it's like out the out the ring activities that's hurting,
that's hurting his pockets right now, and what they say
and the reason why that fight was canceled and they
replaced him with Anthony Joshua.

Speaker 4 (53:00):
But didn't they know all that good? Like this ain't
nothing new, okay, it ain't like you just did this,
you know. So I think what happened, man, my personal opinion,
just you know, just kind of following some of the
news conference and stuff.

Speaker 3 (53:15):
I think what happened was Tank called that bullshit.

Speaker 4 (53:18):
He's like, nah, I'm not doing what y'all want me
to do, because he called him out in one of
the press conference.

Speaker 3 (53:22):
He said, nah, y'all, y'all, y'all keep doing what you're doing.
I'm gonna let you know.

Speaker 4 (53:27):
So I see what y'all doing so I think it
just he won't willing to go with the whatever was
written in the contract. He was gonna come in and
try to fuck Jake Paul up. Like Jake was like, Nah,
we're not gonna take this chance. I'm not doing this,
you know, because take to take the money and go
like he don't care.

Speaker 3 (53:45):
He like whatever.

Speaker 4 (53:47):
But I still don't if I don't see why Joshua
was doing this. Man like Joshua that shouldn't even be
a contest. So I don't get what the difference is
between Tank and Joshua, because Joshua is what what was
Joshua six seven? They do like six six he looking

(54:12):
down on Jake Paul. Jake paulus the one looking down
on all these other fighters. Man, Joshua's like six six
two forty, like he is a true heavyweight, yeah, and
he is like he's in the twilight of his like
he ain't on the backside of his career, so he
can't afford to take no BS fight, so he gotta

(54:33):
beat Jake Paul like he So I don't understand, Like
you might as well fall Tank, because Joshua gonna kill
that dude. And if he don't. It's gonna be too
obvious because Paul shouldn't even be in a ring with
that dude. Man, Like he's a bona fide certified heavyweight.
Now he'd have some mental issues, right, but that ain't

(54:56):
got nothing to do with his fighting ability. That dude,
that dude wasn't in contention what last year for the
heavyweight title.

Speaker 5 (55:03):
Yeah, yeah, Like I said, he's he's a serious fighter.
But now, Jake Paul is known to have a heavy
punch and Anthoney Joshua is known to have a glass jump.
So so if there's any chance, any chance, well for
Jake Paul to stay in the fight or win the fight,

(55:27):
it'll be a lucky punch to the chin that's going
that's gonna knock Joshua out because you hit him on
the button, he's gone. He's down for the count. But
if you don't, he got a great box of skill.
He's a big guy, he has power all that stuff.
So and I know a lot of the real boxes
are rooting for him to like just demolish Jake Paul

(55:47):
because they tied up this this side show stuff.

Speaker 3 (55:50):
So if the fight, if the fight ends.

Speaker 5 (55:54):
In anything but Jake Paul being on the ground knocked
out the fixes in.

Speaker 4 (55:59):
Well, that's like there's there's no comeback for Joshua if
he don't put him out of there, Like he can't
come back from that.

Speaker 2 (56:07):
He's a joke.

Speaker 6 (56:08):
Many so the Paulls have fought Mayweather. They just had
to Tyson fight. So in the words of former President Boots,
but fool, we can't get food again.

Speaker 2 (56:18):
I'm not watching this. I don't care if it's free.
He could be on that buffalo always.

Speaker 6 (56:23):
I'm not watching it, bro, like this, this is some shenanigans.
To your point, coach, I would have watched it for
Javonte Davis because his characters.

Speaker 2 (56:33):
He ain't going for that. I don't.

Speaker 6 (56:35):
I don't know what Joshua was gonna do. He might,
he might pull a fight, you know, But I'm not
watching it. And this is a mockery of the sport.
Him and his brother man, they some clowns. So and
it's not helping the sport in any capacity.

Speaker 2 (56:50):
So I'm not with it.

Speaker 4 (56:52):
Yeah, and I'm I'm still I'm still trying to move
around in my brain, like what would josh like there's
normal amount of money that you should that Paul could
pay him to jeopardize his career moving forward because he's
still in the tops of being one of the top
ranked heavyweights out there. So that I don't care how

(57:14):
much money Paul can pay you. You talking about your legacy,
You're talking about your you know, like, what what do
you want people to really think about you? So if
you don't he yeah, I just don't get it. I
don't get it.

Speaker 3 (57:28):
So I don't get it either.

