Ways to help support lymph and liver function today? Dry skin brushing, tongue scraping, deep belly breathing, even crocodile breath, inversions, so getting those legs up against the wall for ten minutes a day, and walking, as well as depressing using mindfulness techniques. Get a good air purifier for your home and air purifying plants. Dust, clean and vacuum your home often, avoid a build of of pet dander and hair. And talk to an expert on addressing dietary concerns if you truly want to address the root cause of your allergy symptoms and reactions.
