WE had Aman Negassi with his mission, Stop Death by Desk. Aman is Air Force? And has connected with others about how to take your health seriously … It is hard to come out of the military, and if you don’t have the same kind of lifestyle you had when serving, you can fall into the not great body image and composition. Our USA lifestyle is such that we are not really healthy at the core from the get-go anyway, so finding a healthy balance is a tough road. He is working to promote healthy choices, with diet and exercise, but also balancing the core needs.  We had the opportunity to visit with Ryan Th30ry and hear not only his music, but the stories behind the music.  He is real, and writes about things he relates to and has experienced.  There is such a fun aspect to most of it, and a real seriousness when there needs to be. For his first song, he shared “Hear Me Tho”, with Th30ry and Bizerk.  2nd Song:  Falling From Grace - sequel coming in 2026, called Crash Landing 3rd Song: Aw Yeah.
