Speaker 1 (00:00):
Thank you for listening to this podcast one production now
available on Apple Podcasts, podcast one, Spotify, and anywhere else
you get your podcasts.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
From Los Angeles.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
It's a phra.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Were Moments.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
And one and only world famous Perez Perez Hilton. It's
the PHP. Hi guys, Welcome to the PHP. I'm Booker.
That hooded man is Perez. How are you?

Speaker 2 (00:32):
I'm nice and cozy. I thought about getting dressed up
for today's show, but I just felt so good in
my shawl and in my hoodie. I did not want
to take it off. And it's not me being lazy.
I've been up for a while. I went on my
walk and everything, and I'm super excited and in a
good place for today's show. And there's so much to

(00:53):
talk about. Britney Spears dares to bear and a lot
of fans are very upset about that. Kylie Jenner scamming
her fans, Bethany Frankel transphobic, Chrissy Teagan pissing off people again,
Prince Harry and Megan Markle hypocrites, Taylor Swift is afraid

(01:17):
of Adele, and more. But first, how are you?

Speaker 1 (01:21):
I'm good. We're fostering some puppies over here. So my
house is a circus. There's just two of the cutest
little things you've ever seen consuming our lives at the moment.
But they're just sweetest could be.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Have you done this before?

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Never have fostered before. We got a call from the
people that we adopted our other dog from Sadie, and
they're just a capacity. They got a bunch of dogs
in and they just needed some help. So we're like, yeah,
we'll take a couple. Why not. They're just they're terrorists.
But I gotta say that if we would have known
two or much easier than one. They play with one another.

(01:55):
They sort of follow each other around like a shadow.
We thought that this is like, I mean, Sadie was
a nightmare when we got her. She was nuts. She
needed constant attention. But when they have each other, they
you know, they play with each other. I guess like kids,
you know, it's they're just a lot easier. They're still hard,
but they're just a lot easier.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Do you think this was just a ploy from the
place to try to get you to adopt the dogs.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Now, as a matter of fact, you can't you sign
something that says you do give the dogs back in
two weeks, and I believe because they put I shared
a lot on social media the puppies, and they put
out a post last night about the current shipment that
came in that said about every dog has been people
have put in for adoption, So I think our dogs

(02:43):
have probably been adopted already. So wonderful, but we have
to keep them for a couple of weeks. It's breaking
my heart to give them up because they're so sweet.
It's two little girls. They're just they're so sweet. There's
such little angels, except when they pee all over the place,
but they're great.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
I took my son to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios.
He was so excited to go. We get there and
before even stepping foot inside, he wants to leave. Why
because he was too scared. And I'm like, okay, okay, relax,

(03:18):
you wanted to come. I asked you a bajillion times
before coming here. Let's just do one haunted house, okay,
and if you don't like it, we can leave. We
get in there and have you ever been to Universal Studios?

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Yeah, they have multiple houses and.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
It's well before you even get to a haunted house,
there's like an area I have to walk through and
all these characters dressed up are walking around you and scary.
They have chainsaws that he lost. He was like about
to urinate himself. But I was like, let's just do
the one haunted house. So I took him to one
of the haunted houses that wasn't even the scariest. The

(04:00):
right if Frankenstein won lost his mind, we had to
leave immediately afterwards.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Really, I figured you were gonna say he turned it
around and loved it.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
No. No, I made sure to get stamped. I gave
him every chance. I was like, all right, we left. Reminder,
it's just actors. They can't touch you. He wanted to leave,
and I'm like, okay, fine, I'm mad of my word.
We said we would just do one haunted house and
if you did not like it, we would leave. So
we left.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Doesn't he like scary movies and stuff? He does? That's
so weird.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
I think the problem was if we would have gone
in and the first thing we did was a haunted house,
he could have dealt with it. But honestly, that area
where you have to walk through to get to the
haunted houses that freaked him out because the music and
the fog and the chainsaws. True eude, I get scared
of chain sauce, Like, oh my god, there's a chain

(04:56):
saw I got. I get scared. So that was that.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
But I have some shocking news for you, Okay, shock me.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
I have gotten into a TV show.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
Really, Yes, what's this TV show?

Speaker 2 (05:12):
I'm consuming it online like most people do, right, But
I enjoy it so much because it's the kind of
show that I can watch.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
Why do I think this is going to be a
terrible show, but go ahead.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
It's the kind of show where I can watch the
parts that I'm interested in, and the parts that I'm
not interested in, I can just not watch. So for
the last two or three week two weeks, I've been
loving watching Dancing with the Stars.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Okay, yeah, it is fun. We watched the first week.
Here's what I do. I watch like that first night.
I will not be back until they get to the finals.
Like I can't. I just won't continue. They got to
weed out some people, you know what I mean, Like
there's too many people that are that just have to go.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Yeah, those people I just don't watch, Like I don't
need to watch the ones that I have no interest in. Anyways,
that's been super fun. This week's show will be bizarre
because two of the contests. One of the contestants and
his partner both have COVID and last week they did
as well, so they just used their rehearsal footage from
last week. But tonight they're going to be dancing separately

(06:22):
and from their homes. Why not just let them come
back next year? Yeah, it makes no sense to me.
But what ebbs? Oh god, I don't want to say.
I'll say if if anybody perceived me getting it wrong,
I am sorry. I didn't make it a point to
say I don't believe this to be true. I'm not
saying this, but bizarrely, not bizarrely, but just how it

