in the news. You know, of course, you know, Trump is celebrating his,
his 100 in office, and,
a lot of a lot of really fantastic things took place. We went over a whole list of stuff, yesterday, so we're not gonna rehash the whole thing. But, you definitely need to pay attention to what's going on in the news because

there are so many things so many things going on that are gonna end up benefiting The United States and you individually
as we go forward. And we're gonna talk about a lot of that stuff. Like, this this deal with the, with with Ukraine,
dealing with rare earth minerals, this is big for the for The United States. This is and and it's big for Ukraine as well.

So, we're gonna get into that here in just a minute. Let's just, queue up our
our stuff for it. Here we go.
Breaking news.
US and Ukraine signed critical minerals and reconstruction deal.
Treasury secretary Scott Besen on Wednesday, that would be today,

(13:06):
announced that The United States and Ukraine have signed
the long anticipated minerals deal through the creation of a reconstruction
investment fund. The two countries have been trying to work out the deal since February, which would give The US access to mineral riches in Ukraine in exchange for funding the country during its war with Russia. Besant sent Besant said that the economic partnership positioned the two countries to work collaboratively

to ensure mutual assets, talents, and capabilities
can speed up Ukraine's
economic
recovery.
So that is great news for The United States. It's great news for Ukraine.
And, in a way, this is how Ukraine is gonna pay us back for for all the,
materials, weapons that we have been sending them and the money that we'd been sending them,

under the under the previous administration.
And, and and still kinda lingered into this administration as well based on, you know, deals that were made under the previous. So
this is great news, and it's really exciting. And I'm you know, like I said, it came up right before we went out to the onto the show. So, I wanted to make sure I brought that up to you.

Let's see here. There's another piece on, Gateway Pundit,
US Ukraine signed rare earth metals agreement.
Let's see if there's anything different in here.
Donald Trump said, we're telling Ukraine that they have very value very valuable rare earth. We want that

We want what we put up to go in terms of a guarantee.
We want a guarantee.
We're handing them money hand over fist. We're giving them equipment. The European Union is not keeping up with us. They should equalize,
and, and so on. So this is, again, really great news, and we're very happy that this this took place today.
Alright. Also, something else that broke, right before we got onto the show. Here was, HHS under,

Robert Kennedy junior
is going to reexamine a massive
massive 800
I'm sorry. $89,000,000,000
contract
that was awarded
to a California nonprofit.
Justin News reported, the Department of Health and Human Services is reportedly

(15:26):
reconsidering a massive contract to the National Cancer Institute,
a massive contract the National Cancer Institute awarded to a California nonprofit in January to operate a cancer research lab in Maryland. The $89,000,000,000
award was given to the Alliance for Advancing Biomedical Research
on January 17, just three days before former president Joe Biden left office. The nonprofit is also considered untested because it has not received or spent a penny since its inception in 02/2022.

That's kinda suspicious, don't you think?
You've been around since 02/2022 and you and you haven't spent a penny on any kind of research?
Haven't received anything
since 02/2022?
That's kinda suspicious.
And I think they're right for investigating this and and kind of rethinking this whole thing. That's $89,000,000,000.

That's a lot of money.
That's a lot of money. HHS notified the government accountability office of the GAO earlier this month
that it is reevaluating all of the original bids for the contract, which means it could give the money to another company.
The organization is also tied to the University of California system, which senate judiciary chairman Chuck Grassley has accused of using 40% of its federal funding for administrative purposes and criticized for allegedly being vulnerable

to China.
Grassley told the, free beacon it's outrageous. Biden's NIH shoved nearly $90,000,000,000
contract out the door just days before president Trump returned to office.
Even worse, the money would have flowed into an organization that can't clearly protect itself from adversaries like China. I'm very glad HHS

heeded my calls to reverse course and is now reevaluating its initial proposal. So
another another,
money saving, cost saving,
move by this administration.
So
more good news.
Alright. Let's see. Where are we here?

