The Caps had a tough week only securing 1 point out of the possible 6 as they took losses in all 3 games they played. While Alexander Ovechkin still kept scoring, the team was not able to get it together as their road trip north was a brutal one.
The Caps still have a commanding lead of the Metropolitan Division, but they have games coming up against division rivals that they will need to win to keep that lead.