(06:45):
happens to be. Last week on our podcast, we spoke
about Fergie and since then news broke that her father
passed away at the end of August. And I would imagine,
since prior to her sharing that news on social media
she hadn't posted in months, that it was probably something

(07:08):
that she knew was coming and that the family was
dealing with for many months. Right, that would explain why
she didn't care about social media and didn't post anything
on social media.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
So then you had situated that it might be drunk.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
No, I did not.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
I had no.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
You were, like Drupp.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Said, said there that they said. I didn't say that.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
It's the same thing now kiss gossom and disseminated.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
I never First of all, I never said it was true.
I never said I had any information.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
I agree to that. But you did share your friend's
information anyway, it was not information. I'm gonna let you
go on a technicality here, but you're a ship in
this situation. You're a ship. No, I'm not, Yes, you are.
She had something very private and personal going on. Okay,
you took it to the worst place with your information.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
Your it was not information.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Should we make it do or should we go sunny?
Sign up on your face with the egg.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
This is not a moment for you to do your show.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
Shit. Okay, it's not my show. Shit. This is yes,
it didn't make it a very valid point.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
I never said anything. And my friend didn't even have
any information. He didn't know. All I said was and
when talking about Fergie like, wow, she hasn't posted in
three months. Now we know why.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
You will never learn your lesson, will you? You took
a little piece of gossip.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
It was not even gossip. It was it was speculation.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
Okay, you speculated, I did not speculate. You shared someone
else's speculation.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
It's the same thing on a show. But I did
not say that I agree with you. I was not
even inclined to believe that. I don't know. I was like, well,
that could be a reason why she's off for three months.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
And then okay, your beg on your face. I'm sorry.
I don't know how you're gonna get it off. Oh,
I can say if you want.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
You're trying to be entertaining and funny about somebody's death.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
I didn't bring anything up, all right.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
So I just wanted to send Fergie all of the lights.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
I'm sure she'll love the light from you.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Oh stop, you're such an a hole. I never say.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
You're the one that speculated, and then you found out
what really has happened, and it's awful and you look
like an asshole out.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
No, I don't you know what. I'm let me freaking
play back exactly what I said.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
I already know what you said.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
I know what I said too. I didn't say anything negative.
I didn't. I didn't say, well that sounds but I
didn't even say, well, that sounds believable.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
Friend told me, and drugs, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
My friend didn't for me.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
I know, you guys were just guessing, and you guessed,
so I guess. Okay, but you shared his guests on
this show, which makes you look like an asshole too.
You both look like assholes. You and your friend bend
over because that's what you look like, an asshole.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
You're an asshole. Now, No, I'm not.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
I didn't bring up anything about I said, how can
the Black Eyed Peas go on without Fergie? Because she's
a queen.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
All right, You're trying to make your stick around her
dad's death, and that's gross.

Speaker 1 (10:14):
Okay, that's what I'm doing, Okay, all right, fine.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
Anyways, before we begin with Britney's spears, a lot of
developments there. We are recording this in the morning. I

Speaker 2 (12:00):
We mentioned last week. Brittany was expected back in court,
but before the court hearing, her lawyer fired shots at
her father, Matthew Rosngart, called Jamie Spears an alcoholic and
a gambling addict. Then the court hearing happened. Brittany did

(12:23):
not zoom in she was actually on vacation, but her
mother and father did appear virtually. And for those of
you who haven't been paying close attention, the next court
hearing is, I would say, wonderfully not that far off
in the future, only about five weeks away. November twelfth

(12:46):
is when the next hearing happens, and we'll get to that.
But basically, to sum it all up, Brittany's dad was
arguing to terminate the conservatorship immediately, but legal experts now
understand or are speculating that the reason for that move

(13:06):
is to prevent himself from getting into legal trouble, because
if the conservatorship would have been immediately terminated last week,
he and the conservatorship team that he has could have
shredded and just destroyed all the paperwork, quote evidence, everything

(13:27):
with regards to the conservatorship for the last thirteen years.
Britney's lawyer argued that they did not want the conservatorship
terminated immediately. They want it to be in place temporarily
and they wanted her father removed suspended immediately, and that
is what happened. A new conservator was put in place

(13:49):
with powers only through the end of this year. And
this quote investigation has already begun. We've already talked about
it and mentioned, like Brittany herself said in court, she
wants to go after her father for the abuse that
she says she received from him over the last thirteen years,

(14:10):
and that her lawyer said in court abuse that actually
dated back prior to the thirteen years that she's been
in the conservatorship. She claims he's been abusive since childhood.
After the hearing, Brittany's dad released this most tone death statement.
Let me read to you like a little bit of it,

(14:32):
not all of it, because it's long. He says, mister
Spears loves his daughter unconditionally. For thirteen years, he has
tried to do what is in her best interests, whether
as a conservator or her father. This started with agreeing
to serve as her conservator when she voluntarily entered the conservatorship.
Britney never voluntarily entered the conservatorship, she said, so.