This over just a little bit.
Alright. Now into the, the stuff that we pulled for today.
So,
we're gonna spend some time
tonight talking about
these rogue judges.
I don't know. Maybe you're tired of hearing about it. I don't know.

I'm not. Not yet.
And the reason why I'm not tired of hearing about it yet is mostly because,
I'm I'm happy to see that that the this administration is actually taking action
on these rogue judges, and that they're not just, you know,
just going along with these ridiculous,

overreaching
orders that these judges are coming down with.
And then on top of those, you also have the judges like,
this judge, former well, soon to be former judge, we we think,
up in Wisconsin, Dugan,
which we'll get into in just a few minutes. But,
I wanna start off here with, this, this district judge

(18:32):
in, in California,
throws up major roadblocks for border patrol agents in California.
Alright. Now this is ridiculous
when I read this to you. Alright. This is from The Blaze.
California federal judge on Tuesday, yesterday,
threw up major roadblocks for border patrol agents seeking

(18:55):
to deport illegal aliens.
US District Judge, Jennifer Thurston,
issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting customs and border protection
officers from arresting I'll get it one day.
Customs and border protection officers from arresting suspected illegal aliens without a warrant unless
agents believe

(19:16):
unless agents have a reason to believe the suspect might flee before a warrant can be issued.
The judge also excuse me. The judge also ruled that officers cannot stop suspected illegal
immigrants without reasonable suspicion.
Additionally,
border patrol is barred from deporting an individual via voluntary departure unless the suspect is first informed

(19:38):
of his or her right of his or her rights and agrees to leave the country.
Thurston's order applies only to federal agents in the Eastern District Of California.
Okay.
So let's just unpack just a a little bit here.
Alright. Well, first of all,

so let's let's unpack some of this here. First of all, if you are here illegally,

I think you have reasonable
suspicion
already. Okay?
First of all, the the border patrol,
they're not just randomly stopping people on the street and,
and questioning people about their immigration status. They they know who they're looking for.
Alright?
They're given the information

through
immigration services. So they know who they're looking for. It's not a mystery.
So right there, you already have your probable cause.
This person either did not show up to a hearing. This person did not show up to
a, to,
or or or this person's visas expired, and they haven't they've disappeared into the into the woodwork, and they've not shown up to anything.

That is reasonable suspicion. That's that's your probable cause right there. And then another thing that I wanted to point out too is that
if you are not a citizen of The United States,
you do not have constitutional rights
as this judge is implying here by saying you have to,
you you can,

or you have to inform them, looking for the language they used,
unless the suspect is first informed of his or her rights and agrees to leave the country.
No. If you're here illegally, you get deported.
If you don't belong here, you get sent home.
You don't have constitutional rights, or your or rights

aren't protected by The United States Constitution for you because you're not a citizen of The United States. The Constitution does not apply to every person in The United States Constitution
does not apply to every person in the world. The United States constitution applies
to
to citizens of The United States.

I mean, I think that's
basic.
When I went to the academy,
that's
what I learned.
Rights apply to citizens,
not
illegals,
not illegal aliens.

this is just another activist judge
inserting themselves into something that they have no business being inserted in.
She wrote that the border patrol officers engaged in contact that viola violated well established constitutional rights.
And, of course, the ACLU get got involved with all this and and, you know, it's it's a mess.

Teresa Romero, the president of, the United Farm Workers said,
quote, this order rightfully upholds the law. Border patrol can't just wait into communities snatching up hardworking people without due process
just for being,
catch this, just for being brown and working class. So now they're also bringing in the race card. So

they're they're showing up to these places. Okay? So just to just to go by what she says, you know, you know,
where was
it?
Can't just wait into communities, snatching up hardworking people without due process.
If they're here illegally
if they're illegal aliens, yes, they can.

