Who is Mykella Auld?
Mykella is a behavior change leader, social educator, executive coach, institutional organizer, and tactical strategist. She has a depth of experience in collective well-being research, equity fame-work development, creative problem-solving, and coalition-building. She coaches leaders to develop innovative organizations that are responsive to their employee's whole person. Further supporting companies in their journey to foster a learning focused, well-being driven, futures for their teams. Mykella holds a bachelors in Sociology, a Masters in Educational Leadership, a post-graduate certification in Public Policy and Urban Affairs, and is a certified Executive Coach.
Mykella believes in the purpose and priority of individual and collective wellbeing and is committed to reducing barriers to access and success for all employees. Her experience as an educational and change management leader across the public, non-profit, K-12, and higher education sectors, has allowed her to anticipate and respond to points of support and growth for organizations, and communities. Her work has led to the achievement of strategic goals related to social, educational, wellness, and environmental sustainability in communities across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Mykella is the Founder and Chief Executive Coach at The Work Well Studio. The Work Well Studio contributes to solutions that helps to produce and sustain equitable outcomes and is grounded in systems-based and human-centered approaches to building justice work cultures. She is also an Instructional Designer at The Center for Government Excellence at The Johns Hopkins University. Mykella serves on a Community Wellness Advisory Board that is committed to and embraces the various approaches to thriving wellness across cultures and communities.