Speaker 1 (14:53):
So what maybe she was in a different state of mind.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
Then yeah, one that not she could not agree to
voluntarily and her a Conservative ship.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
Okay, continue, I don't hear anything toned up so far, but.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Continue, well, lying, that's tone deaf, tright.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
No, no, you're taking one person's word and not the
other one just because you believe.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
No. No, no no no no no no no no
no no no no no no. It has been proven
by multiple people's, multiple lawyers that Brittany previously tried to
retain lawyers years ago to get out of the conservatorship.
If she was in this voluntarily for thirteen years, many
many years ago, she would not have tried to get

(15:31):
out of it.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Okay, thank you lawyer for us.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
These are lawyers that have spoken.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
So what I just spoke. Why don't you believe me?
I mean, come on, there was a reason this started with,
and she may have signed off on it.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Then you don't know that.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
You keep passing this shit off as facts. These aren't facts.
This is your assumption.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Because the dad said she entered the Conservatives voluntarily.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
By the way, I don't believe either side of them.
I believe the truth is always in the middle of
two arguments. When one person says one thing, and the
other person says the other thing. I believe that the
truth is somewhere in the middle.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
Usual My whole point was he probably should have just
said nothing. It makes no sense to me. His lawyer,
because of him, wanted the conservatorship terminated last week. But
when they did not do that and they just removed him,
he was upset at the court for that. He literally
said that through the lawyer, respectfully, the court was wrong

(16:25):
to suspend mister Spears, put a stranger in his place
to manage Britney's estate and extend the conservatorship that Brittany
begged the court to terminate earlier this summer. Blah blah
blah blah blah. Anyways, I don't think this guy is
doing himself any favors. And now he's not gonna have
all of Brittany's money to spend on pr to try

(16:46):
and make himself look better.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
Who's he trying to make himself like? This guy doesn't
have commerce. No one's like shopping at his for his
products or consuming his music.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
You clearly are not informed. Earlier this year, according to Transparency,
according to everything that has to be documented, Jamie Spears
spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not more, on
crisis pr for himself and for the conservatorship.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
He's not selling anything, is my point.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
I thought your point was why is he even wasting
money trying to make himself look better in the public.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
Because all of this was hurting the bottom line Brittany inc.
That's why he was.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Doing that, or hurting his role in Brittany.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
Who gives a fuck about his role?

Speaker 2 (17:32):
Like I said, he gives it Mars.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
He's not the product.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
It's a human being who cares? Who cares if he's
a No, she is a human being.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
What does it have to do with her? I don't
get it. Every movie, this Britney story is so beat
like a dead horse.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
It's just anyways. After the court win for Brittany, she
posted a series of photos and videos on Instagram where
she was on a plane. Brittany apparently, according to her,
has been taking flying lessons and she literally flew a plane. Wow,

(18:10):
good for her. Then after that she uploaded a bunch
of fully nude photos, which is funny because a lot
of people that support Brittany were questioning her mental health
for posting these nude photos on Instagram and I don't

(18:31):
see that as problematic or hurtful. Yeah, she's got teenage children,
but she's Britney Spears. Her kids are going to be
treated differently no matter what. I don't know if Brittany
posting nude photos makes her happy, and her fiance is
clearly supportive. I'm pretty sure he's the one taking the photos.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
I'm all for it for the record.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
Yeah, So I think people need to relax and let her,
let her do what makes her happy. She's already free, basically.
This new conservator was appointed by her lawyer, so she's
basically free.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
Yeah, she's up there flying planes.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Yeah, the conservatorship remains, but she basically now can do
whatever she wants. So good on her. All Right, we're
gonna get to Megan Marko and Prince Harry, but first,
Oh my gosh, I gotta love it. I upset all
of these K pop fans yet again. And it was

(19:28):
not an intentional dis It wasn't even a dis It
was not remembering something. Oh my god, it was so ridiculous.
These fans of this boy band, this K pop group
Monsta X were so upset at me because I shared
their new song and when sharing it I mentioned something

(19:49):
along the lines of well, BTS released all these songs
in English, and it took their success. They were already successful,
but when they released an English made them even more successful.
And all of these other K pop groups said, well,
I want a piece of that. So I basically said that,
and then all of these months, to X fans said

(20:11):
well mons to X was releasing songs in English before BTS,
delete your tweet, you're spreading false information. And I'm like, well,
I'm not deleting my tweet.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
This is funny that this is what you waste your
time and day with, Like, do care? Go watch a
show and report on that, report on your Dancing with
the Stars. No one cares fuck but mons to X
fans and friends like I felt VIVI, no, you're not.
You're fighting with ZiT infested nine year olds about mons
to X, Like that's not working, that's wasting time.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
I was not fighting with them.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
I loved it.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
I like them.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Yes, does you no good?

Speaker 2 (20:52):
I know? Actually I came to that realization. Most people
probably would not do a lot of the things that
I do. Most people would not retweet their hate, but
I'm not most people, and me retweeting the hate probably fuels.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
I guess my point about you, I mean you behave
like them. You behave like a twelve year old online.
It's just like, why don't you go do things that
would build your business? All this does is piss people off.
Pissing people off doesn't like build your business like you're
reporting on Dancing with the Stars. I would think would
build your business.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Yeah, I did support you. There you go.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
Anyways, you're confusing.