Yes. They can. They are here in violation of US law.
They can easily do that
and legally do that.
So, you know, the these activist judges
are just way overstepping.

expressly authorizes border patrol to make warrantless arrests for immigration violations,

for a judicial order prohibiting the border patrol from arresting

Alright. Another judicial pushback against president Trump's immigration crackdown. This comes after dozens were arrested in January during border patrol's operation return to sender, where agents rounded up people determined to have entered the

to determined to have entered the country illegally.
Yesterday, California district judge Jennifer Thurston
demanded CBP agents cannot arrest suspected illegal migrants
without a warrant or reason to believe the person is a flight risk before they can get one.
You see, I'm not the only one with a with a a problem with the language. Okay? And we we all get tongue tied from time to time.

So to me, it's unbelievable
that
a judge can
a district judge
can usurp the authority
granted to the executive branch under article two
that can usurp the authority that's granted to the federal government

regarding immigration and naturalization processes.
It just I don't under I it just it just baffles me where they believe
they get this authority from.
And you could you could put the argument out there that that, you know, well, they're they're doing it knowing that they don't really don't have the authority to do it, and they're expecting it to get overturned.

But it's just buying time for the for the illegal alien, for the criminal,
to work their way through the system and get taxpayer funded lawyers and get taxpayer funded everything
and disappear into the woodwork again while they're waiting for their next hearing.
So I I could I could see that angle of it also.

But what I really think needs to have to has to what I
what I really think
that needs to happen
is for Congress,
who has the authority to do this
under the constitution,
under this document right here,

Congress has the authority
to defund
you know how the left loves that word,
defund,
to defund the district court.
Congress has that sole plenary
authority.

So they should that this is what they should be doing. Now Mike Johnson, speaker Johnson, said prior to them going on their extremely long vacation

a step that they were willing to take.
Well, speaker Johnson, when are you gonna take the step?
These district courts need to be shut down,

and then you can reestablish them. That's the purview of the congress.
So what are we waiting for?

California judge on Tuesday demanded border patrol agents allow people they think
are living in The US illegally to stay in the country unless other authorities
have a warrant or reason to believe the person may flee. No. It's not that they think they're here illegally.
They are here illegally.
They're not scooping up people who are who have immigrated to The United States, have become citizens of The United States. They are scooping up people

that are here illegally.
So again, I just I don't
I just don't understand it. I don't get it.

A federal judge on Wednesday,
that would be today,
barred the Department of Homeland Security
from transferring illegal aliens to other agencies like the Department of Defense.

US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump administration's DHS cannot transfer aliens to other agencies as a way to prevent them from receiving due process. Alright. Again.
Again,
I mean,
this is basic law.

These people are letting their political bias get in the way of their judgment.

These these activist judges
are letting are getting are letting their, their their political bias
biases
get in the way of making the correct legal judgment.
Due process.
An illegal alien
is not entitled to due process under the constitution of The United States.

Why? Again, they're illegal.
They're here illegally.

I mean, how much more can you explain it? They're here illegally, so therefore, they're not entitled to the protections of the constitution.

Here, a federal judge has barred DHS from transferring
migrants to other agencies, and that's a copy of the order.
Highlighted in blue, it says, after taking custody, even alien defendants may not
cede may not cede events
defendants may not cede events and alien

from receiving due process guarantees.
Now if you remember last month,
you had,
you had, four Venezuelan gang members that were flown from, the US naval station in Guantanamo Bay in Cuba to El Salvador.
And then last month, the same judge, judge Murphy, issued

a,
a temporary restraining order,
and then he issued an injunction.
Reuters reported a federal judge ordered the Trump administration on Wednesday to ensure migrants held at Guantanamo Bay are given a chance to raise any concerns about their safety before deporting them to El Salvador or other countries other than their places of origin.

