So one thing we talked aboutyesterday about getting more
organized and archiving oldstuff and getting my project
management life together, butthe other thing that I wanna
talk about is documenting all ofmy SOPs, so standard operating

procedures.
Think of these as like thehow-to guides for everything
that I do in my business.
Now, this has a varying levelof importance of how in depth
they are, of how long it'staking versus you know that took
two seconds and the way thatI'm doing this, because if

you've never done this before, Iactually am very grateful.
So I know I've said this before, but I'm part of Amy
Porterfield's momentum communityand one of the benefits that

So this could be an Excelspreadsheet, it could be a
Google doc, it could be I mean,just multiple different things.

It could be a Canva template.
You know it's just.
It ranges on what it is everymonth.

SOPs and it's very simple, veryeffective, which is exactly
like right at my alley.
It's exactly what I needed tostart documenting things and

it's one of the things that I'vedone for a long time, because I
look at SOPs for contentspecifically like checklist.
Right, you have your checklist,you do this, then you do this,
then you do that, then you dothis, and then you're done,
right, like it's step one, steptwo, step three, step four, and
then you're done.
And so why am I doing this?
Right, you're like, well,crystal, why is that important?

Like, should I be doing this?
What should that look like?
And one the reason why I'mdoing it is I kind of forced
myself to do it because it's oneof the bonuses for Time Genius.

I was like I have to have allthis done, because I wanted it
to be something that you coulduse, because it is so valuable,
so valuable to have all thisdone.
So you know exactly what youneed to do, when to do it and
what order, and in the futureyou can delegate it to someone