Speaker 2 (21:35):
Well, congratulate BTS. They're playing four stadium shows in Los Angeles.
That's major at the new Sofi Stadium. Four shows. Getting
to Megan and Harry. But first, this is my ball
and Branch, Ball and Branches. I am sleeping in the

(21:57):
most comfortable sheets. I love branch and if it did
not sound like I pronounced it correctly the first time,
it's Boll Bowl and Branch bol l. I love their
sheets and they have all of the products you need
as well for all different kinds of beds and duvets
and all of that.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Jaz, I have a whole set. I have the duvet set,
I have the sheets set. I bought so much stuff.
Even before we started going with bowling Branch, I've been
using them. I think they make the best sheets, and
I'm so happy that they're a sponsor that we can
endorse something that I actually have bought with my own
money prior to even doing this podcast and then coming on.
Their stuff is really top notch and it's very affordable too,

(22:41):
and that's the good thing. You want quality at a
good price, and that's what they offer.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
They're one hundred percent organic cotton sheets. And to experience
an entirely new standard of comfort, visit Bowlandbranch dot com.
Get fifteen percent off your first set of sheets with
promo code Perez. That's boll And Branch dot com promo

(23:13):
code perez. All right. I wish that I would have
known this when we recorded our show last week. I
also went viral on social media. This is good for
business though, Okay, I went viral on social media because
I shared not a story, but I shared something that

(23:34):
Prince Harry and Megan Markle did. And Prince Harry and
Megan Markle are almost as they get as much engagement
as a K pop group. So I shared that when
Prince Harry and Megan Markle went to New York for
that Global Citizen Festival, which is about you know, I

(23:55):
think it's about many different topics, but one of them
is environmental issues, and one of his big talking points
Prince Harry, is the environment. But then they were photographed
arriving back in Santa Barbara on a private plane. So
a lot of people thought that was very hypocritical of
Megan and Harry to fly private when they're advocating for

(24:18):
all these green causes. I mean, Leonardo DiCaprio does the
same thing, like, how can you beat this big that
Greta Thunberg. She didn't she freaking take a boat from
Europe to the United States. If you're a big environmentalist,
that's what you do, you take a boat. But not
Leo and not Megan and Harry. You know, they must

(24:39):
not care about the environment that much. And I don't know,
like they have this whole scam or a scheme of well,
whenever we fly private, we pay money to plant trees somewhere.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
Yeah, that net what do they call that? Net zero
or net carbon negative? Something fucking bullshit.

Speaker 2 (24:56):
Yeah, I don't know if I believe that works.

Speaker 1 (24:59):
I don't know if Brennan Bolberg would not do.

Speaker 2 (25:01):
That, No way, Yeah, Greta would never.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
I just saw her speak, it must have been a
global citizen, but it was just a bunch of young
people speaking on the environment. And her talking point was
blah blah blah blah, we're doing all of this, blah
blah blah, world leaders say this, blah blah. And it
was the best fucking speech with her little British accent
or wherever the fuck she's from Sweden, but she's fantastic.

(25:26):
I love that girl.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
So anyways, we missed that, but mazl and Prince William
was in the cover of People. Good on him. I
love the British royals. I'm just so fascinated by them.
Onto some wacky news or leading our way to whacky news.
This is not that wacky. It's more, well, maybe it
is wacky because I don't know what's exactly going on

(25:49):
or not. The weekend recently was spotted out having dinner
with Doja Cat, just the two of them, and he
was also spotted having dinner with Angelina Jolee. Again. He
and Angelina have been linked have been spending a lot
of time together. I'm not even gonna say. I don't

(26:10):
like to give out incorrect information, right, He'd rather speculate, Well,
you can speculate, but I would absolutely speculate, but I'm
not gonna say something is true if I don't know
it to be true.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
Fair enough.

Speaker 2 (26:22):
Yeah, So the Weekend has been hanging out a lot
with Angelina Jolee. That's just definitely an interesting couple if
they are dating, so good on them. Kylie Jenner in
a lot of controversy. And usually I'm of the school
of thought that all attention is good, but not when

(26:46):
it comes to a product, right, Like if I went
viral for my CBD gummies and people started saying they
got food poisoning or whatever, that would not be good.
Good for my true ten. You guys can get my
True ten my true ten dot com the best cbdgummies anyways.

(27:09):
But Kylie Jenner's new swimwear has gotten people worked up
because all of these videos have gone viral of social
media of folks that have bought Kylie's swimwear and have
been really disappointed with the poor quality of it from
a brand new swimsuit not being sewed properly, like the

(27:33):
stitching coming out at listen. You might be a conspiracy
theorist and be like, well, those people might have pulled.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
No I don't believe. I believe that it's junk. I'm
more inclined to believe that they sell garbage because the
amount of crap that comes out from them, the non
stop commerce and whorring and selling. Do I think it's
of high quality? No? And I blame you the dumb
consumer that says, oh, she does quality of work or

(28:01):
she these this family really connected themselves with quality products.
Give me a break. That's on you for being dumb.

Speaker 2 (28:10):
Poorly made, the stitches coming off, not good material some
of them. The people couldn't even really show us on
the videos because they were like see through, which they
did not expect it to be see through.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Now I would expect that from them.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
They love see through at the beach or the pool.

Speaker 1 (28:31):
Please, I told you Camel Tell is the new titty.

Speaker 2 (28:34):
Anyways, Kylie has to my knowledge, I have not seen
her respond to this, but I don't think this controversy
is gonna help her swimsuits, do you no?

