In this episode, Rosalee + Sarah discuss holding space. What does it mean to hold space? How do we hold space? Is holding space something we can learn?
It's so necessary for our human experience to be able to share how we feel and what we're thinking, and to have that communication be heard and felt. To feel seen and understood requires there to be a space to speak into. A space that is being held for us with love and appreciation and interest and curiosity and a willingness.
Holding space for ourselves and each other is something we can all learn how to do.
That’s what The Plumb Collective is all about.
