Ivan’s journey began with his own sobriety and was further ignited by the tragic loss of a loved one to alcohol in 2023. This profound experience solidified his mission to help others transform their lives.
He is the co-founder and visionary at Find Your Forge Inc., and he is the driving force behind the Ironclad Brotherhood (ICB). ICB is a personal development and coaching program for men that helps individuals overcome alcohol dependence, find purpose, and emerge as leaders in their families, communities, and workplaces.
Through ICB, Ivan shares his hard-won wisdom and guidance, supporting men in becoming the best versions of themselves.
A dedicated professional, Ivan balances his roles as a Dale Carnegie Coach (in-training), a certified arborist, and CEO of Safe Tree, a tree service company he established in 2015. He is also a former Harley Davidson mechanic and an educator in arboriculture at Canadian colleges.
Outside of work, Ivan enjoys quality time with his wife, Rose, and their three children, embracing the outdoors and supporting his local community.