Speaker 3 (28:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (28:46):
Oops? All right, we're gonna get to Bethany Frankel, and
she's in a lot of hot water over comments that
she made about transgender kids. But first, Cerebral makes access
to mental health care so much simpler, and we need
this simplified because people may not be able to afford

(29:07):
mental health care or they might think they don't have
the time to get it. I used to tell myself
I did not have the time for mental health care.
But Cerebral help save you time and money. Cerebral is
an online mental health service that offers prescription medication, counseling
and therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia and more. And

(29:32):
for listeners of this program, you can receive sixty five
percent off your first month of medication management and care
counseling at Cerebral dot com slash perez. You can do
your sessions on a laptop or a phone anywhere that
you feel comfortable. These treatments are affordable and helpful. Go

(29:58):
to Cerebral dot com slash perez for sixty five percent
off your first month. All right, thank you, Cerebral. I
sort of love when people have an opinion and they
stand behind their opinion, even if their opinion is wrong,

(30:20):
because a lot of people are just quick to apologize
even if they don't mean it. But hopefully Bethany Frankel
can listen to us and understand why people think the
way they do about her opinion. So she was talking
about trans issues or even like let's say gay issues.

(30:41):
They're different but similar. Inherently talking about trans issues does
not make you transphobic, but how you talk about things
could be perceived that way. She was talking about how
at her daughter's school they have to go around and
share their pronouns with each other. Now, and I understand
how that is a heated issue for parents, because there

(31:06):
are those parents that might think, well, that should only
happen if somebody in the classroom is transgender, then you
do that, But if nobody is transgender, you don't need
to do I don't know, it's it's complicated. But she
was talking about that, and she says there was an
incident at summer camp where her daughter did not even

(31:27):
go to this summer camp. Right, she's she was doing
the whole specul not speculation, but like sharing information like
I did with my friend. Not information though, but sharing
his speculation. Anyways, at summer camp, there was this youngster
who is a trans young girl who was born with
a penis, who was in the same bunk bed or

(31:51):
the same sleeping quarters with all these other girls and
biological born girls, and I guess showered with the girls. No,
but somehow the girls saw this other person's penis, and
that caused a lot of controversy. And anyways, a lot
of people were upset at her, especially because she thinks

(32:15):
that a lot of these young people are going through
a phase. I think that was perhaps just the most
potentially offensive thing.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
What's dismissive exactly?

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Yeah, for a trans person to hear, oh, that trans kit,
I don't think any young person would voluntarily choose to say, oh,
I'm trans, I want to be trans. Being trans is cool. No,
it's hard, and they know it's hard. And I don't
think it's a phase for young people, So hopefully she

(32:47):
can understand that.

Speaker 1 (32:49):
To me, it sounds and I don't know the story here,
but it sounds like someone asked her opinion.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
She's got a podcast, so she was talking about on
her podcast, I got you.

Speaker 1 (32:56):
Okay, But to me, it just sounds like if she said, look,
point blank, here's a question I'll ask you, would you
want your daughters in a shower with someone that has
a penis? And she answered that question And people don't
like the answer to her question. Is that what happened
or is it she speculation.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
No, it was all of the above. Okay, you know
it was a longer conversation, but she said, I'm not apologizing.
I didn't say anything wrong. YadA, YadA, YadA, gotcha. In
addition to Bethany Frankel, Chrissy Teagan also upset a lot
of people. She posted this ridiculous thing on Instagram, amongst

(33:38):
other things that she's posted recently, where she was complaining
about influencers that post these super curated images. And you know,
she was saying how her glam team is always asking
for approval, like can I post this? Can I post that?
And she does not care what's flattering or not. And

(34:00):
she did that while posting a photo of herself fully
done up with professional hair and makeup.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
Yeah, like, what's the difference, There's no difference. You're a
fraud too.

Speaker 2 (34:11):
I know She's like, I'm I don't care. I'm not perfect.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
I don't care.

Speaker 2 (34:15):
I get you're fully perfect when you're posting that.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
Poor John Legend has to put up with that.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
He does not seem like a lot so that, you know,
opposite subtractor, she might balance him out. I don't know.
He's happy. They've been together a while, and thankfully he does.
He does not seem like the cheating kind. I hope
hopefully you never can tell with musicians or with anybody really.
A reminder, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are swingers. Baby.

(34:47):
We've known that forever, right, but they've only recently opened
up about it. First Jada on Red Table Talk. Then
Will Smith in his new GQ magazine interview talking about
his unconventional marriage to Jada Pinkett Smith. He said, Jada

(35:08):
never believed in conventional marriage. Jada had family members that
had an unconventional relationship, so she grew up in a
way that was very different than how I grew up.
Wonderful it works for them and they're still together, so
good on them all. Right, onto some music news. R
Kelly has been found guilty on all counts in his

(35:32):
New York sex trafficking case. What This includes charges of racketeering, kidnapping,
forced labor, bribery, eight violations of the Man Act, a
sex trafficking statute, and more. But you know the weirdest thing,

(35:52):
it's wild. I think I told you that Facebook has
been really good for me recently. So I've been having
a out of growth and engagement on Facebook. So I've
been devoting more time to Facebook. And I saw that
R Kelly posted some bullshit statement on Facebook. I don't
think he posted it anywhere else. And there were so

(36:14):
many people defending r Kelly on Facebook. R Kelly not
only still has fans, but he has people defending him
after he was found guilty.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
I love that you are just so shocked that the
world is full of idiots. It's funny to me. I
love that you every time are blown away by the
fact that there are people out there that will support
heinus morons. It's shocking to be every time. Does he

(36:50):
be found.