US District Judge Brian Murphy in Boston issued the order after immigrant rights activists argued the administration had violated a

with these assault rifles, with a suppressor, with other known TDA members in their shooting. This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them. exit and allowed them to get out in front of the building. We had a situation where we've seen that I know Tom Homan was complaining about in Colorado,

and protected public safety. They would dump them off in a parking lot, and then ICE would have to chase them around with the DEA or whatever or FBI and pick them up. This ended up in a foot chase

the agents, and this was a DEA agent and FBI agent pursued Florida Flores Ruiz for the entire length of the courthouse, ultimately apprehended him near the intersection of West State Street and Tenth Street. So the judge apparently has created a situation here where you have a public foot chase, and we all know that while sometimes they can be

they can come off without incident, they can also turn into very dangerous situations.

to what we feared would occur after nuclear war in the nineteen eighties, which is nuclear winter. The idea is that you cool the planet deliberately.
The effects on crops are completely unknown.

(01:11:42):
They call this an experiment, but they know that there is no way to figure out what the large scale planetary effects of this kind of thing would be. It's grossly irresponsible. They know for a fact that they will never get international agreement on this. So they're basically buys the idea, make us comfortable with an idea that should make us extremely uncomfortable.

Yeah. A guy who cuts his hair with garden shears is now trying to control the solar system. Buddhists is this, that maybe Bill Gates has outsized control over our lives, is immediately denounced by Snopes, so many fraudulent
fact checking sites is a conspiracy nut. Do you think you're a conspiracy nut to have concerns about Bill Gates's hubris and ambitions?

No. I mean, this is, this is bonkers. I I mean, honestly,
there are

for years, people have talked about
these, chemtrails that you see coming out of high altitude planes, and, you know, we were all told we were crazy. We were conspiracy theorists that, you know, the government's not doing anything like that. They would never do anything like that.
But yet, here's John Brennan
talking about the same exact thing.

John Brennan, the former CIA director.
Another example is the array of technologies,
often referred to collectively as geoengineering,
that potentially could help reverse global climate change.
One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric

(01:13:49):
aerosol injection
or SAI,
a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
An SAI program could limit global temperature increases,
reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels.

(01:14:17):
Seoul estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10,000,000,000
yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community.
On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects,

(01:14:38):
such as ocean acidification,
because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
On the geopolitical side, the technology's potential to alter weather patterns
and benefit certain regions of the world at the expense of other regions
could trigger sharp opposition by some nations.

(01:14:58):
Others might seize on SAI's benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions.
And as with other breakthrough technologies,
global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation
of SAI and other geoengineering
initiatives.
Now I could go on and on and on and on about the things that fascinate me, but rather than talk about them, I thought I'd stop here

and start the conversation with Judy, and then I can take some of your quest
So the global there no there's no global norm
to regulate these things. That that's basically what he said. Right?
So that says John Brennan, former CIA director. I I forget what what year that was, but that was fairly recent.

the sun. You have

on things being sprayed.

you know, we have one stat that I quote, the autism stat.
And you hear different numbers, but it's, thousands.
They say between ten and twenty thousand. So
if you go back fifteen years ago,
we had,
like,
nobody. It was one
in twenty thousand.

Now we have one in thirty four. Is that right? Thirty four. So
thirty four or thirty six,
kids,
have autism.
And
if you go back,
I guess, eighteen years that whenever that was done, it was one in twenty thousand. So we got from twenty thousand to,

thirty four thirty six.
That's
unbelievable.
So there's something wrong. There's something wrong.
We've we've done something wrong. There's something you're gonna figure it out. Maybe it's a spray that we spray all over the place that nobody else does. Other countries don't.
The Pennsylvania Dutch,

they don't do anything, and they're
amazingly healthy.
And
So maybe they're spraying something. Autism rates are through the roof. Whereas, just
not too long ago,
few years ago,
there's hardly any.
But now it's like every other person that you talk to is on some kind of a spectrum, and I'm not saying is there it's not the it's not true or it's

exaggerated, like that. My son
my son was diagnosed with with Asperger's.
So I understand it, but I wonder because nobody in the family had it. Where did it come from? How did it get there?

have something to do with it? The chemtrails,
Bill Gates wanting to block out the sun. They've already been doing it. They've been doing it for years. Now they're just telling you that they're doing it or they're going to do it.

was given the opportunity to ask a question, and and this was her question.