Speaker 5 (57:31):
But but like I said, Anthony, joshuatch should punish him.
And then if I was Jake Paul watching girl too,
because because back, hey, Joshua Natoy his brother ask the
mayor Cony the man, Hey, that dude diabolical man watching
girl bro I tell you, man, Hey, that dude right

(57:58):
there on time. Man, man, you out there knocked out
and he on the date.

Speaker 3 (58:06):
Already already set it up. Man, he got to plan out.
He gotta strip it out.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
Hey, he on that Denzel Washing. I'm leaving him with
something with something.

Speaker 3 (58:24):
I am leaving with something with me your king.

Speaker 5 (58:38):
You people with a black panther. Oh man, I'm crazy.
Man Hey, before we get out of here, I thought,
you know what, let me hear my guys with a
rapid fire question.

Speaker 3 (58:55):
So I want to know and we all well all
answer it. What are your five sports movies.

Speaker 5 (59:03):
Of all time? I'm your Well, now I'm not gonna
say what's the best? What's your favorite five sports movie
of all time?

Speaker 3 (59:14):
Top five?

Speaker 2 (59:16):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (59:17):
Man ship, But I go first. I give y'all a
chance to think about it a little bit. So my
number one movie, it should be obvious to anybody who
know me.

Speaker 3 (59:37):
It's Rudy.

Speaker 5 (59:38):
Okay, you know what I'm saying. Okay, Okay, no, the
Dame's Finest h My second favorite sports movie is Remember
the Titans. It's the lou my hometown of Alexandria, VA.
And in my old high school, I went, you know,

(59:59):
uh uh there is the Hoosiers. Okay, okay, Jimmy chipwood
Man and he was a bad boy too. He took
the little farm team all the way down to the
state championship and whooked up on the brothers. You know,
I talked out the true story about Larry Bird. But

(01:00:23):
but it was a true story about the other dude actually,
So you know, I love I can watch that movie
over and over. My other favorite sports movie is Glory Road.

Speaker 3 (01:00:37):
What's that?

Speaker 4 (01:00:37):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (01:00:37):
What were they Texas Western back then? Yuh so?

Speaker 5 (01:00:43):
Yeah, so they were like one of the first all
blacks starting five, you know, starting five teams, you know,
and they went they won a championship. Actually, hell of
a movie. And then rounding out my five is any
Given Sunday?

Speaker 3 (01:01:00):
Okay?

Speaker 6 (01:01:01):
Uh should I'll go next? So it starts for me
with blue chips? That was that was my favorite.

Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
Yeah, for sure, Any Given Sunday was another one.

Speaker 6 (01:01:15):
Oh, let's see time on the classic everybody watched it,
Rocky Uh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:01:24):
Let's see what was the movie was not Late.

Speaker 5 (01:01:27):
The minute moving basketball, let's go, no, I got it?

Speaker 3 (01:01:36):
Moves there's five Why you? Why you? Okay, okay, what.

Speaker 4 (01:01:46):
Was the.

Speaker 3 (01:01:48):
My bad? My bad? Love basketball? What you like?

Speaker 2 (01:01:53):
What every lead man? Look, every every lady love that move?

Speaker 5 (01:02:03):
So and and and I'm not even gonna says literally.

Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
Something.

Speaker 5 (01:02:16):
But there's some people, let's let's just say some people
that may not physically have gifts, that watched that movie
and say that if he could play basketball when I
can too.

Speaker 2 (01:02:29):
I could see I could.

Speaker 6 (01:02:33):
I could definitely see that. And then it's a it's
another movie out there, my last one. Let's see I
actually I liked Remember the Titans as well. I didn't
know anything about Alexandria. I didn't know about that situation,
so it kind of exposed me. Obviously being from South Carolina,
I knew about object racism, but I didn't know that

(01:02:55):
was Remember the Titans out there, so that.

Speaker 2 (01:02:57):
That was a new move.

Speaker 3 (01:03:01):
So I'm gonna go with what what was? Now?

Speaker 4 (01:03:05):
I know I'm gonna probably lose my black Carter. That
what was Denzel? And uh uh oh boy the Shooter?

Speaker 3 (01:03:14):
What was?

Speaker 4 (01:03:14):
What was that movie that he was in with Denzel
Washington playing basketball where he.

Speaker 3 (01:03:19):
Was getting out of jail and his songs he.