Speaker 2 (36:51):
Guilty, doesn't matter anyways. Well, it's not all bad music news.
Adele is coming back. She's back already. Basically, Yeah, have
you heard something officially?

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Well no, I just heard that there's billboards going off,
thirty billboards.

Speaker 2 (37:11):
The billboards confuse me a little bit because she's thirty
three years old, and that's weird. I mean, she says
that she that is confusing.

Speaker 1 (37:19):
She names the albums.

Speaker 2 (37:21):
After why she writes them?

Speaker 1 (37:23):
Oh, write them? Okay, maybe she wrote them then.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
But that's weird to release a new album with songs
that are three years old. I don't know whatever.

Speaker 1 (37:33):
Maybe it's just from the very first moment you started writing,
you know what I mean, Like it could be thirty
dash thirty three, but I get that, I guess.

Speaker 2 (37:42):
Or she could just be teasing us all and it
could not even be called thirty Who knows.

Speaker 1 (37:47):
Every album has been after her age though, it's gotta
be She's got to, she gotta continue that. It'd be
weird if it was titled right well.

Speaker 2 (37:54):
Like what ed Sheeran's next? I mean, I guess there's
so many numerical numbers too. You know, it's like Pie,
Pie is next. I don't think he's I don't think
he's had an album called Pie anyways. Pretty much confirming
we don't know much about it, but pretty much confirming
when the album is coming out was Taylor Swift. Because

(38:15):
Taylor Swift months ago announced that her new album, The
re Record of Red, is coming out on November the nineteenth,
but now she announced that she's moving the release date
up a week earlier, and the excuse that she gave
was so that it would be closer to the thirteenth,

(38:37):
which is her favorite number. Sure, she just did not
want to release her album the same week as Adel
And even though Taylor Swift has nothing to prove, she
still loves having a lot of number one albums, so
she wanted another number one album. And it's wild like

(38:59):
the huge resurgence of vinyl, And even though it's still
pales in comparison to album sales, it pops the number
a bit, oh a huge amount because it's a physical sale.

Speaker 1 (39:12):
Yeah, when you have a fan base that are just
willing to get something, it's it's almost like a different
arm of merch. I bet a lot of these kids
don't even have record players. I bet they don't even
open these albums. They're probably on her shelf still, or they.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
Might try to resell it in the future unopened.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
I don't. Probably a lot of that stuff ends up
on eBay.

Speaker 2 (39:30):
But yeah, her her vinyl is coming out now earlier
as well. I don't think Adele's A music industry friend
of mine said that a lot of albums leak because
of vinyl because it takes so long to make the vinyls.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
The music's out there somewhere.

Speaker 2 (39:48):
Yeah, yeah, So we probably are not going to get
vinyl from Adele the first week. She doesn't need it.

Speaker 1 (39:54):
She doesn't care either. She just makes great music and
that's it.

Speaker 2 (39:58):
Yeah, all right, more music news. But first, do you
own or rent your home? Sure? You do, and I
bet it could be hard work. You know what's easy
bundling policies with Geico. Geico makes it easy to bundle
your homeowners or renter's insurance along with your auto policy.
It's a good thing too, because you already have so

(40:18):
much to do around your home. Go to Geico dot com,
get a quote and see how much you could save.
It's Geico Easy. Visit Geico dot com today, that's Geico
dot com. A lot of people are upset with the
NFL because the new Super Bowl halftime show performers have

(40:40):
been announced and they are Doctor Dre with friends including
Snoop dog, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar. And
the funniest thing I saw after this was announced, Maroon
five was trending there. People were like, you gave Maroon

(41:01):
five the entire Super Bowl halftime show performance for themselves,
and you're making all of these people share the halftime show.

Speaker 1 (41:11):
Well, maybe they all went in together. It's not like
the NFL said, hey, let's get all of these different artists.
I bet they went to Dre first and said, we
have an idea this year, what do you think who
would you get? And then they put it together that way.

Speaker 2 (41:24):
When was the last time Doctor Dre even released music?
I don't remember, forgot about Drey was two thousand and one.
All right, onto some film and TV news. Scarlett Johanson
has settled her lawsuit with Disney, so she got her
money on her before that even went to court, and

(41:45):
they both released statements saying that Scarlett and Disney look
forward to working on projects together.

Speaker 1 (41:51):
Surelotte.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
The Bachelor has announced their new host, replacing Chris Harrison,
and it is Jesse Palmer. He is a former Bachelor himself,
and it would have been great if they would have
chosen a diverse person, but they went with another whitey

(42:14):
and that's fine, even though I don't.

Speaker 1 (42:17):
Think well this season they had the two girls.

Speaker 2 (42:19):
Doing it, the women's not the Bachelor.

Speaker 1 (42:21):
They did the correct right, right, Okay, Yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Think white people might be the minority in the United States.