So, on Monday, it's broadcast of CNN's Laura Coates live, CNN political commentator and former Obama adviser Van Jones discussed the current challenges facing the Democratic

party, acknowledging that Democrats have yet to define a clear political platform beyond opposing Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
He went on to say he praised JB
Spritzker
JB Pritzker for speaking out,
you know, the more violent rhetoric from the left.
But, Jones emphasized the need for Democrats to not only sound the alarm, but also present solutions.

He said you need two things, fire alarm and you need to you need a fire station. A fire alarm is somebody that can raise a concern,
in an appropriate way, and then he turned to what he described as missing piece of the then he turned to what he described as a missing piece in the Democratic party's current messaging.
The opposition is important.
So but what is the proposition?

from governor Pritzker?

is where was governor Pritzker and so many others,
that are running to the fire right now,
in 2023,
when I tried so hard to encourage him very specifically and others to enter the Democratic primary,
introduce a new generation of Democrats to America,

salvage an election that absolutely
was winnable. So it is a little difficult
for me to watch governor Pritzker and so many others who knew better, who know better,
who sun suddenly, I think, have placed self preservation over a principle,
and it's disconcerting. I think that is what Americans should be more concerned about than anything else. Litigating the past doesn't usually serve any purpose, but it is difficult to watch. And I think all energies right now should be spent mobilizing,

energizing, and listening
to the broad swaths of Americans who do not believe in the Democratic Party anymore.
That's how I believe we should be acting. It should be in every small town in America introducing, welcoming, inviting,
and not
just arguing. So, Van, do you see it the same way? Is the governor too much of a Johnny come lately?

No. I mean, very few people had the,
courage of our guests. I think, history will
remember that he raised his hand when nobody else would and tried to get,
this party to wake up to the threat,
hanging around, you know, hoping that somehow Joe Biden was gonna,
stop Donald Trump looks quite foolish, and he had the the the foresight to to tell us that.

That
said, I I applaud,
governor Pritzker.
We do need people to stand up and we do need people to try to raise the stakes, you know.
Most people are sheeple.
They're gonna look around and try to figure out what they're supposed to do. And if everybody's kinda calmly,
you know, wringing their hands and most people won't move. You need but you need two things. You need a fire alarm and you need a fire station. A fire alarm is somebody who can raise the concern level in an appropriate way. We also need a fire station. Who's gonna put out this fire?

(01:26:15):
The opposition is important. What's the proposition? What what are Democrats offering,
besides, you know, outrage to Donald Trump and Elon Musk? That has to be worked out. But look, I think,
I I think governor Pritzker,
is is
responding to the base,
that it feels every day, every story is another assault on our democratic rights,

(01:26:35):
on our courts, babies getting deported. And by the way, Honan got on there, I just have to say this, and said that, you know, the mamas said it was okay to deport the babies. That's not true. Those moms were trying to coordinate with the with the dads,
and were not allowed to. And so these people, you know, lie,
divide, distract,
we do and we need our governors to stand up from the way that Pritzker is doing. I was thinking to one counsel for one of those women later on

So,
you know, and he's right. I'm I'm not gonna say he's not. You know, that they they do need to come up with something that's,
that's better than just
outrage
over, Elon Musk and
Donald Trump.

off,
that their base is so unstable,
that their base is drifting so far
to the to the left
that
I don't know what it's gonna take for them to come back to that.
I don't know what it's gonna take.

I don't know what kind of op I don't know I don't know what kind of
propositions they're gonna come up with
that's gonna please that
lunatic base that they have now,
that woke base that they have now.
The only thing that's gonna appease them is to go further to the left.

But I think the country made it abundantly clear in this last election that they're not looking to go that way.
They want a more centrist right.
I would like to see a more conservative right,
but they're looking for that centrist right,
