He then grabbed her arm, leaving very severe marks. Garcia's wife also wrote in court, at this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I just don't wanna be close. I have multiple photos and videos how violent he can be

Even though it was a US Immigration Judge who said the one place he can't go is El Salvador. I mean, you he could have been deported literally anywhere else. Again, we we keep going back and back. But again, that was that was that was years ago. Country conditions were different. That gang no longer exists in El Salvador. He had been designated a terrorist since that time. Two different federal judges said he's an MS thirteen member. A police department said he's an MS thirteen member. ICE status shows he's MS thirteen member. El Salvador says he's an MS thirteen member. As you know, MS thirteen has been designated terrorist. The case says the the the the the the facts of the case have changed since that first decision. So, again, I'll leave it up to the DOJ to argue that case in court, but that is where I stand and that's my belief.

However, the Trump team has argued that he was correctly deported and is a member of the MS thirteen gang, which was a designated which was designated a foreign terrorist organization following an executive order signed by Trump on January 20. The administration has gone as far as releasing police reports showing Abrego Garcia was with another MS thirteen member and a leader of the of the gang when he was initially arrested.

So last week, James was referred to the Department of Justice for allegedly lying about property she owned to secure favorable loan terms,

public office holder in the state of New York at the same time,

Even though it was a US Immigration Judge who said the one place he can't go is El Salvador. I mean, you he could have been deported literally anywhere else. Again, we we keep going back and back. But again, that was that was that was years ago. Country conditions were different. That gang no longer exists in El Salvador. He had been designated a terrorist since that time. Two different federal judges said he's an MS thirteen member. A police department said he's an MS thirteen member. ICE status shows he's MS thirteen member. El Salvador says he's an MS thirteen member. As you know, MS thirteen has been designated terrorist. The case says the the the the the the facts of the case have changed since that first decision. So, again, I'll leave it up to the DOJ to argue that case in court, but that is where I stand and that's my belief.

Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland looked like a fool yesterday standing in El Salvador begging for attention from from the fake news media or anyone.
He's a grandstander.
That's exactly what they are.

But yet they're doing it at the expense of the American people. They're doing it at the expense of of innocent people being killed by these gangbangers.
There's absolutely no reason, no legal or logical reason that this man should be back in The United States.

a criminal,
a Salvadoran citizen,

and send him
to The United States.
Van Holland said to bring him home.
Well, he is home. He's in El Salvador.
He's where he belongs. He's where he came from. That's where he should be. Not here.

By posting now that he's been confirmed healthy, he gets the honor of staying in El Salvador's custody.

Von Holland's trip to Central America follows weeks of Democrats in the news media claiming the Trump administration wrongfully deported Abrego Garcia. However, the Trump team has argued that he was correctly deported and is a member of the MS thirteen gang, which was a designated which was designated a foreign terrorist organization following an executive order signed by Trump on January 20. The administration has gone as far as releasing police reports showing Abrego Garcia was with another MS thirteen member and a leader of the of the gang when he was initially arrested.

Confidential informant also fingered him as an MS thirteen member. Two immigration courts have ruled that he was an MS thirteen member and that and that he was illegally in our country.
On Wednesday, boarder czar Tom Homan revealed tattoos on Abrego Garcia's hands also prove he's m MS thirteen.

New DHS has provided Fox News a body cam image
and HSI report from when Kilmart Abrego Garcia was pulled over by Tennessee Highway Patrol and was suspected of human trafficking in 02/2022.

and claimed to be driving them from Texas to a construction site.

fixed it for the New York Times
and reminded Chris Von Holland that he's not coming back.

on protecting illegal aliens,

comment that came out today. Marco Rubio
about Ukraine.
Marco Rubio says that The US will pause Ukraine Russia peace negotiations of no progress.
You wanna say we have other priorities. We need to determine very quickly now, and I'm talking about a matter of days whether or not this is doable

in the next few weeks. So this is, according to
as a post millennial.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that The United States will pause its efforts to negotiate a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia if there's no progress in coming days on the deal. In an attempt to press both
Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, Rubio stated after a meeting with officials,

from the warring nations. So we need to determine very quickly now, and I'm and I'm talking about in a matter of days whether or not this is doable in the next few weeks. If it is, we're in. If it's not, then we have other priorities to focus on, he added.

Now, President Trump today was asked about that comment,
and he has come out very quickly. He supported,
you know, he supported,
Marco Rubio
in a statement, and, he was asked about it today at the swearing in of doctor Oz,
and, this is what he had to say about it.
Being killed in battle. It's a vicious battle

the best everything, and it is brutal.