Speaker 1 (42:29):
Now, yeah, but it's gonna happen at the end of
the twenty twenties, we will be the minority white people.
We by me, I mean not you.

Speaker 2 (42:35):
I mean, I'm still I'm white, but I'm a white Latino.

Speaker 1 (42:38):
You would be in the Latino bucket.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
I'm not mad at this choice because he has a
real tie to the franchise. He's the former Bachelor and
for the last because he was one of the first Bachelors,
like for the last basically twenty years. He's been doing TV,
so he's a real pro. He did that Daily Mail show.
He does that that ended.

Speaker 1 (42:58):
I literally saw it last Weekly TV. It can't be reruns,
it's not He's not on that show anymore. Price, I'm
telling you, I saw him literally last week on that show.

Speaker 2 (43:06):
Well, he might have been a guest, but he's not
the host anymore. The host he is now Thomas Roberts.

Speaker 1 (43:11):
Because I have it on in the studio all of
the time. That channel's just left on and I'm telling
you I just saw him. It couldn't have been more
than two weeks ago.

Speaker 2 (43:19):
He's not on that show anymore. Wow, Okay, the program
is hosted by Thomas Roberts. Yes, it used to be
Jesse Palmer anyways. In more, the Bachelor news that Claire
Crawley and Dale Moss have broken up again, shocking yeah,
this time for good. And I was not aware of

(43:41):
all of the issues going on with her mother.

Speaker 1 (43:44):
That's really said.

Speaker 2 (43:44):
Her mother is battling dementia and I don't even let me, let.

Speaker 1 (43:48):
Me make sure this is true. Who cares? Rude?

Speaker 2 (43:52):
Somebody said that her mother had entered hospice, but I can't.
I can't see that. But she's helping to take care
of her mother. So that's really beautiful and also tough.
So just sending Claire Crawley positive vibes. Also sending positive
vibes to Bam Margera. Police had an incident with him

(44:14):
in Florida at a hotel and he ended up being
taken to a rehab facility.

Speaker 1 (44:20):
So incident in Florida. It's always Florida. It's never like
a hotel in North Dakota.

Speaker 2 (44:25):
In other possible positive news, there is speculation that Amanda
Bynes got married. She was photographed with a new ring
on her wedding finger her engagement finger. So if that
is true, then congratulations to her. And finally, major congratulations,

(44:48):
major news all of the wonderfulness to Mark Hoppus, the
Blink one eighty two singer, announced that he is cancer free,
hoping that that stays because he had really hardcore cancer.
He had diffuse large B cell lymphoma stage four, a

(45:11):
cancer that is intense. So all the positive vibes to him.
And before we get to calls whether you rent or own,
Gico makes it easy to bundle home and car insurance.
Having a home is hard work, so get a quote
at gico dot com easy.

Speaker 4 (45:31):
Hey guys, they're from LA. So I actually want to
call out Booker. So I saw him as the Modest
Mouth concert in at Los Angeles this week and I
was like, look, and I went like, look down.

Speaker 5 (45:44):
And get my camera because I wanted to get a
picture with him.

Speaker 6 (45:47):
And then I look up and then he's gone.

Speaker 2 (45:49):
I was so disappointed.

Speaker 5 (45:50):
So my question is, are you guys going to be
like a meet up.

Speaker 2 (45:53):
Or like a podcast in real life? Like I really
would love to meet you guys, because I am obsessed
with the show.

Speaker 1 (46:01):
I mean maybe after COVID, I think we're still in
the throes of that, but I mean I'm always open
to doing another show. Those are always fun.

Speaker 2 (46:09):
Somebody reached out to us about doing a virtual live
podcast where you can watch us live and ask questions
and all of that, and we're willing to try that,
So that's a great thing. Tweet us. Maybe don't flood
the phone calls with this, but tweet at Booker at
Chris Booker and the Perez Hilton and let us know

(46:32):
if you would be interested in paying, because it would
be a paid event, like some dollars.

Speaker 1 (46:39):
I don't want to hoore their fucking audience out for
this stupid shit. Like, let's just do it live. No
one cares. I mean, they see this fucking screen thing,
do they really need to pay to see the live
version of it?

Speaker 2 (46:49):
I mean, well, they might want to be really involved
in the and like get to ask us questions live,
and I don't know.

Speaker 1 (46:56):
I mean, are we going to make them pay for that?
Though yes people have to pay. No, I'm not interested.

Speaker 2 (47:01):
Okay, well let us know.

Speaker 1 (47:02):
I mean, but do it live. That gives people something
we could shake their hands and spend time with them.
This fucking screen thing can eat a dick. I am
so over like virtual this. And I saw a band
the other day it was like Incubous. They're doing like
a twenty year anniversary of Morning View and they're like,
you could buy tickets for this online event. I'm like,
suck a dick. I'm like, I'm not fucking online event.

(47:23):
Get out of here. I want to see it live
or that's it. I'm not gonna pour myself out or
people that spend their time with this nonsense that we
do to do it online. That sucks. Perez will well.

Speaker 2 (47:36):
If people want it then why not. No. It also
is a good way for people that want to support
us to support us.

Speaker 1 (47:44):
You're supported, just fine.

Speaker 3 (47:45):
Hi, this is my key Glamsum Connecticut, and I don't
really have a question. I just wanted to say that
Booker saying what's his fuck when referring to the baby
instead of what's his face?

