We enjoy visiting with Tami McVay and hearing about her mission, One of the Few.  Tami shares her backstory and what landed her where she is and why she wanted to start the One of the Few mission. She loves being involved and her Marine roots run deep and strong!  She shows up and she listens and that is the gift. She tries to share this gift not only to help but also to train others to help this cause. We have an incredible musician to share this week, Tim McDonald! Tim shares his reasons for joining the military and what brought him to find his passion for music!  Imagine looking for your job, you get to the letter P alphabetically, and you ask what is Piano???  And there he went!  Mark Chesnutt, Blake Shelton, Olivia Newton-John, and Hank Williams are just some of the musicians he has worked with. His first song was about losing a good friend in the military whether it’s from ETS, PCS, or loss of life and having to go visit them in their new home, Arlington…It is titled Livin’, Breathin’, Having Fun. The second song of the show is Snake Farm.  This song is a cult classic originally sung by Ray Wylie Hubbard. It’s one of those songs that you just have to hear. It just sounds nasty. It pretty much is. The last song is called Encore because every show needs one.  It’s about hanging with the girl you like and enjoying the Encore.
