Η καλεσμένη μου σήμερα, Παρασκευή Κατσανάκη βλέποντας πόσο ευεργετική δράση είχε ο διαλογισμός όταν τον ξεκίνησε μετά τη γέννηση του δεύτερου παιδιού της, κατάλαβε ότι δεν είναι μια πολυτέλεια που προσφέρει στον εαυτό της αλλά είναι πολύ μεγάλη ανάγκη. Και όπως λέει και η ίδια όταν βγαίνει από την πορεία της, υπενθυμίζει στον εαυτό της πως αν έχει δέκα λεπτά για τα σόσιαλ μίντια σίγουρα έχεις δέκα λεπτά για να διαλογιστείς.
