For today's episode of The Overcomers, we're joined by Mr. Mickey Seelye of Seelye Auto Group!
Mickey Seelye is the third generation in his family to own and run Seelye Auto Group, with the company having been founded in 1963.
Mickey started his journey of helping in the family business when he was just in seventh grade. And before he began his current leadership role in the company, he first served as the general manager and vice president of operations for the business.
Currently, as the head of Seelye Auto Group, Mickey visits job sites, communicates with location managers, works with customers and manages business finances.
Mickey graduated from Olivet College with a Business Degree and a concentration on Marketing. He also completed the academic and ethical requirements for The Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals in 2018.
He has also been recognized as a Distinguished Leader of 2023 by The Wall Street Journal Marquis Who’s Who and was featured as a Top Professional In the Wall Street Journal.
Currently, he is also serving as a Youth Leader at Connections Community Church in Schoolcraft. And, he recently celebrated his 20 years of marriage to his wife, Lindsey. They are the proud parents to 2 wonderful children, Lexy and Drake Seelye. And their family takes care of 2 English Bull Terriers named Scout and Rocket.
