Join me in today's episode as we explore the profound teachings of Buddhism on navigating loss, grief, and uncertainty, especially in the wake of environmental disasters. I sit down with renowned zen mindfulness teacher and author, Deborah Eden Tull, who shares her harrowing experience of losing her home and nearly her life during Hurricane Helene. Eden reflects on the concept of impermanence, the power of community, and the balance between gentle and fierce compassion. We delve into the collective challenges we're facing and how to find stability and love in the midst of chaos. Whether you're dealing with personal transitions or simply seeking wisdom, this conversation is a beacon of hope and resilience.
