As an 11-year-old philanthropist, water warrior Sawyer Anderson is changing the world for the better, as she has already helped save thousands of lives. After her father returned from a church trip to Africa, Sawyer was shocked to learn that much of the world doesn’t have access to clean water. With that, she set out on a mission to raise funds to help. What initially started out as selling a few cookies at a garage sale, Sawyer has now turned into an internationally published author and has created a full-blown non-profit known as Water Works which has already raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for drilling wells in order to provide access to clean water for thousands.
Join us as we discuss her journey of where it all started, how she’s saving lives with every book she sells and her big dreams of soon meeting those half-way around the world that she has helped so much.
