Thirteen years ago my life started falling apart. I was depressed and most days I couldn’t get out of bed. As I looked back at my journey and realized how far I had come, I said to myself, "That was hard! It sure would have been nice to have someone to help me through all of that." Because of that, I am now a Certified Stress Management and Relationship Recovery Coach. Today I am helping women create a better life filled with peace and joy with confidence.
