In this episode I discuss the concept of taking a sacred pause amidst the busyness of our lives. I share personal experiences from recent weeks, including engaging in inner work and experiencing significant astrological changes. I stress the importance of intentional rest to reconnect with one's true self. When we learn to take time to pause, we can open ourselves up to guidance from our Higher Selves and reset our energy so that we can better learn to lead from Being. This episode will be the last until 2025, as I plan to take a necessary break to rest and rejuvenate. I invite you to reflect on what a sacred pause would look like in your own life and to reach out with your plans.
