On this episode of the OCD, Ryan's uptight father, Mike, comes for a visit along with his new girlfriend, Taylor, a 24-year-old model. Mike does not hesitate to speak his mind and immediately angers both Greg and Ryan, and browbeats Taylor, with constant criticism about their backgrounds, while Ryan makes a move on himself. Ryan finds his job at Mike's company, YourPopFilter.com, in jeopardy, while Mike considers making a change. Meanwhile, Intern Steve approaches Ryan and tells him that he wants a second chance with him, much to Mike's disappointment. Also, Ryan makes the moves on Mike, who wonders if his feelings are real or if he is just using him.
