As General Counsel and EVP at Roc Nation, JJ played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and growth, while also serving as Jay-Z’s personal attorney for 17 years and representing Beyoncé during her time at Roc Nation. In 2019, she founded The Justice Dept., a business development, strategy, and legal firm focused on helping female entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives maximize their value across industries like tech, media, finance, and fashion.