Speaker 4 (01:03:22):
He got Jesus, Jesus, you got game, Coach Carter given
Sunday remember the Titans and Friday Night Lights, gotta gotta go,
Gotta give him a boogi?

Speaker 3 (01:03:47):
Yeah yeah that yeah, yeah, But I think remember the Titans.
Is that everybody's like all time classmen? That was a great, great,
great movie. Man.

Speaker 5 (01:04:00):
Yeah, let's see, let's see what some of the views
and listener say. Oh, I already know g G was
gonna be be Remember the Titans.

Speaker 4 (01:04:11):
I saw somebody put up the program, but that that
was a good one too.

Speaker 3 (01:04:14):
The program was a good Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:04:16):
I think I think that was one of uh one
of G's picks too. Yeah, yeah, I like a program. Holly,
there you go again. Hey, oh my, he did a
good job in that movie.

Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
He just you know, you know what.

Speaker 3 (01:04:39):
We're looking for.

Speaker 5 (01:04:46):
But then but then you can't call it a sports movie.

Speaker 3 (01:04:51):
Alone.

Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
They was they was playing sports.

Speaker 3 (01:05:00):
But look, the program was a hell of a movie, man.
Yeah yeah, uh yeah, yeah, I enjoyed that movie. I
enjoyed that movie. Nothing.

Speaker 5 (01:05:10):
The necessary roughness was then they have a then they
have a female field goal kicking.

Speaker 2 (01:05:26):
Oh okay, okay.

Speaker 3 (01:05:28):
And they had a whole quarter that one.

Speaker 5 (01:05:32):
The quarterback, the college quarterback is kind of like like
the landscape it is now. He was old as hell.
He's like thirty five, forty years old quarterback. I ain't
got the movie.

Speaker 3 (01:05:43):
I can't remember. I don't remember.

Speaker 2 (01:05:45):
I don't remember that movie.

Speaker 5 (01:05:46):
I'm thinking about a female field goal kicking.

Speaker 4 (01:05:51):
You know what was another one that was that's not
a replacement players? The replacement?

Speaker 5 (01:05:55):
Oh yeah, yeah no read yeah when flipped. I like
that movie because uh no, that was about the Redskins.

Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
Yeah, y'all.

Speaker 3 (01:06:10):
Hurricane hold On.

Speaker 5 (01:06:15):
Kathy Ireland was the what's the field goal kicker? And
the dude from Quarantum? Leep, what's the quarterback?

Speaker 4 (01:06:23):
That's why as was so old Quantum.

Speaker 3 (01:06:32):
You're talking about old b f.

Speaker 5 (01:06:36):
Hey, Hey, she went into the boat, he said, Quantum leap.
I don't even know what I don't even know what
Quantum leap about to get you had an old soul
bro I thought.

Speaker 2 (01:06:52):
I thought it was just me.

Speaker 6 (01:06:52):
I said, well, you know, I'm gonna I am the
young man on the podcast quant.

Speaker 4 (01:07:00):
That just showed you they put anybody in that road
because the ain't nowhere. Hell, he was anywhere near Athletic.

Speaker 3 (01:07:08):
Oh, man.

Speaker 2 (01:07:12):
Be on the road?

Speaker 3 (01:07:13):
Man, gee hot right now?

Speaker 4 (01:07:16):
Yep, and coub you would say he he the quarterback
was or he was really old as hell.

Speaker 3 (01:07:22):
Yeah, that's what I'm trying to tell you. I wasn't.
I wasn't exaggerating.

Speaker 5 (01:07:25):
He was like thirty five forty years old, he was,
and they needed a quarterback they I don't know. I
can't I remember the movie Basy. I just remember he
was old as hell. And then they got the girl
from the soccer team what happened to be Kathy Island,
and she ended up being the field goal kicker.

Speaker 3 (01:07:45):
I gotta go looked up.

Speaker 2 (01:07:46):
But I got yeah, I gotta looked out on him. Yeah,
I ain't ain't.

Speaker 3 (01:07:53):
Look the weekend. I think we can.

Speaker 5 (01:07:57):
Uh we shut we got to end on the lead
Almunal leap man. I think that's they're they're to do
it for the night. That's a good that's a good way.

Speaker 3 (01:08:08):
Money money, more money. Was like, wait a minute, how
old what?

Speaker 2 (01:08:12):
I ain't never heard?

Speaker 4 (01:08:15):
So I heard of it.

Speaker 5 (01:08:16):
I just I don't think I ever watched it. I
don't know what it's about to know the name of