They're getting older by the month.

he's made statements that he was gonna end the Ukraine war within twenty four hours. And and believe me, they throw that out there. They took the the media throws it out as an insult, as a jab to,

You know, try to say that his negotiating skills are are are not good and and and, you know, basically try to demean the work that
he's
trying
to
do.
But he's taking the right tack on this.

This is not America's war. We didn't start this war. We didn't get into we're not involved in this well, we're involved monetarily.
Hundreds of billions of dollars,
but this is not our war.
We're not Russia. We're not Ukraine.

The Biden administration should have tried to stop this earlier instead of fund it.
But, no, they funded it instead, and now they're leaving the mess for the next administration for for for the Trump administration to try to figure out. But the president's right. Marco Rubio's right. This is not our war. We don't belong here. This is not and and there's no reason for us to be involved.

And if we have to step away from it, we'll step away from it, we should.
Let them sort it out.
And, of course, you know, the the the media comes back with,
you know, if the if he steps into a, a NATO country, then we're gonna be obligated to provide troops and and so on and so forth.

our relationship with NATO.
Maybe we don't need to belong to NATO anymore.

Big Tish James. Remember her? We talked about her in the

part of the show that got messed up.

And we had talked about this,

she had
applied for mortgages.
She used
false addresses. Well, not false addresses. She used addresses that,

She claimed well, let me back it up. She claimed that, that she was going to make,
a property in Virginia as her primary residence, which she really can't do as the attorney general for New York. She has to
live
within New York. She can't
have her primary residence in another state.
So

so there's that issue, plus she also applied for for, for for mortgages,
in an attempt to get the better rate the best rates
and the the the most amount of money possible.
So last week, James was referred to the Department of Justice for allegedly lying about property she owned to secure favorable loan terms,

which were, again, the exact same charges that, that she brought up against President Trump.
James told Banks that her property,
was a was a primary address despite it being located in Virginia and despite being a statewide
public office holder in the state of New York at the same time,
and primarily residing in the state of New York according to a letter from US Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte,

to Pam Bondi. The letter read this, quote,
let's
let's share that.
Primary residence mortgages receive more favorable loan terms, including lower interest rates than secondary residence mortgages.
Lenders view secondary residence mortgages as significantly riskier as a borrower is more likely to continue paying off a primary residence,

during any financial hardship. Interest rates on secondary residence mortgages are typically between 0.250.5%
higher
than their primary residence counterparts. However, this gap can widen depending on the lender. So
if you it so the the article's on the side, those who read beyond the surface found that James had a had her father

cosign a loan for her in 1983 when she was 22,
but yet they were listed as husband and wife.
Then on 05/04/2000,
James was listed again as husband and wife
in documents.

She would have been 41 at the time.
Miss James for both properties listed above appears to have falsified records in order to meet certain lending requirements or and receive favorable loan terms.

I guess she's borrowing a page out of Ilhan Omar's book, right?
Well, this was a long time ago. It raises serious concerns about the validity of miss James' representations on mortgage applications.

period.
Attorney general James is focused every single day on protecting New Yorkers,
especially in this administration.
So basically what she's doing is now she's turning around and she's trying to say that that this is retaliation

for her prosecution of President Trump. So, you know,
you know, the the crying the the victim crying again.

Let's wrap this thing up
with, something a little more funny.

into space? Well, I don't even think they really got into space. I think they just

The all female space flight on Jeff Bezos'

on this overhyped space mountain esque ride lasting less than twelve last lasting less than eleven minutes.
While the ladies pretended to be astronauts, the corporate media,

pretended their brief trek was news. The actual NASA astronauts who were stranded in space for the better part of the of last year had to be shaking their heads mumbling, are you effing kidding me?
When they landed, I don't know if you knew that, but when they landed,
Katy Perry
dropped to her knees
and kissed the ground.

There was something I wanted to pull up. Let's see then. So pay so when they when they got out when they when they left the,
the ship, the Perry dropped down to her knees, kissed the ground,
and then,
and then, she she threatened
or promised to write a a song about her space oddity.

and I love the way the writer of this article put this, the the chicken knots. That's great.
King compared the chicken knots to the first American in space, Alan Shepard. We actually duplicated the route that Alan Shepard did.
No one said he took that ride. It was always referred to as a flight or a journey, so I feel that little disrespectful to what the mission was and the work that Blue Origin does, King said of her critics, and she was quickly and repeatedly mocked for it.
