I wanted to talk with Ashleigh because as an elite athlete; she has experienced both the highest highs and the lowest lows. After a 40 year dry spell, she was the first British woman to win a European medal in the individual 100m in 2014. But on the other hand, she had to stand on the sidelines at the 2016 Rio Olympics and 2017 London World Championships after an injury prevented her from competing.