Speaker 2 (47:55):
Is my new favorite thing though.

Speaker 1 (48:00):
I have a way with words, Mikey. What can I say?

Speaker 3 (48:03):
Hi?

Speaker 5 (48:04):
Defanie from Canada. I just really quickly wanted to get
your opinion on the show The Office, because you guys
were talking about Shits Creek quick. I am a huge
fan of and I've seen Ted Lathom. Yeah good, But
I mean, let's talk about The Office, the best show ever.

Speaker 1 (48:21):
You know, It's so funny that somebody just called about
the Office because I have a coworker. We had this
conversation last week. We were talking about our favorite shows,
and hers is The Office, and I said, you know,
I watched one episode of the Office. It's the very
first one, and I'm talking about the US version, not
the British version. But I watched the US version. In
the first episode, the jokes were so dated that they

(48:45):
almost came off as like offensive. Of course I wasn't offended.
Maybe offensive is the wrong word. They were just so
been done and it's like that kind of you know,
that kind of humor that you just don't really do anymore, Like, yeah,
it's still kind of funny, but it just felt dated
to me. And I'd said that to my coworker friend,
and my friend said, you have to continue, she goes,

(49:07):
because the first Office is shot seen by seeing line
by line from the British version of it, so that
makes it even older. And they got away from that
and they started writing their own episodes. But I didn't
realize that the British version of the Office was so
few episodes. It was a very very short run. So

(49:28):
it's like one of those shows that I probably should
give another chance and a look at. But like just
I tried, it was like the first one and I
just I was like, I don't know, if this humor
is for me, but they get away from that humor,
is what I was told, So maybe I'll give it
a shot one of these days.

Speaker 6 (49:43):
All right, Hi, my name is Juan from your city,
calling about that girl who said that Chris looked like
peple pew or whatever that skunk was and that watching
the podcasts not good. I would like to say that
she's not right. Chris is very hot. Oh look in

(50:03):
those home crickets conquered all. I think it gets better
with age, actually, and I like watching the podcast. Actually,
I listen to it and then I watch it. I'm
one of those people that I like to rewatch things.

Speaker 2 (50:16):
Thanks, So I don't know with her.

Speaker 6 (50:18):
I think it's great to see you guys interacting your
expressions and it's a different kind of way of seeing
you guys. And that's a fan of the podcast for
years now. I think it's good. So don't listen to haters.
And I think she should have a little more tax
in dealing with you guys, because you guys are great

(50:38):
and she was a little rude in my opinion. Oh,
but I wish you the best, and of course I'll
keep listening to you guys and keep up the video work.
It's just good to watch.

Speaker 1 (50:49):
I thought her opinion was funny. It was funny and
rude my sense of humor. I got a kick out
of it from Pittsburgh.

Speaker 4 (50:58):
I'm calling her guarding the getting rid of her social
media and booker. I cannot say that enough. You are
completely wrong of read. You were right social media. If
I an't have social media, I would have would have
had no idea that as your as you're in.

Speaker 2 (51:14):
Just announce her tour or to dow albums.

Speaker 4 (51:16):
Look at Olivia Arrino, she would not be what she
is saying without TikTok like social media is a huge
factor and artists and their career. Now, maybe someone who's
are established like Britney Spears, does that needed as much.
But sorry, not sorry, Hana Dolray isn't that popular and.

Speaker 2 (51:34):
That could have really helped her. I agree.

Speaker 1 (51:37):
I don't think it matters one bit. There's no other
way to find out that Lana Delray was going on tour.
Come on, let's wrap it up. Eight hundred and seven.
If you want to leave an insensitive message, that would
be great, And if you have any other questions or
comments leave them there and uh, well, thank you for listening.

Speaker 2 (51:55):
Should I get a nose job, Yes, I'm thinking about
it now, I'm not, but I cannot. Literally, my nose
keeps growing by the day.

Speaker 1 (52:04):
You know, well, your nose in your ears.

Speaker 2 (52:05):
They never I know, but every day it keeps. Every
time I look at it, it's a bigger and bigger.

Speaker 1 (52:10):
I used to obsess over my nose when I when
I worked at like MTV two, I went through a
stretch and I think it was because being on TV,
I would see my fucking self all of the time,
and I had the same thing. I almost was. I
don't know, like it was bothering me so much, even
like in interviews, I'm like, they're looking at my nose.
It's gigantic. I have a huge nose. But then Dustin

(52:32):
Hoffman told me once that I looked like an actor.

Speaker 4 (52:35):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (52:35):
It was like, and he is an enormous schnauz and
Tom Cruise.

Speaker 2 (52:39):
And I was like, you know what, Tom Cruise has
a big nose.

Speaker 1 (52:42):
He does. He is a it's a very very uh
pronounced nose. It's interesting. A lot of actors do they
got that big snawz.

Speaker 2 (52:50):
Maybe that's in your future, but you can't remember lines.

Speaker 1 (52:54):
You're right, I would never be able to do it.
Oh damn it.

Speaker 2 (52:58):
All right, Well, thank you guys, and I hope to
see you all on YouTube.

Speaker 1 (53:03):
Bye, see you, guys. See ya.

Speaker 2 (53:08):
Hey guys. This is Cale Lowry and this is Via Rivera.

Speaker 1 (53:11):
